Doordash had a bogo free special. So we ordered 2 Italian subs. According to the appropriate it should have been 24.49 and whatever other fees they tack on. What we got was 4 medium subs for 48.98. Not only was the size and price wrong, the roll was as hard as a brick, they forgot all of the seasonings, oil, vinegar and lettuce. I love Capriotti's subs. I just wish it wasn't such an ordeal to get one. I ordered a cheesesteak via the website yesterday. It said it would be ready at 2:06. I arrived at 2:06. My sandwich hadn't even been started and wouldn't be for 5 more minutes. There were 3 employees and about 6 customers. I got my sub at 2:19, without an apology. It was delicious! Last Capriotti's experience was a couple months ago in Lewes. Ordered an Italian with everything and oil. It had lettuce and tomatoes. Still delicious. Time before that.. another not good customer service experience. I go way less than I want because it isn't worth the hassle. After going all over Milford in March, I had dinner hear and, as much I wanted to disregard Yelp reviews, I too will say nearly the same. Most of the staff seemed a bit rambunctious. The place seemed quite messy. And it took me at least half a hour to get my order. When I got up to the counter to get my drink, the cashier asked me about my ingredients (10 minutes after making the order). When the order was complete, nobody told me that it was ready until I got up to the counter a third time to ask about it. The time may be due to a very excessive amount of online orders. The location (unless this is the only Capriotti's) could be all my complaints, as the I love the menu choices and the quality of the food was splendid. I got a half sub and half salad (although it felt like a whole salad) and, when I ate it, I loved it! I had to save it for later. Unless they specialize in hiring teens/young-adults primarily to keep them off the streets, better management is my biggest suggestion, otherwise fantastic! read more

I stopped in there on my drive home recently, and I would not go back. The place is filthy. From the plate glass door, the floor, the food area, and the bathroom. The place is disgusting. The young women making the food- masks are not covering their noses. They are breathing all o er everything. I ordered food because I needed to use the bathroom. Paid for it, then waited to get it. As soon as I left, I threw the sub away. I was out $14.00, but there was no way I was eating that food. Clean your damn restaurant. Wear masks that cover your face, and take pride in your work. Today, however, the rudest woman answered the phone when I called for curbside pickup (which they offer and I indicated that was my method when I placed my online order.) Last week, one salad was missing altogether, and hot peppers were put on a cheesesteak when I requested them on the side. At least Door Dash credited us. And that's exactly what I got, a good cheese steak, not an amazing cheese steak not even a great cheese steak. it was just a good filling steak. Went to Capriotti's on 12/18/20. Bought 2 Subs. 1 Capastrami & 1 Wagyu Slaw Be Jo. The amount of meat on the Wagyu Sub was embarrassing. Might have well been a Cole Slaw Sub. The Capastrami Sub was better in the amount of meat. The Subs tasted good but for the price...$14.99 for a Med Wagyu and $10.49 for a Med Capistrami.....come on. Definately not worth the $25.48 for the two. Filled out the Capriotti's Feedback survey on the receipt but apparently they are not to concerned about their quality. Have not heard back from them. I recently went to the Capriottis in Milford Delaware. I used the curbside to go. Sat outside for 10 minutes and no one came to me. I went inside and stood there for another few minutes because there wasn't anyone at the counter. I wasn't greeted by the two guys who were cooking. They yelled a woman's name and she came out to me finally. I got a turkey sub. (I usually get it from the Lewes De Capriottis. The lettuce looked old and the sandwich was not good. However I asked 3 times how much longer my order would be as people after me have placed and order sat ate and left along with other phone and online orders. 30 minutes of sitting there I ask for the 3 time to the owner i assume and she said it's been sitting here, mind you 10 minutes before that I asked her the same thing. First off I love capriotti's. We get subs from Smyrna, Greentree and rt 10 about once a week. Today my wife ran to Milford and this was the first time we got a sub from this location. I've been to many Capriotti's up and down the state. This is by far the worst one. Staff is rude and incompetent. They stand around yapping at each other while customers wait impatiently to order. I called my order in today, because last time was a disaster. I got there 10 minutes later, only one customer waiting on an order and they had not even STARTED my order yet. They (the two staff who were in the store...the others were out back smoking and texting) stopped often to talk to each other. Took forever, and when I got it home the veggie burger wasn't even cooked all the way. It was still frozen in the middle.
