I've lived in Riverside for five years, and this was my first time visiting this spot--I have to say, I've definitely been missing out. The sandwiches were incredibly delicious, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. I went to Capriotti's twice this week because of a promotion i saw online. I was surprised to see it was really busy when i arrived. I chose to order online and my food was ready when i got there despite them being busy. Inside is not too big but there is a couple of tables you can choose to sit at. I was also surprised to see they offered various cheesesteaks and even sold soup which i wasn't aware of. I ordered their Italian sandwich both times. The first time it was really loaded up with lots of meat and i enjoyed it overall. The second time it was about half the meat as last time so I'm not sure if they messed up the first time i went or if it just depends who makes it. The second time It was also missing mayo which i did choose as an add on. Overall i think the sandwhich was good better than subway for sure but i don't think it's the best Italian sandwhich I've had. I would probably have to try one of their cheesesteaks as it seems that's what they are known for. read more

When I arrived in person I was told that it would have to be done online and there's nothing they can do to redeem it . So there's no way to enter in a coupon code . OMG... I found my new Sandwich Shop! This place is amazing! I had the opportunity to try several of their sandwiches in one visit because we ordered for a large event. They were all on point. I love Thanksgiving Dinner so I would have to comment on the "The Bobbie" today... I ate more of that one than any other but I was lucky and got to try a sample of several. It was absolutely delicious! I also tried all of their cookies and they were very, very good. They were soft but still had a bit of a crunch. They were the perfect size and served individually wrapped. We actually had left over cookies after the event (Crazy.... Right!!!) And I was able to take them home. The lasted a few days and they were just as good! The service was excellent... especially for a large order and the employees were super pleasant! My sandwich was pretty good. I would elect to not have Cole slaw, but was unaware it was a part of the sandwich. It was large, pretty good flavor too. My customer service was amazing. Greeted with a hi and hello by both the staff and the customers. They were regulars who suggested I enjoy the fries (even offered me some)! Environment is quiet. I visited this place a few days ago , Rose was very nice ,and helpfull , unfortunately the menu was a bit confusing , they make 4, 6, 8, 10. Etc inch sandwiches , so settled for 2 italian 10 inchers , and fries , 32$ later . The sandwiches were delivered quickly, but looked nothing like the pictures in the website. The chicken cheesesteak was too wet and made the bread a soggy mess. It was impossible pick up to eat. The pastrami sandwich had a measly amount of pastrami and was also very wet. We got the hot Bobbi. It was so tasty! Definitely get the gravy on the side to dip! It was literally so full it was falling apart because it was so heavy very yummy!!! My hubby got the capistrami which is their pastrami sub! It was so full again! And very delicious! For me it was a little too salty, I'm not sure if they added salt to it but next time I'll definitely make sure to say no salt added. But that was just me. My hubby did not think that it was too salty and ate it all. lol! The kids got a turkey sub and liked it. Our older son got an Italian sub and said it was the best he's ever had. The bread is fantastic!!! I also got a small Italian. It was really full and tasty. However I specifically said that I wanted oil and vinegar and there was non on it. So that was very disappointing.
