Or maybe a great looking deal but somewhere 60 miles away I needed to bring my title in and saw some nice cars. Steve was not pushy but I was! we worked out a great deal, he suggested I take it home/test drive it for a couple hours. Again, NO PUSHY SALE just good old fashioned friendly chatter on both sides. On the test drive I noticed a few small irritating noises, I had quite a bit of experience with 4 other Dodge caravans and had a pretty good idea of the source. An easy enough fix but they did it quickly and well. The car is fabulous and the price was very fair. Car was clean as a Whistle, purrs like a kitten and holds the road like glue, So this old geezer suggest you go in with the idea of just sitting down with Steve to enjoy a great friendly conversation and a no pressure look at some really nice cars. One last thing: I steer clear of "We finance everybody" places. It just never entered the conversation. (my experienc only,,,maybe they do but nothing was crammed down my throat or any other bodily orifice. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and came away with a great car. Finally! A disclaimer...I do not work for Jantz in any way...(besides, no one would hire a grouchy old fart like me! If nothing else else pop in to take a look

If it were up to me I wouldn't give a single star rating cuz honestly this shop doesn't deserve it…read more I purchased a vehicle from Dave back in March. The car already had some issues and Dave promised to have them fixed the next day. A few times when I messaged him, he didn't answer my messages or my phone calls. Here we are months later, and I ran into several problems. The alternator went out, the wrong battery was in the vehicle and needed to be replaced, the suspension had problems, the tires were bad, the starter went out and there was issues with the wiring. To fix all this would be $1300.00. The mechanic I saw said it's not worth putting another penny into and now my family is without a vehicle. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP especially if you are in hard times.

First, I would never knowingly go to a Used Car lot of any kind, however, I was responding to a Craigslist ad and crossed paths with Mr Prill. All the signs were there that this guy was a greaseball, however, he was eloquent in his words.....did just enough for me to keep on the "hook". To make a very long unsatisfying experience shirt and sweet; I was sold a piece of shit vehicle by this guy. Was never safety inspected, had several major deficiencies, switched parts, no horn, holes in the frame, etc. As if this was not bad enough, after paying him off, I had to get the State of Wisconsin involved to get my title. This guy has no morals. He has no standards or principle. STAY far away from this place and this guy

Mark communicated with me throughout the search process as the car I was seeking was in high demand. A vehicle became available and I pulled the trigger. The car was sold without any dealer add-ons. I was kept informed as to when the car would arrive at the dealership. On the date of purchase, Mark and I took the car for a test drive and explained all of the technology in a very understandable manner. The time spent with the F & I associate, Nick Kostadinov, was much more pleasant than expected with no pressure. It was refreshing to hear Mark Anthony as well as Nick Kostadinov boast with pride about working for Kenosha Toyota. If you're looking for a no monkey-business auto purchase transaction, Mark Anthony and Kenosha Toyota will exceed your expectations.

I had a good experience at Kenosha Toyota (at least compared to Honda Kenosha down the road - go…read morecheck out my review of them if you're interested). We dealt with sales consultant Arnold interested in looking at a 2026 Toyota Corolla. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Of course we had to do the classic negotiation with him and his manager and the whole wheel and deal the whole process of negotiating for buying a new car, but I didn't find any dishonesty/sneakiness that you find at a lot of other car dealerships. Toyota's offer was much more fair than Honda's offer for one of their vehicles and more fair on the trade in value of the car we were trading in and they were willing to price match if we found a better trade in offer elsewhere. Also, the sales consultants do not work off commission here which is a plus for potential buyers. So after dealing with them, and after doing our due diligence checking out Honda Kenosha, we ultimately purchased the 2026 Toyota Corolla from them. I highly recommend Arnold as the salesman you deal with at this location, and I am recommending the location overall if you want to buy a Toyota.
