Went to Carcode to get my car washed last week and was not disappointed. I am one of those guys that really neglects their car until it is way too dirty that it becomes embarrassing to drive around regularly. So as a preface - yeah, my car was really dirty. I opted in for the $22 wash with the matte finish. I was told it would take around 45 minutes to an hour which was fine. I just sat and waited as they took their time to clean my baby. I didn't mind because I noticed they were making sure to get all the little nooks and spots that other car washes just ignore to get you in and out in 20 minutes. This was definitely a plus on their part. At the end of the was, which took about 50 minutes in total, my car was spotless and reflectively shiny. I think it was the best $22 wash I've ever spent. I have definitely paid $40 at other places to get a wash that was not as good. I would recommend this spot 11/10 times to anyone in the area. Thank you Carcode, you have my business! read more

I went there and the lady who helped me was very nice too. Price was very affordable and they did a good job cleaning my Tesla. I have been looking for a place to take my car to be detailed & waxed. I found Car Code Auto Spa. I called & they suggested I stop by to talk to Maria about price & when I could drop it off. Maria was busy & when I said I didn't want it done today she was the nicest person. She inspected the car and suggested Friday morning drop off. She says she needs to bring in more people to work. I dropped it off and she called after 1pm to pick it up. It was beautiful & so clean, it looked better than when I bought it. Dropped by on Saturday morning around 9:30am and was out by 10:15am. My truck was filthy from being parked outside during quarantine and the Jacaranda trees were starting to make things worse. I usually go to Diamond Bar Hand Wash, but after many mediocre washes I wanted to try a new spot. I found Car Code and wanted to give them a try. There were 3 other cars ahead of me, but they took care of me rather quickly. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and it looks like I may have found my new car wash. This hidden car wash is amazing, sometimes car washes rush the cleaning of your car but not here! They did an outstanding job. My parents recommended Car Code to me and my car was in desperate need of a detail. I did the ultimate wash which included both exterior and interior services. I dropped the car off around 12:30pm and was told it would take 2 hours to finish. I did ask to pick up closer to closing and the employee said they closed at 4 (even though their Yelp and another employee later said they closed at 5). I called around 3 to see if my car was ready but they said it wouldn't be done until 4:30. I was running late so I had my dad pick up my keys and picked up my car a little later, I was grateful they were able to accommodate this. Unfortunately, it started raining right around the time I picked up the car but it was definitely noticeably cleaner, especially the interior. The wash totaled to about $35, not a bad deal for the service! Wouldn't mind coming back but definitely need to work on the timing a little more. read more

Went there 4 days ago. First impression was good. Not too busy and the place was clean. The waiting area was also clean and you can see the worker's cleaning your car. The reason why I'm giving this place a 4 start because they miss a spot and it was located near the a pillar. I mean you can't miss that. But over all it was a good experience. They clean my car fairly well and I was happy with the result. I don't notice any swirl marks or new one and I hope it continues that way. I will keep coming here to help remove deep dirt on my car that a touch less car wash can not resolve. read more

They are very friendly and do their best to make everybody car great. They're a little short-handed but even then no one slacks off, constantly lots of cars coming through. Car wash options in diamond bar/walnut area are pretty subpar and hand car washes in particular are pricey for the quality. So I wasn't expecting much when I decided to give Carcode a try. When I arrived they were still doing renovation but the car wash was up and running. The place isn't very big and was minimally staffed so it took awhile for the person vacuuming the cars to come up to write my ticket and take my payment. I opted for the basic wash. It was $19 and included armor for my tires. It took a long time but this was the first time I ever drove away from a car wash and no water came running out of my side mirrors. As a Carwash, this place was just OK. It's unfortunate that the quality does not match the price they charge. And I was hoping they would deliver since I'm wary of other car washes to handle a Tesla. Saw that they've worked with Tesla's before, so I had a bit more trust for them. I came by for a wash and wax, and at first I thought, "Cool, I'm the only one here right now so they should be able to focus a bit more". Nope. I've had better Carwash results where the price isn't so up there. They had 3-4 guys working on my car?? They didn't vacuum my seats properly (I have white seats) and there were still oil splatter marks on the hood... if you're lazy or don't have time to wash your own car, this would probably suffice, but I'd go back to washing my own car or go to an exterior-only wash and get the same result for 4x less of the price here :\ read more

doors. Disnt vacuum very well. They locked the keys IN the car!!! Luckily and thankfully we were carrying a spare set. Theres still hard water marks on the windshield, and windows. you can tell they didn't use a microfiber cloth. There are still areas of the car, and mirrors that can be cleaner. I wiped my fingers across areas, and they came clean. Maybe its because they were rushing because it was almost closing time. (3:45 on a Sunday and they close at 5:00) Maybe we will give them another shot... Maybe not. Who knows. We will see read more

All I can say is that I'm impressed. A hidden gem. I'll be back. Excellent for any car but especially if you have a matte finished car. This is your go to place for a satin or matte finish. Ask for Leo or Maria. I discovered this place driving by and saw a car with a matte grey finish just recently washed. By this alone I was impressed... 99% of car washes and detail shops will not even entertain washing a matte paint job (because it's very costly to repair if damaged) but Leo and Maria here at Carcode Auto Spa assured me that this was something they felt confident with. I haven't been able to find somewhere that can wash my matte car and I'm so happy I finally found one. I gave this place a shot and it was well worth it. I thought I just came in on a bad day but I have been to this place a few times now. First, for a complete detail on a car that I was giving to a friend in need and then a few times for a wash for an SUV I bought. For the prices I have paid, this place is not doing the quality of work that I paid for. On the detail, When I picked the car up I noticed that there was a big black smudge mark on the sun visor that should have been cleaned. I chalked it up to just being human. We all miss things. I have had my new SUV washed a couple of times there and each time I had to ask them to remove dirt/ water that should have been pretty obvious to them. I don't know what the problem is but my experience has not been good for the price they charge. I could do just as well at the drive thru. Done. read more

They did a Horrible job, i basically paid 36$ per car for an express gas station car wash. I brought 2 cars here and paid for the ultimate wash, after 2 hours of waiting when they handed me the cars, the interior was still very dusty and still lots of dirty splashes on the exterior. They did a fairly good job. Just got done with a 2500 miles drive, and my car was understandably filthy as can be. I opted for the cheapest option, and it seemed like they cost most of everything clean. Most importantly, they cleaned off the bug cemetery off of my bumper.
