Food was good - service .... Horrid. Tammy needs an attitude adjustment and/or leave it at the door. Barely spoken to/greeted, not one smile, asked how everything was but she walked away before I could say anything. Fun fact - don't wear a shirt that says "be nice or leave" and act like this..... you're being paid and tipped (your tip reflects your service) so drop the attitude or get a new job. read more

It's 2024 and they act like dogs are aliens, came in with our dogs(small dogs a chihuahua and a miniature schnauzer) and were completely attacked by the staff. Will not return. Will never recommend. The one star is there because I had no other option. I'm sure the food is good but the front of the house staff has no idea how to handle their own. Didn't even get to try the wings we ordered. I like the Coeur d'Alene location the best, Because I'm one of those who love outdoor seating whenever weather permits. As far as the food, the pizzas is wonderful no matter which location it comes from. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are new to the area. I came real close to giving this just three stars but my wife's pizza was pretty darn good and full of flavor. The place was nice and the service was perfectly fine, but I got their "world famous" Tommy's Pastrimi sandwich and to be honest it was boring and had no flavor. When I eat a pastrami sandwich, I want full slices of pastrami with the seasoning still intact on it. This was shredded pastrami and I mean shredded down to little itty bitty bits. There were no seasonings no flavoring of true pastrami style. And I'm from New York so I know what true pastrami is supposed to taste like. perhaps it would have tasted better if they didn't shred it to all hell. So I guess if you're going to eat here skip their world famous sandwich because I don't even know how it got famous. It's boring. But their pizza... Now that was pretty awesome. I used to think this place was cool when I've been there in Post Falls before but. The people that Hayden are horrible - they don't know how to take care and serve people. AJ at the front does not know how to run the front of a house. They said they were really busy and everybody was just standing around talking and they couldn't get our table set up. Thank you! The pizza was very good as was their chicken tender entree. They have a wide variety of food and Mac and cheese for the kids which was very exciting for my daughter. The service was great, we ordered online which was easy and received our food immediately when we got there. Nice people and good service. Prices are a bit high for what you get. I would give it more stars but the restaurant really needs a good cleaning and more tlc. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels weren't on rolls. Carpet is not clean and overall place doesn't smell cleaned. read more

Overtired and extremely hungry after a long day (two in a row, actually) at Silverwood, we stumbled into Capone's after remembering it on an episode of DDD. The wonderful staff took care of my family like we'd known them for years, even though it was our first time there. Everyone was exceptionally kind, especially Emily, our server. She was so quick to take care of us--she could tell our younger kids were fading, and even with a full section, she treated us like we were the only ones there. Awesome service--thank you, Emily!!! The food was delicious, too--if you happen to go there, don't miss the clam chowder, the pastrami sammich, or if they have it, the (absolutely perfect) fish and chips special--really all of the food was fantastic--everything we ordered was outstanding. Delicious meal, cute sports bar type setting. I had broccoli cheddar soup, outstanding taste but I had asked the waiter for extra hot. He brought the soup and said I can microwave it if you want but it comes out of the vat & I can't do anything about the temperature. Really? yes you can, zap it prior to bringing it out. Honestly it was not even hot , Warm really but I never send food back due to mishandling that can happen. my companion asked for a extra side of dressing when the waiter ask if we wanted anything else....he never got the extra dressing. the food is worth the visit, disappointed in our waiter. read more

A tried and true Coeur d'Alene favorite. Our family has been coming here for ages. Mid-town CDA, Post Falls, or Hayden, you really can't go wrong with the relaxed atmosphere, great food, great drinks, and lots of T.V.s. The menu is excellent. Salads that fill you up, great burgers, delicious appetizers! The staff is all local and homegrown too. Entirely disappointed. Got the "famous pastrami" and the roll was so dry it just crumbled as I tried to eat it. The soup however was very good, soup is a 5 star. I ordered my kid food and asked for the option of veggies as my tot won't eat fries; well it came with fries, would have been no big deal, easy fix, if my server. Some back to check on me before the meal was nearly done. My kid lost her cool over the fries so it made for a rough night of dining. I have been a bartender and server for many years and the service I got was subpar. I so badly wanted this to be delicious. I'll give it a second try as I believe in second chances and maybe my next experience will be better. read more

We were visiting and from OR, Tiffany was our waitress and she was phenomenal! I have never ever in my whole life experienced a server like her. Super professional, she remembered everyone's order without writing it down and there was 8 of us. She always checked in on us and I couldn't believe how great she was-she is the best server ever. So disappointed. This was our first and definitely our last time. My husband was dying to try this place because he saw it on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The menu and website states all the food is fresh and to please be patient because it takes time to prepare. After reading that and them stating that's their guarantee I was very excited. I've eaten at a couple other restaurants Guy Fieri has had on his show and I was very disappointed, but again I was willing to give this one a try because #1. my husband was sold based on Guy Fieri's show and #2. because Capone's moto is all of their food is fresh and not frozen. The visit: There was a staff of 7-8 people that we saw when walked in. 2 tables had people at them. The bartender saw us walk in and didn't greet us. We watched one gal go to another gal they both looked at us and then finally one of the gals came over and seated us. She handed us food menus and walked away. A few minutes later another gal who ended up being our waitress (if that's what you want to call her, her name was Tina) came to us and asked if we wanted something to drink. I asked her if she had a beer menu or if we should walk up to the bar and check out the taps ourselves (they are known for all the local beers they have on tap) She walked away and came back with a beer menu that she just set on the table with attitude. She walked away and came back a few minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered our beers and water. Our plan was to have our beers, order some amazing burgers, have a cocktail, and then go back to the Resort. The food: My husband ordered the ultimate cheeseburger or something like that. It was supposed to be a 1/2 pound burger fully loaded and then topped with like 4 cheeses on a fresh home cooked bun. It was far from that. He was caught of guard when Tina asked what kind of cheese he wanted on it. She didn't ask how he wanted it cooked. The burger came out with only 1 cheese on it, a little shredded lettuce on the side, and no condiments. The burger was over cooked and very dry and the bun was stale. He had to order 3 sides of thousand island just to give the burger some moisture and some flavor. I ordered the firecracker burger that was supposed to be a 1/2 pound burger that was seasoned and rubbed in a spicy rub, have pepper jack cheese and grilled jalapenos. She never asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. I ordered 2 grilled jalapenos on the side as well as bacon on the burger because that's how I like my burger. My burger came out the same as my husbands, very dry and bland and a stale bun. They forgot my bacon and they forgot my extra jalapenos, but I'm nit surprised. She was the waitress who doesn't write anything down and tries to remember it. She never came back to check on us to see if the food was good. She never came and asked if we wanted another drink. The one time she did come back it was with the check and she started complaining to us about how they are going to get shut down because of Covid. We were so irritated and now a caught off guard with the Covid information we just wanted to pay and get the hell out of there. Our bill was $35, I tipped her $6 which normally I tip half the bill (when the service is good, even if the food is shitty and the service is good I will always take care of the waitress, but this was horrible all around) She also cost the company money by not asking us if we wanted anything else. Again if she would have kept her Covid comment to herself and asked if we wanted a cocktail we would have spent a few more dollars there despite how horrible the food was and her service. The service was VERY good, which helped to make up for the other things. Probably the most important downside was the absence of any real Italian food besides pizza. They do have a good selection of burgers. Restroom was rather grungy. Place is very noisy to its difficult to have a conversation without yelling. read more
