Mike is friendly and invited us to look around as he described the market. The store is small and pristine. There are several refrigerators holding Angelo's signature pasta and sauces. Meats from an Indiana farm and a few Italian cheeses are also available. I bought some Italian sausage and some fresh pasta for dinner. The pasta and the sausage were absolutely delicious. Another case hold fresh sandwiches on crusty breads. The sandwiches look awesome. Two other shelves hold Italian dry goods such as spices, mixes, candies, olives and more. I also picked up a loaf of their fresh made focaccia. The focaccia was soft and fluffy with great spices. Pasta making classes are offered in a cooking classroom within the shop. Sign up for classes is available at their website. There is limited street parking, but we found a close spot.

The clerk was super friendly. I was disappointed that they were out of soup. I had my heart set on chili. The sandwiches are awesome. The bread is fresh, crispy and the ingredients fresh. I shared an Italian sub with my husband. The spicy peppers were awesome. The sandwich was delicious. I would like to see the addition of whole wheat bread option for those heath conscious.
