There are so many things to choose from their diverse healthy food options, from burritos, salads, bowls, waffles, and shakshukas, it's easy to find something here for everyone during breakfast. I got one of their specials, which was an "All i Avo Wanted," an over easy egg over a blue corn waffle. It's unique to them, so it's worth a try. I thought it was yummy, but a bit dry for me, even with the salsa, so I'd give it a 7/10. I was also tempted to get their coffee pie from their pastry box, and that was the perfect dessert 10/10. We walked in not long after their 7 am opening and it was popping already -- for good reason. It's pretty pricey considering it's grab and go. Our coffee and late's were good. My partner enjoyed the French omelette sandwich. I ordered a side of Turkey bacon. It was completely chewy and inedible. We didn't have anyone come and check on us. I had to find someone and ask them to cook my bacon extra crispy. It took over 20 minutes. While I enjoyed my bites from the market, I wanted a matcha latte with almond milk (so many farmers market vendors only do oat). Parakeet Cafe makes their own homemade almond milk, which is such a treat! It's so delicious and almost gives the latte a horchata like taste. It was a standout.
