We were headed to Chicago for a wedding and my air conditioner was leaking onto my floorboards forming a huge puddle on both the driver and passenger side. Ray answered and explained nothing could get done til tomorrow. After giving me some tips on what to do, he said you know what, just bring it in and we'll take a look. 10 minutes later Dennis, another mechanic, had taken my tire off and was using an air compressor to unplug my drain. We were excited, relieved, and way overdo to hit the road. That's when Dennis informed me that my front tires were hitting wire (that's a frustrating tire story for another day). He told me I shouldn't drive to Chicago or I might get stranded on the highway. Luckily, I have great friends who lent me their car. Dennis and Ray saved me valuable time and potentially my life from two blown out tires. Not to mention, a ridiculously gross towing bill. I can't thank them enough! What awesome employees this place has. Dennis is my go to mechanic from now on.
