    Grilled chicken
    Joshua D.

Won't be back to captains after a recent incident. Called and ordered a chicken caesar wrap with fried chicken for delivery. To prevent any mistakes, I specifically repeated fried chicken numerous times on the phone. Upon receiving my food, I found that the chicken inside the wrap was grilled. A simple mistake. I politely called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake and to possibly send over the correct wrap. The same man who originally took the order was now arguing with me that the chicken was in fact fried. I was shocked as I steered down at the grilled chicken in the wrap. He couldn't comprehend the fact that he was wrong. He told me he knew it was fried since he made it but the sad reality was that he did not know. A situation like this shouldn't call for any sort of escalation but the man was standing firm on his beliefs. After being hung up on numerous times, I was finally able to reach a more reasonable individual. It would make sense after such frustration to request a full refund, however, I only requested the wrap to be credited. I'd like to add that I've never had an issue with the food here. However, I can't rationally return to a business that treats their customers with such bitter disrespect.

    Burnt turkey sub

This is what Captain's Pizza sold me today as a "toasted" turkey sub. Unfortunately, I had Zoom meetings starting less than 20 mins after I got home, so I couldn't take it back and just ate the turkey inside with fork and knife. How someone would package this burnt sandwich and hand it to an unsuspecting customer is beyond me.

Ceasar salad....... where is all of the condiments..... disappointed

Absolutely AWEFUL phone service, extremely rude. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and when I went to pick it up, the guy thought I had said just a normal one. Since it was busy, I was fine with it. The older man that had answered the phone gave a huge attitude and came off as an extremely mean owner. I feel bad for the employees... who have to deal with him. When I got home and opened the salad, it had JUST chopped romaine lettuce in the container with some cheese sprinkled on it. There were no croutons. The pita bread was even in the original bag that they get their pita bread from.... if I wanted some lettuce with some cheese... I would've bought a thing of romaine lettuce from the store.

$8 Lg. Chicken Salad Sub and $6 Sm. Chicken Salad sub. Loaded with chicken. My favorite! Great value!

Great pizza, steak tip subs are great, and their bread rolls are always fresh. The prices are not bad at all either.

Decent pizza, greasy but ok. I'm in no rush to return. Don't bother with iceberg old salads.

Just so many good choices! And then at the same time, they serve fried chicken and chicken sandwiches. And the prices are very reasonable. I got two sauces with my bowl and didn't end up using either because everything had so much good flavor (yep, brought those home). My sister and I showed up at lunch and got easy parking just on the other side of the street. We ordered at the counter and as it was our first time had a number of questions. The staff was super helpful and my food came out much quicker than I expected. They have lots of coffee and other specialty drinks but there's also water available in the counter area where you also get your silverware and napkins, a perfect arrangement for us heavy water drinkers The decor is funky and fun and definitely heavy on a chicken theme. I try out a lot of good places but this is at the top of my list of restaurants I need to return to soon. I was glad to see they have a total of four sites in different places and my sister who lives up in New Hampshire is hoping they will open one up there.

All I can say is "Mmmmmmm...."…read more Great selection, and ok service. The ambiance can be a little hectic at times, based on the casual fast food model they use, but it works! Everything from the vegan options the coffee rocks it out of the park. YUMMY place! :)

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.
