The food was just mee. We ordered 2 large tuna sandwiches for 3 people. While this was more than enough to feed all 3 of us with plenty of leftovers, which with my soon to be 18 year old son being able to put most of one of those by himself, couldn't finish but about 1/4 of a half of that sandwich because it tasted so bad. We didn't like the way the bread was split and everything laid on top of each other, making it very difficult to eat. It was over salted and the tuna was nothing more than yuk! It tasted very fishy, and that's a tell tell sign that the tuna was too old to serve. Our family actually was excited to go there for the first time, and I'm sad to say that we will not be making a second trip. For the price (overly priced that is), just not gonna go there again. We ate here once before, when it first opened and had the turkey sandwich which was acceptable. Today, we stopped in and ordered the homemade turkey sub. The sandwich is just chock-full. Very dry turkey. The tomato was very scant and there was one little slice of onion. We had to order extra mayo because we could not chew and swallow the sandwich. It was so dry. If you're going to put all of this turkey on a sub, then it should be fresh and it should be moist. This was like eating Thanksgiving leftovers on the weekend after Thanksgiving. The food was okay, the service was fine but not fast by any means. I don't know if we'll be back. It wasn't anything outstanding. We went there on a Monday evening (Labor Day) and they over charged me an extra meal and a kids meal. I brought it up to management at that time, she thought she fixed it, but told me to hold onto my receipt and check back in a few days. No refund showed up in my account, so I called. A new request was submitted to corporate. I've received no refund yet. I submitted 2 requests to corporate since and still nothing. It's $20 that I was over charged. I'm just leery of anyplace that doesn't even intend to make it right at the corporate level. They seemed helpful enough that the store, but no one offered any other solution other than me following up. Almost as if they hoped I would forget. read more

Very disappointing. Saw this place and looked up their menu. Everything looked great online. Ordered a couple bobbie subs, a roast beef, couple soups and cookies. Drove to the restaurant to pick up my order. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food after I arrived. People walking in off the street and ordering in person received their food before me. After I got my food and walked to my car I realized one of my soups were missing. Once again I was back inside waiting. Got home and opened the bobbie sandwiches and saw a small trickle of cranberry juice on the sandwiches. The only quality item from this restaurant was the cookie made by an outside vendor. A welcome addition to the Parker sandwich scene! Being an east coast transplant (NJ) we have very high standards for deli's and Italian sandwiches... we had an Italian sub with hot peppers. The bread was great, generous fillings and toppings! Solid Italian sub... nice menu with lots of hot and cold sandwich options. They also cater... nice options, great for parties or businesses. Heard from several people that these sandwiches were delicious. Tried it the first time and it was just ok, nothing to write home about. Tried it the second time with my family and there was very little meat in the bun. Did not look anything like the picture on the wall. Still hungry afterwards. And I was also overcharged for an extra sandwich I did not get. Said they would fix it but my account was still charged incorrectly. 4 small sandwiches, 4 drinks & 3 chips and it was $79. Never again. Over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a salad?! Seriously?? We placed an online order at noon and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes... LOL. Checked in with the cashier about 20 minutes after the order and she said it wasn't ready yet. Then I watched her give out the wrong sandwiches to a couple of customers, who unwrapped them, touched them, realized they were wrong and sent them back. They then rewrapped the sandwiches and sent them out!! Disgusting. I should have left at that point. I sat there for 20 more minutes before checking in again, only to be told they ran out of tuna. Ummmmmm... ok, did someone want to let me know or was I just supposed to sit there all afternoon? The staff has zero sense of urgency or customer service. I was so excited because there is a Capriotti's on almost every corner in Las Vegas where I'm from and I miss it so much. This place left so much to be desired. Apathetic/rude teen staff. Food slopped together with no care. I ordered a salad for pick up. When I got there it was not ready, so I got to see them literally toss a few things in a to go container, then check to see if the dressing was expired. They couldn't find the date so shrugged and poured some in a cup. The lettuce was so brown and gross I couldn't even eat it. Sad because it can be such a great sandwich place. For the prices, I wish they would show a little more care. I won't be back. read more

Have been waiting to try this place and went for dinner tonight. I had the Italian which was big and tasty and full of ingredients. However, my husband got the Capastrami and could hardly find the meat, it was pretty much a bun with coleslaw. Super disappointed especially after the guy recommended it, he ended up eating half of mine because he was still hungry:( also the kid's sandwich looked like it was maybe the 3 inches of a cut off end of a roll. It was so small and again maybe had 1 piece of ham. I guess I expected after the hype of an East Coast sandwich shop, that it would be full of meat and big and filling but not so much:( Might try again might not, hopefully they can figure out putting some more meat on the sandwiches. read more

Panda Express had a long line so I was intrigued by the best sandwich in the world sign. I first used the bathroom, no toilet paper! I got a meatball sandwich, it wasn't hot. Barely warm meatballs and not melted cheese. The restaurant was cold and. Had hard cold metal chairs and big noisy fan by the drink area.
