Came here for the first time with my coworkers. Ordered the Classic Italian, Capastrami, and the American Wagyu French Dip. All the sandwiches were delicious. My Capastrami sub was 18inches and it was super fulfilling. There was a bit more breading than I'd like, but otherwise, perfect. $13. Where are the peppers and onions they advertise? Not to mention that it wasn't toasted. The bun came straight from the fridge and was cold which didn't mesh well with the hot meat. We went because the advertised photo looked so good. I'm sticking with Jersey Mikes. I should have known when I asked for a "Philly" the cashier didn't know what that was (you have to call it a cheesesteak) OH...and their point system gives you $10 after you spend $100 and the $10 isn't even enough for the medium sandwich. This ( capriotti's) is absolutely the best sandwich shop we have ever been to. We've been a lifelong fan of Capriotti's, starting in Las Vegas. For a long time leaving Vegas meant no more Capriottis for us exept for the occasional trip back to Vegas. Well stumbled on a Capriottis on a vacation in Georgia and ate there twice during our 5 day visit. Finding this location, less than an hour from our place in lake Conroe was pure eager anticipation and this first visit did not disappoint. Hubby ordered his go-to capriotti's, the homemade turkey. , a medium. I struggled between the capastrami or the Bobbie. Trust me when I say the struggle was real. I chose the capastrami because I already decided I would be taking a Bobbie home with me. Neithery husband or I could eat more than half of our mediums, and wrapped them up to take home. This did not stop me from also getting a Bobbie to go. Very excited for dinner tonight. Capriottis may be unfamiliar to most people in this region, but please trust me when I say that you will not be unhappy with this sandwich shop. read more

This place is a secret treasure trove for a vegetarian. I stopped in there one day alone and found out they have a whole vegetarian menu. So recently I invited my sisters to try it out and we all got a different vegetarian sandwich. First of all yall these sandwiches are huge. The small is really big. I ordered a small turkey and coleslaw. It was amazing but a bit too much Cole slaw but I don't know if you're aware but it is impossible to find good vegetarian turkey. All the ones I've tried are nasty. This one was so incredible that I went back to the counter and asked if they were sure they gave me the VEGETARIAN turkey. They confirmed and I was amazed. My sisters enjoyed their vegetarian philly steaks. A few days later My sister took my mom a sandwich from here for surprise and my mom was Shocked that it was vegetarian. So last week me and my mom went to lunch here together and she got us both the medium turkey and cheese. This is a great place for a vegetarian lunch and they do have seating outside too. Checked out this franchised sandwich business I've seen advertised on Tik Toc and have driven by to see what it was like. I admit there was a bit of excitement in anticipation of finding hopefully a somewhat authentic Italian style deli!! Upon entering there no customers and 2 employees were sitting at a table with one on their phone with a third standing. Not a great first impression but I carried on. Given I wanted to REALLY like this place I ordered their number one best seller which was turkey, that is advertised cooked daily, stuffing and cranberry. I order a HOT large given I was hungry and the description sold me! After my sandwich arrived I eagerly opened it and was not pleased by the contents. There was a nice fresh whole cranberry sauce however the stuffing was not spread evenly in the sandwich but it was in large meatball style clumps? Taking that aside my true disappointment was the turkey that was not sliced freshly baked turkey nor even decent sized peices but instead a smattering of torn slivers of turkey that couldn't have been more then a slice dispersed crudely. Since this business is a franchise and has a structured sales platform and food plan in place I feel that whomever the owner is had better put some personal time into their investment before it expires! read more

As soon as we walked in, it was a warm welcome, the staff said "welcome to Capriotti's " I looked at the menu over and over again online, obsessing over the delicious, fresh options, and once I walked in and smelt the cheesesteaks being made, that's what I chose. While I love Capriotti's, my only visit to this location was bad. It is very poorly managed and disorganized. The employees do not seem to know what they are doing or have much common sense. I would have been more satisfied with Subway, which would have been less expensive. I had the classic Italian sub. There wasn't really anything wrong with it, but I expected something better.
