My husband told me to take his shirt to this place to get a stain out so I did. The man there took my information and I laid the shirt on the counter and told him it had a stain. He said ok, pick it up in a couple days. So I come back to pick it up, and I wanted to check for the stain and as Im doing so the young lady there says oh if there was a stain you have to let us know at drop off. So I nicely informed her that I absolutely did that. She responded with "oh it was a man'?? Yes, is that a problem? Well regardless the stain was still there. I was a bit upset but it was not her fault. I had to take the shirt because my husband still needed to wear it. So after he wore it, I took it back there and thought I will give this place one more chance. It was the same young woman there and she remembered me and said there would be no charge this time due to their error. I thought ok good they really are good ppl. Well upon picking it back up that completely.changed. This was an older woman who said it was $4. And I said "Oh no there wasn't supposed to be a charge for it this time" and she said, "I see it was a redo but it was worn again so we have to.charge you. I said it was a redo because it was a mistake on your end so she said she would redo it. She asked who told me that so I told her it was the young lady and she said, "she's new, she doesn't know what she's talking about". I proceeded to tell her how disappointed I was and that I would not be coming back to this place and her response was "its ok, you've only come in here twice with this one shirt, its no loss". I was shocked. That is HORRIBLE customer service. I then told her that my husband has an account there also and he won't be coming back either and she began arguing with me saying that he does not have an account and with a condescending grin kept saying prove it, prove it, give me his number, give me his number. I have never met a business owner/manager so disrespectful to their customers and other employees. I'm beyond shocked. And over such a small issue. I didn't even care about repaying. We've used Capri for many years now with never having a bad experience! So, today's pickup was no different; we already knew they were upscale with integrity and committed to doing their best to serve the trust of their customers. Today, that integrity shone brightly when we found a tag and little bag hanging to one of the cleaned shirts with "we found these items in the garment you sent for cleaning" written on it. Enclosed was the cash they found! I said to my husband, "you know these honest folks are probably making minimum wage and could have used this, but did not" and we would have never known. Thus folks, we'll be taking the found-$$$ back down with the cleaning tags to see if we can get it to the workers. Brought in canvas drapes, drapes came back wrinkled. Manager had drapes sent out to be laundered & pressed--in all, it took 2 weeks. I did appreciate that there was no extra expense and the manager did try to make right on the drapes. Ultimately it was the type of fabric that was the problem. 2 weeks was too long to be without my drapes. Drapes came back full of other colored threads and lint like they had been on the floor. This was my first time using Capri cleaners, but because it's not in a conveniently accessible location, and the 2 week turn around, I most likely will not be back. read more

They always do a great job on my clothes, the guy working the front (don't know his name) is ALWAYS upbeat and friendly (you'll know who I'm talking about when you go) and the pricing is the best at $1.99, but they always have coupons for $1.75, unlimited items! So my family and I have been going to this cleaners and it's great! Great price! FOR REGULAR CLOTHES. I mean sure go ahead and take your skirts or simple shirts if they need dry cleaning. BUT DO NOT TAKE EXPENSIVE CLOTHING. They clearly do not know how to handle it. I took my EXPENSIVE dress to them that I had just bought and worn only once, when I got it back it was uneven! Every place except for Capri said they did same day service but not after nine or so. When I called Capri, the guy on the other line asked me a couple questions to determine if they could do it and said yes. Price doesn't say everything! Cost-effective prices with quality...AND same-day service! How awesome is that? The only potentially negative feedback would be the scent of having my jean pants dry cleaned, but shirts, pillow cases, comforters, etc have come back with scentless (it's only the jean pants...how odd). Also, they take debit/credit card, but charge 55 cents (no biggie with the outrageous savings on their dry cleaning). I am DONE with the dry cleaners that is directly across the street from where I live and am all for driving an extra 3 miles out of my way to go here. I think I tried every dry cleaner in Murrieta before I found Capri. Capri was the only one where my shirts came back ironed properly (WITHOUT wrinkles being ironed INTO the shirts.) Once I dropped off about 8 shirts. I went to pick them up the next day and they couldn't find them. OK, stuff happens. Within an hour, the manager calls me. He told me he had reviewed the surveillance video and found one of the employees didn't put my shirts in the correct bin and they went out too late. He apologized and credited my account for the price of the cleaning of all those shirts. He resolved it so quick...that's awesome! And they are always very happy when you go in, no matter what time of day. read more

Didn't like if much. Tried it two times but that's it. Took my comforter and it looked clean but smelled like cigarette smoke when I laid it down. And I don't smoke. Then took a skirt there and it was returned to me a little messed up. It looked like it was washed instead of dry cleaned. It was real wrinkled. Won't be trying them again. read more

The absolute worst service ever. The staff is completely rude and apparently does not care at all about your clothes. I took my brand new pants to get it dry cleaned, later to find out that the stitches on the bottom of the right leg are completely opened. The dry cleaning itself is decent. It used to be 2.50 per item now it's 2.99. The long wait is really kind of a pain in the butt. I consistently come here weekly for my dry cleaning -most weeks spending about 25$ that being said - I won't be returning - today when picking up my dry cleaning I wanted to drop off 1 pair of pants and pay for them when I pick them up but they wouldn't let me because the policy is that you must pay first. Ok. No problem. I know my 1300$ a year doesn't effect your bottom line. Capri isn't competitive enough for my business. read more

Terrible! I brought in a long gown to be steamed. When I picked it up, it was still in the same condition. They tried to tell me it was the material. I went home and steamed it myself with an old steamer we had. I was able to get most of wrinkles out. They hadn't touched my garment!
