Went in to get truck ceramic coated. Was told it would take 2 days so I reserved a hotel room and drove 158 miles. When I got to Anc shop the guy who was working (was on loan from a shop in Kansas) said it would take 4 days! WTF. The hotel was non refundable. So I spent the night but flew back down to Kenai the next day as staying 2 more night was more expensive. I complained to the manager who was apparently out of state and all he could do for me was to take $70 off and said if I complained earlier he may have done more for me. BS. On top of all of that after spending $1495.00, they want a 15%-25% tip on the $1500. stay away! read more

Set up an appointment last months. Show up and business was locked. After numerous calls and texts the owner said that the manager no showed and to come back tmw. When I show up next day shop is locked. Tried calling and texting and no one responded. Terrible customer service read more

I have tried them twice, giving them the benefit of the doubt because they came recommended by a friend. Both times were completely mediocre. Not terrible, but not great. I will not be taking my car here again. Both times they have no attention to detail. I see missed spots everywhere. But when you look at the interior cleaning job as a whole, it looks OK. But again, not great. Also, their customer service is crap. This last time I did pick up and drop off service. Booked 6 days in advance and was completely forgot about. They were supposed to pick up at 10am. By 11:30am I called to check to see when someone would show up and at noon I got a call back from an Employee saying his boss just put it on the schedule and he will be there at 1pm to pick it up. Again, I booked 6 days before that. Then the employee didn't show up until 1:45pm. I'm not a super on time person myself, but you call and say you are running late. Overall, a bad experience and will not be using their service again. Super nice guys, terrible quality. read more

Wasn't impressed. My appointment was for 10am. I dropped my car car off at 9:45. At 10:45 i could still see my car in the parking lot so called to be told it wouldn't be done till 6pm. I went over to get my car, no cars were being worked on. Just what is it goes n there? read more

Positives: I took my van in to have the interior detailed. This van has been transporting my 9 kids for four years. The cloth seats and vinyl floor were in rough shape. These guys did an amazing job getting all the filth that was embedded in all the little nooks and crannies. They also made the floor look brand new. Negatives: They steamed the seats. They looked horrible, like they never touched them. I was provided a poor excuse of how hard they tried and they just wouldn't come clean. They had my van for 6 hours too. So a thorough vacuum job and floor cleaning cost me $204.00. I went home and scrubbed the seats by hand and rubbed dry with a towel. An hour and a half later they looked amazing. All in all I'm highly dissatisfied with paying that much for a vacuum job and shiny vinyl. The seats were the hard part and they blew it. read more

I took my car to Car Deets several months ago for the first time after learning that they employee local homeless teens to help them learn a trade skill and give them the confidence to better themselves and their situations. Unfortunately, the day I took my car in they were short staffed so the detail was incomplete. The manager was very professional and they offered to re-do the detail which I accepted because sometimes life happens and I appreciated the obvious pride that goes in their work and the willingness to complete the job. I brought my car back in many months later due to my busy schedule and it was pretty messy. I have two children and pets and with the use my car sees it gets pretty gross. They vacuumed the interior, wiped down all surfaces and shampooed the floors and seats. Overall they did a very nice job leaving my car much cleaner and fresher then it was. I would definitely recommend you take your car in to see the guys at Car Deets. read more
