I've been eating here for years. The service is always great and today was no exception. I had a minor issue with my last order and the owner wrote to apologize and offer me a free foot-long, which I went in to take him up on today. The guy at the register was really cool about it and even offered to throw in a couple of drinks which I declined since I never order drinks, but it was great to have a business from the owner to the employee go out of their way in acknowledging an issue and making up for it. It's smart business too because people always want to go back to a place when they're treated well, so when I'm at the pharmacy picking up medication and thinking about food, Subway will be there in the back of my mind. I always get the Spicy Italian on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. I think it's the fresh baked bread and wide array of toppings for the sandwich that make me want to eat here. I could make something similar at home, but I would end up having to throw out a bunch of stuff because I put about 6 different things on the sandwich, and I also wouldn't want to have to do all that prep work. So just know if you ever do have a problem at this Subway, let the owner know and he'll make it right. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. The manager there has no customer service. They messed up my order and instead of fixing it for me they said it was my fault. Well 1st off I ordered a foot long and got a wrap that is as big as my husband's "6 sub. I showed them my order and a wrap was no where to be seen. It was a pure mistake. Instead of just fixing it I was forced to take the order. I feel totally ripped off. Not only was my order wrong but I left them a tip that I wish I could take back. read more

Subway is my go to every time I'm in a hurry. for the last month I've received in my email coupons from the restaurant and I love them cause it allow me to get 2 foot longs for the price of one. The ingredients they have seem to be good quality though I would love if they offered more options for the protein. Every time I go I get a wonderful service from the workers, they're fast and give you good amount of food inside your sandwich. The ambiance I would love if they had more tables but is the ambiance you would expect from a fast food place. read more

I like deli sandwiches but for whatever reason haven't been to Subway in awhile. I stopped in to this location to pick up lunch. It's in a new strip of shops and an easy location to get in and out of. The menu is pretty diverse and the smell of the fresh bread is exactly what I was looking for. I tried the Spicy Italian on the Italian herb and cheese bread. C'mon people, this bread is amazing, soft and fresh. The mix of meats and cheese was perfect. I really liked the wide variety of condiments available which is much more like a salad bar than just the usual lettuce and tomato. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back. If you're in the area give them a try! read more

The Bigger kid with dark hair has no customer service, bad attitude, snobby outlook on life because when I walked in there was obnoxious music playing, the guy with the dark hair was not wearing a name tag was squishing my bread when slicing it open. I have been to subways a lot and know that most workers use a light hand to not squish the bread. I got the jalapeño bread and it was squished and a crater was left on the center of the bread. I told him politely not to squish my bread and he didn't say sorry but just looked down and didn't even acknowledge the situation went on to make a mess out of my tuna sandwiches. It was not the first this happened, this is the second time now hence I am writing this review. That big kid with dark hair makes me not want to eat subway anymore by how gross his nonexistent customer service was. Well, let's talk about a major screw up. I placed a catering order 2 days for a funeral gathering today at my house. The order was to be ready @ 11am/11:30am... well whe i got there they knew nothing about it! Hadn't started. It's now 12:10pm & i have a house full of people and it's still not done!!! A complete fail!!! The manager, the morning crew! Everyone! It's a team buisness. Someone should have known about the order & should have had a plan.. it's ridiculous. I love this place!It's close to home and they can take orders through the android mobile app. Been a fan since i moved here and it's my go to Subway. I go about 2 or 3 times a week. The staff is fast and incredibly nice.I have never had an issue with a wrong order or witnessing unhygienic food practices. They even know my usual order. I sometimes walk in and see very demanding customers making their life a nightmare and they never stop being courteous and willing to change orders for customers. It's a little secluded, but low traffic means a shorter lines and more parking spaces. The employees are always on the move, never just standing around. If they aren't making bread and taking orders then they're making sure the place is clean and tidy. read more

This place is not far from our home - we've gone there for 5+ yrs - each time, I tell my husband not to go back. They are very very very unfriendly - (period) - the only reason we continue to go back is the parking is better than the other one near our home (at the Albertson's parking lot) - each time I go there, I am treated as if they could care less about me - one time we went there 20 mins before closing and one man was there counting the cash register money - the door was locked - I tapped on the window and he angrily looked up at me - and shooed me to leave angrily (I figured this guy was the owner/mgr - as he was extremely scary looking - frowning and shooing me away - also did not look American for the record) - I just don't understand why people who buy these types of businesses aren't 'people friendly' to their customers - they all seem to be trained to be 'unfriendly' and not grateful for their customers who are keeping bread and butter on their tables. Ridiculous and I am seeing this type of attitude at many many of our fast food type industries these days - very sad - I think I will try to likewise write to the headquarters of Subway to voice this complaint as I am sure they would like to stay in business and not go out of business because of these type of people running and representing them. Also, this last time I just picked up a tuna footlong - it was SKIMPY and I am certain this IS the last time I will go there for sure. The Subway at the Albertson's (near Trautwein) is far nicer to their customers and I never get the impression they are unhappy to see me - they are also far more busier and people friendly - guess that's why they seem to have far more customers here.
