The experience that I have always had going out for ice cream is that you are served more than you are expecting and it's delightful. Here the ice cream was not even piled to the top of the cup, which was barely bigger than the size of a hoodsie. I ordered black raspberry Oreo which tasted freezer burned, and cookie butter which was tasty but I only had a couple of spoonfuls of it so didn't enjoy it for long. The staff was disengaged and the place wasn't even busy so it's not like the girl was rushing to take care or a line or stressed. Overall a total disappointment. I would go in when we moved back in 2014 and he would always come over to me and say hi give me a hug and chit chat calling me Joy. He didn't realize I wasn't her. His wife now oversees things there, loves our dog Blitz and spoils him with pup cups every time she sees him. Kush Kone is a really important to Manomet, not just for summer vacationers but for the year round residents. Our little town would never be the same without Kush Kone.
