I went to another shop and purchased a tire because I didn't trust driving to Orlando on the spare. That also was a mistake. I blame myself mostly, because my car has never been to any other shop than the dealer and most of these places have no clue how to care for luxury cars. I paid for a wheel alignment, balance and oil change. When they were done, my car was driving like crap. It was not driving as smooth as it usually does. I brought the car back to them, I don't know what they did but they took it out for a drive 3x. When they came back they said it was fine. It was not fine. It was driving rough, and even shaking when it got to a certain speed. I drive out and came right back and asked again for the supervisor. The "probable" issues were: 1. Maybe your barely driven car has a transmission issue that's why it's shaking. 2. Something is wrong with your 2 brand new tires that's why they are riding so rough. I won't say what the real issue was which was partially their fault when I finally brought it to the dealer, but needless to say they will never touch my car again. I had to get another wheel alignment and balance. I considered bringing the report from the dealer to them, but I was so disgusted I knew I would get into an argument with the supervisor so I decided to just take the loss and never go back there and I probably won't recommend anyone to go there either. If you don't know how to service a certain car, you should tell the customer.

On our latest visit, we were given a list of repairs, all of which seemed reasonable. At the time, our schedule was busy, so we just had one repair done, related to our car hesitating. Then - a few weeks later - our car was still hesitating now and then (and more dramatically) as we drove it. It wasn't quite enough for our car to stall, but it made us very uneasy. We took the car to another mechanic, explaining the hesitation issue. We gave that shop a copy of our recent receipts from 535, so these other mechanics would know what had already been done. They tried one fix after another, but nothing fully resolved the issue. Several days later, they still hadn't found what was wrong with the car... until they revisited the repair that 535 had done. Laughing as they explained the folly of not giving that repair a second glance until they'd eliminated everything else... they said it was a relatively simple fix, directly related to the 535 repair. Our car is running fine now, thanks to their work. It may have been an unusual misstep on 535's part, but the last time we saw Bill - a few days after the repair at his shop - something felt different. He wasn't the same, friendly Bill. Whatever it was, I hope Bill and his team get it straightened out. However, we're not likely to return to 535 Auto Care.

Okay, the damage was significant and I am not knowledge one car mechanics to dispute the total amount. And so I left the car there to be take taking apart inspected and properly diagnosed, and for the claim or bill to be sent to the insurance of the driver who hit me, all the while I was driving a rental. After seven days exactly I called Classic Collision and ask them about the status of my vehicle, margarita informed me that they were still waiting on Geico ( the fault drivers insurance ) To respond to the amount due for the services. I was furious that I had not been updated within at least 48 hours of GEICO's lack of communication. So then I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental to be extended, and deal with The guy Insurance, who eventually ended up responding to the claim as a total loss, since they did not want to cover the damages. After Several days of communicating with agents from GEICO, I was able to have them agree to cover the cost, I work in the medical field, and luckily, I have some understanding of how Insurance is work. Thank goodness for that, otherwise I would've had no choice, but to put my faith into Classic Collision, who did a horrible job with communicating with me and the insurance.. The second and current problem that I still have, is that they did not properly fix my car door, prior to this accident the driver door would function properly. And after the accident, the door was not able to fully close, I even have videos left me driving through the car wash and water leaking in just stays after the car accident. I drove the vehicle back to Classic Collision's and show them, the manager there I think her name may be Michelle, she told me that it would be an out-of-pocket cost. So they basically receive payment from an insurance without fully doing the job. I was strongly recommend before choosing this shop, to do some research, and nacho sound reviews, because reviews can be filtered out by companies. But by real people, and their experiences with shops around town. That was my experience.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE…read more In August 2025, I brought my Range Rover in for an oil change, tire replacement, and inspection for a suspension noise. After inspection, I was advised to do a coolant flush and replace the control arms. I agreed and paid over $4,100 upfront. They completed some work (tires were replaced), but told me they would call when the control arms arrived. They never did. Five months later, I returned to follow up. I was told the parts I had already paid for were used on another customer's car without notifying me. I rescheduled the repair, came back, and was told the control arms were replaced. The technician claimed the job was completed, test drove the car, and even showed me "old parts." I checked under the car and found the original control arms still installed (rusty and clearly not recently replaced). The parts shown to me were not from my vehicle. When I confronted them, staff acknowledged the issue and provided a written note stating I would receive a refund. Since then, I've been given repeated delays and excuses (manager not available, system issues, "machine needs a code," etc.), and no refund has been issued. I was charged for a repair that, based on my inspection, was not performed, despite being told it was completed. At this point, I have initiated a dispute with my bank and will escalate further if necessary. Double check any work done on your vehicle before leaving this shop.
