If I had to make one rule while on this island it'd be this: no one gets to make pizza except these people. This is excellent pie with a bit of flop but, a spectacular crust, the sauce is amazing (best sauce I've had) and the pepperoni is to die for. I give it a solid 7.8!!! We got the deluxe pizza and a pepperoni pizza. They both had a lot of cheese, and great ingredients. This is, by far, the best pizza on Captiva and Sanibel combined. The best! This place is incredible. Rest assured, any of these entitled reviewers below w their "horror" stories (which I literally laughed out loud while reading)...this is Captiva. The most entitled vacation spot in the lower 48. Know that this place goes above and beyond, the serving size of their cheesy bread is incredibly generous, and I'm not mad at the after taste either. It may be difficult to order sometimes, but the pizza is great! The pizza from the other option on Captiva is bland with no taste. We ordered our pizza based on when we wanted it to come out of the oven, since we wanted to see the sunset first, and it was timed perfectly. We go a half vegan pizza, along with sausage and pepperoni and everyone was very happy. We come to Captiva every year, and this is our pizza from now on. Since in quarantine and Stay at Home orders not much is open in Captiva these days so we tried out Captiva Island Pizza for the first time and it was amazing! I don't think there are a lot of pizza options on the island, so this place stands out. The quality was not what we are used to. It what doughy and just pretty average. Kinda pricey for the value. The place is in the upstairs of a little strip building and parking was minimal due to nearby outdoor restaurant seating. I wouldn't order from them again. read more

Staying at Tween Waters and had a late lunch, feeling hungry as it got later in the evening, but didn't want to leave our room. It was 845pm and yelp says they close at 9. We were not optimistic, but called to see if they would deliver this late on a Saturday night and we were pleasantly surprised they said "yes". By 905 we received out pizza and salad delivery, and it was excellent. We will use them again when we visit the island. read more

Captiva Island Pizza is AWESOME! It's always delicious and easy. We often get a bunch of pizzas to go when our family travels down to Captiva. The owner is hard working and makes a great pie, there's nothing else you need to know! Definitely great for people staying on Captiva as a meal on the beach or back in your home / rental. I tried to order delivery on the phone today 7/4/20 and they were extremely rude. The man on the phone could understand everything but the card number I was giving him. When my daughter was looking for a local pizza place and named the "pizza, yogurt and gifts" spot, my immediate reaction was that with that name it couldn't be good. There were other Yelpers who assured me that, despite the gift shop and yogurt sidelines, the pizza was great. They were right (as always!). We ordered 2 small and one large pizza for the 5 of us (adults) and that was just enough. We had 1 slice left (we were hungry and stuffed ourselves!). The Jaws was excellent, the Man overboard was another great selection. The crust was thin and light and the toppings were all fresh. We were able to purchase a 12 pack of domestic beer for $18. I wouldn't say the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure they were higher than any gourmet place in CT. I will definitely keep this on the list for when I return next year! read more
