If it were up to me I wouldn't give a single star rating cuz honestly this shop doesn't deserve it…read more I purchased a vehicle from Dave back in March. The car already had some issues and Dave promised to have them fixed the next day. A few times when I messaged him, he didn't answer my messages or my phone calls. Here we are months later, and I ran into several problems. The alternator went out, the wrong battery was in the vehicle and needed to be replaced, the suspension had problems, the tires were bad, the starter went out and there was issues with the wiring. To fix all this would be $1300.00. The mechanic I saw said it's not worth putting another penny into and now my family is without a vehicle. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP especially if you are in hard times.

Dave Prill is morally bankrupt. As has been noted on several…read morereviews here, on his business page, and even the Better Business Bureau all lay out a multitude of customer complaints, and examples of operation of a business in bad faith. First, I would never knowingly go to a Used Car lot of any kind, however, I was responding to a Craigslist ad and crossed paths with Mr Prill. All the signs were there that this guy was a greaseball, however, he was eloquent in his words.....did just enough for me to keep on the "hook". To make a very long unsatisfying experience shirt and sweet; I was sold a piece of shit vehicle by this guy. Was never safety inspected, had several major deficiencies, switched parts, no horn, holes in the frame, etc. As if this was not bad enough, after paying him off, I had to get the State of Wisconsin involved to get my title. This guy has no morals. He has no standards or principle. STAY far away from this place and this guy

Car Castle - Same lot guy calling me sexy but barely speaks English and I'm not sure what he was saying.

One star is too much. My son was very interested in a car there and wanted me to check it out since…read moreI work close in Waukegan. Met with manager Manny, he let me check it out and drive it. Let him know that my son wanted to purchase it and offered to put down $500 to hold it until he could get there tomorrow with the balance. He said no need to, he would hold it on a verbal. My son went the following day with cash, Manny said he sold it in the morning. As you can see in the other write ups, this place deserves a negative 5 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHISTERS!!!!

Took advantage of me being a young woman with not to much knowledge of a car, they sold me a car…read morethat was Junk like literally junk they gave me a 15 day guarantee soon realized the car was leaking coolant took the car back for repair they said the car it would be about a week took them about a month plus they would never answer my calls once I called from a different number they answered and they would not give me a straight answer. Finally they returned the car "all good, all fixed with a new part" turns out THEY PUT SILICONE ON THE ALREADY BROKEN PART!!! I was driving my car for a couple months with the coolant leaking to the motor this caused the coolant to enter the pistons, making them stop working and consequently causing the engine to fail. What was supposed to be my new, first car turned out to be the worst experience I could have. It wasn't until a few months ago that I was finally able to get rid of that car. Buying a new engine was not an option it would have cost as much as the car itself. I couldn't sell the car to anyone else, so I had to leave it parked and pay for storage until I finished paying off the car so I could finally sell it for scrap. Save your money and go to a real dealership with honest people and integrity.
