The new part didn't fix the problem, and things were looking grim. But John went looking again and found a wire that had either been chewed by a mouse or scraped up against the unit's casing. He fixed this and recharged the system and everything is working very well. And I didn't have to buy a whole new system!! John was professional and very courteous and I would trust him to do an honest job for you, if you need HVAC solutions. I have no problem giving a 5-star review.

His experience and knowledge was impressive to say the least. My unit is fixed, and yes I'm going to need a new one soon. And I'll be going to John to do it. Good honest man who does an amazing job, doesn't want to price gouge you or pressure you, when you are already stressed at having no heat in your home. I now have peace of mind, till I'm ready and able to replace.

The one up stairs was in need of service badly & he showed me and explained to me what he needed to do. He told me the down stairs unit wasn't nearly as bad as the unit up stairs. He told yearly maintenance is important and why. Colin worked the entire two hours non stop. He asked if I had any questions, being an older customer I had him explain a couple things I didn't remember about operating the units. Colin was very patient with me.

As you can see, their completed work wasn't completed according to code inspection. they didn't get a permit until after they finished the work and then tried to blame me for not getting a permit when it was their job then they put an invoice for the materials that they were supposed to cover then blamed me then I didn't pay for the materials.
