I travel from Dallas to the Tulsa area for work and was excited to find a Capriotti's in Broken Arrow. I think it is the owner Stan that remembered me from my first visit and he and the staff and super nice and friendly. The sandwiches can get pricey but they are so fresh and delicious. I had a Capistrami today and it was awesome. They opened another in Tulsa Hills and I wish them the best. Thanks for a great lunch when I am here. Support this best of Capriotti's! read more

Way Overpriced! The quality of the sandwiches are not good. We ordered a half grilled Italian and there was nothing grilled about it. Plus, the sandwich was so small for $6.49. It was another $3.19 to make it a combo. We also ordered a Bobbie....it was a cold turkey sandwich with cold stuffing and cranberry sauce...yuk! The inside of this place is so small. If you plan on eating in, I wouldn't unless you want to bump elbows with the table next to you. In addition, it was miserably cold inside. How can you enjoy a meal when you teeth are chattering. This is a one and done for us. I don't enjoy spending $20.00 for lunch for two crappy sandwiches. read more

This is the new sandwich shop for us. Fresh bread and hot or cold sandwich. The have a vegan chicken cheesesteak that is to die for. There regular meat sandwiches are awesome too. My husband loves them. The hot sandwiches are delicious and always come out nice and hot with lot of meat. The service is always nice and they welcomed us each time we have come in and normally tell us by as we leave if they aren't helping other customers. Just know if it's lunchtime you better be prepare for a wait or use the app to place your order to pickup as it's always busy. Dinner time is busy but not like lunch. The restaurant isn't the largest place and doesn't have a lot of seating so just know that if they are real busy there may not be a place to sit. I love that I can win rewards from visits and get offers too for food. Overall this is a great place to eat and I recommend it. read more

Two phrases come to mind after eating at Capriotti's... "holy crap" and "about damn time". This new Tulsa shop serves really high quality food, and it's good from your first bite to your last. I tried the Cheesesteak my first time in and was amazing. Sadly, I did not see the Wagyu option, but I'll definitely be back to give it a try! The steak itself... it was cooked to perfection. It was a little crispy on the edges and had a TON of flavor. I was actually more so worried about the cheese because I saw another sandwich being made and it didn't look like the sandwich was "chopped" like how they do in Philly, but the cheese was perfect too! Great flavor, great amount, not too much, not too little. It comes with diced onions which were grilled to perfection as well. I cannot even describe this accurately... in Philly the onions and peppers are diced so well, they almost blend in with the cheese and steak. That sounds weird, I know! Basically just expect perfectly sized diced pieces of onions exactly how they're intended, take my word for it, I'm from Philly! The only downside? I agree with other review here, THEY'RE BUSY, what do you expect? Finally a decent sandwich place opens up in Tulsa, of course the tables will be packed, and the wait is gonna be about 20 minutes. Today was my first day to visit Capriotti's, they've been open for a week or two now I guess, and the waiting line still goes out the door, it's crazy! So yeah, you're gonna have to wait a bit, but is it worth it? YUP. Starting with the good, it is the best sandwich shop in town, clean, friendly staff, and new. Other than that, not much to talk about. Don't even think about sitting at a table. There are a few close together and you will have patrons pressed up against you waiting to pick up the sandwich they have been waiting 15 minutes from. Great if you like to share things. The space is a small shotgun layout about 25 feet wide and 80-feet straight back to back wall. A hallway with a door on each end divided by a service counter, After talking to a few locals I was optimistic about trying a Cheese Steak. Sigh! The onions and peppers were mush, beef overcooked, and a bun made of air with no flavor or texture. 20 minutes and $14 wasted. Amazing Tulsa and Broken arrow really do not have a good sandwich shop. I got spoiled living in Dallas for 14 years. Really disappointed, no good sandwiches, BBQ, or Mexican food in town. Again if it is a takeout sandwich shop you are looking for; go for it because it is the best sandwich shop in town. read more

I had high hopes. I'm a huge fan of Snake River Farms and order from them as often as possible. There was nothing exceptional about this place. They just opened so they were extremely slow it took almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich. I only tried the cheesesteak. It was very soft bread with American cheese no cheese wiz. The sandwich was just kinda soggy and bland. I'll try it again after they've been open a little longer. Based on this experience it's Subway with less options. Disappointed. read more

I ordered a small wagu cheesesteak with sweet peppers . The meat was seasoned perfectly and the amount in the bun was plentiful. A very well made sandwich. I ate 1/2 for lunch and reheated the second half in a toaster oven. It was still delicious, reheated. I will definitely go back and try other sandwiches. I got there before the rush and had my sandwich in less than 10 minutes. Probably more like five, I didn't time it, but it wasn't a long wait. read more

If you haven't had it yet, you MUST try it! We also really liked the Homemade Meatball & the Classic Italian as well! Next time I believe we will try out the Bobbie! I ordered 3 sandwiches. 1 half, 1 small, and 1 medium of the cheesy steak. The half I wanted plain only meat and cheese since I am allergic to onions. I at first had said chicken cheese sandwiches but my family with me said steak cheese. After the rude girl made the change while rolling her eyes, she says $38.34. I said "wow." She said, "this place is expensive for larger size sandwiches." So I paid it and took the receipt. My Order had the wrong sizes and my sandwich was full of onions. :/ Then I look at my receipt and she didn't even charge us for the right size sandwiches. I was commenting to my husband about how I ordered a half, small, and medium not a small and 2 mediums. The rude cashier says in a loud rude voice, she could cancel the order. My husband said no we are hungry. I realize it is hard to find good help, but when paying 38 dollars for 3 sandwiches, it would be nice to get the correct order! read more
