Great place, feels very homey! The innkeepers were super friendly and polite, remembered our names and made a great breakfast - outstanding.

Came to The Cape for a summer respite and decided glamping was in order for a few nights.. After…read moresome research this was the place I knew I needed to start my vacation , and it was fantastic... We choose to stay in an AIRSTREAM, yes an Airstream! For some reason this seemed fun and it was more than fun... We pulled into the AutoCamp and it's really a really nice property. You'll park your vehicle in a lot and then check in at the lodge. The staff gave us our keys and a map to our airstream. Also filled us in on the entertainment and goings on at facility's. We loaded are gear onto the carts provided so we can move our gear around... Found our camper with ease. Outside our Airstream was table and fire pit should we have wanted to enjoy an evening fireside moment.. Wood was available for sale at the lodge. Inside was a queen sized bed with small tv for viewing. Our shower was great, I mean you're in an airstream yet it was hot and kinda powerful. Now it's summer time so you're gonna need AC or you'll broil in this thing. Yes on the AC and this blew cold air like an attic storm.. My thoughts are you could literally live in one of these if needed should the zombie apocalypse happen. Now the AutoCamp has some other ways to enjoy your trip. You can have a cabin / trailer or for a person whom enjoys a TENT Experience well they have that as well.. Can't say enough positive things about The AutoCamp cause we had a blast. Also note it's super close to the ferry docks so you can travel to Martha's Vineyard for the day. Will come back for another experience I guarantee it...

Everything was clean inside and they offered luxury scented hand wash. At reception you can obtain a wagon/pully to transport your belongings from your car to airstream. Yoga classes available in the morning at 830am, mat included. Live music on the wkends at 6pm Mem tea, coffee and granola for breakfast

This organization is the best renal management company on Cape Cod--we have worked with a few of…read morethem! They responsive, personable, thoughtful, and problem-solving. In the time of COVID they have tried to restructure their business model and have worked to be responsive to owners and renters under the most painful of circumstances. They have been faced with so much interruption and they are doing "handstands" to people's needs. We are owners and we feel so great about their staff and they do not outsource! Thank you for being professional, honest, and humane!

As a vacation home owner, I contacted Del Mar Vacations to manage my rental. The person I spoke…read morewith, Luke Chapman, would not share key information about how the business operates -- sample contract, fee schedule -- which anyone who works with them would need to see. He said they have "no fees" but obviously this's not true. Their fee is whatever they make above the price they "guarantee" you, which might end up being 20% or as high as 75%, who knows. Luke insisted he had to come see my property before he could give me any info about how they operate the business. He wrote me numerous emails where he tried to make a case for why it's OK for him to not share basic information, which made no sense. It would have been much easier for him to send a sample contract than to send me 5 emails to convince me I didn't need to see it. He comes off as extremely shady, so I did not invite him into my property and I suggest you don't either. Unfortunately, property management companies are not required to be licensed in Massachusetts by the state real estate bureau, as they are in other states. Thus, in MA, buyer beware. There's is no guarantee that who you're dealing with isn't shady. Del Mar Vacations reads shady all over.

Martha’s Vineyard - Sail away!

Martha’s Vineyard

Martha's Vineyard, MA (as Amity Island)…read more When I hear of Martha's Vineyard I only know to associate it to Presidential vacations and retreats but there's so much more charm to it and I want to go back! Edgartown was the first town we visited at Martha's Vineyard. Located on the eastern side of the Island, Edgartown is a quiet, lovely village with a deep history of its New England whaling past... we enjoyed some shopping at local souvenir shops. We had lunch at the Seafood Shanty and stopped by the Ice Cream and Candy Bazaar for some ice cream and chocolates. This is the town where they filmed some of the scenes from Steven Spielberg's 1975 blockbuster "Jaws." The original sign used for Amity National Bank was displayed inside the Edgartown Nat'l Bank. We hopped on the VTA Bus #5 that took us to the Town of Aquinnah. It is the least populous town on the island. Here we were able to view the the multicolored clay cliffs of the Gay Head Cliffs and its surroundings including the Gay Head Lighthouse. That lighthouse was featured in Jaws too. Lastly, we got off the VTA Bus #13 at the Town of Oak Bluffs located at the northeastern shore of the island. This town is contrast to the old world charm of Edgartown and the vast fields at Aquinnah. Oak Bluffs is a vibrant and happening town. We saw the the Flying Horses Carousel but we totally missed the Gingerbread Houses! ... now I want to go back to MV again and see those pastel-colored cottages. Btw, there are no actual vineyards on Martha's Vineyard and the island is only accessible from the mainland via ferry. Review #3034
