We had their iced pumpkin spice latte w/oatmilk and regular milk. Both great! Can't remember if there was an extra charge for the art but coffees definitely felt a little pricey. Cafe Capri has something for everyone, and it never disappoints. Great selection of coffee drinks (try the Turkish coffee). They also serve organic teas and a great selection of smoothies (try the peanut butter punch) and great seasonal choices (such as pumpkin-spiced lattes.) There's a huge breakfast selection! I tried the BLT, which is fantastic, very fresh on sourdough bread. But you can also order classic bacon and egg (or turnkey sausage) on a croissant. But what I really like are the lunch time sandwiches, made with Boar meets, fresh bread and vegetable toppings. Everything is made to order, which means fresh, fresh, fresh. No pre-made, mass produced sandwiches which I really like. Nice seating inside or outside. It's a small place, but packs a really impressive range of choices for breakfast and lunch. The pricing is so competitive! I love the fresh turkey sandwich, includes a bag of chips for 9 dollars, which is a third less than neighboring cafes. Other prices are equally competitive. We visited Capri Cafe on our recent stay in Little Italy. It was a short walk from our hotel and had just we needed to start the day. We ordered two coffees, two açaí bowls and two breakfast items. Everything we had was Delicious! We especially enjoyed the açaí bowls and the iced vanilla latte. The employee who took our orders was very kind and patient. The other employee was very polite and asked if we wanted banana on our bowls because it wasn't listed on the menu. They are in a soft opening phase so the outdoor furniture was inside until their indoor chairs arrived which was totally fine. The cafe is super cute and has a calm and relaxing ambiance. New coffee shop in the Little Italy area. I got a cold brew and bacon egg cheese croissant. Both were delicious with the exception of the cold brew - let's just say their coffee is strong ** and I'll be up for a while (which today I'll make an exception). The croissant sandwich was better than expected - it was toasty and flavorful. They have other sandwich choices which I will try next time. The interior was bright and welcoming. Very friendly staff! They even gave us a sample of a cold brew they were working on for some feedback. Bright and trendy atmosphere. There's a few small tables to be able to sit outside. It's nice that it's away from the main little italy strip for some calm and space. House blend is really smooth. Lemon bar is not overly sweet. Dense and creamy. Nitro cold brew wasnt crazy strong and not acidic. T Bonus points that there's the option to add flavor to it as well as a flavored cold foam. We were vacationing for the week and were planning to head into downtown and gaslamp so this was a much needed pitstop. read more

This beautiful and friendly cafe has some delicious middle eastern treats. Dubai Chocolate (made locally. Look up Dubai Chocolate - unique and amazing.) Needs to stay refrigerated. One bar is spendy, but it big and is plenty to share. I can only eat 2 squares in a sitting, it's rich. Perfect with coffee or black tea. Also, fresh made Turkish delight , different flavors each time I come. The pomegranate pistachio is super good. read more

I went yesterday before the padres game in hopes of getting a coffee with the latte picture on top but was told the machine is broken? Ordered anyway and my order was wrong I ordered a mocha and got a plain latte. The food portions should be explained before purchase. My wife ordered a sausage croissant and she got what seems to be a small packaged frozen croissant that they just toasted a heads up about that would've been nice. Same issue with the waffle charging that much for a waffle that small just for it to take 40 minutes to get wasn't worth it. They were busy so I understand the wait time but overall was let down with this place. read more
