A young lady was talking to the young man, and I'm thinking I got the young man in trouble. I went and spoke to the lady and asked her whether I had gotten this young man into trouble. I told her about my situation, and she was so kind and sweet, and she said, " Oh no, we provide the best service we can which really made my day. It is no wonder these self service car washes pop up all over Whittier. Business owners take no responsibility for any damage to cars (which apparently there are several from what these employees shared with me). First off, the attendant did not know what he was doing from the start. He didn't even give me my premium wash supplies (which I paid for) so I figured he was new. I sensed something was wrong as soon as my car began its wash on the tunnel track. I felt dizzy as if the car was shaking. All of a sudden the car gets stuck. I was terrified I could get injured or possibly rear ended. It felt like being stuck in an elevator. Same attendant who misguided my car at the start came to take a look then ran for someone else. By the look on his face I could tell there was something seriously wrong. "Esteban" came by to take a look and held my steering wheel as he and I steered my car with great force onto the track. It was super noisy to get the car into place. At this point it appeared it was never on the track in the first place, I would have definitely heard the car pop off. As he and I were both steering, I heard a loud pop and a crushing sound. It turns out my tire got sliced and the bumper, ripped off. Esteban claimed from the start of my conversation with him that I drove my car off the track at the beginning of the wash. How in the world could I have done that if it took him and I a great deal of effort to get the car on the track and it was noisy as heck? The car's position was crooked and off kilter to begin with. He then claimed by holding the steering wheel I was responsible for the misalignment. Drove out of the tunnel and surveyed the damage. All Esteban offered was for me to call Roadside Assistance and for the car wash manager to call me back which they never did. He said they would review the camera footage but I have yet to hear back. Their employee at the top of the line up is completely responsible for misguiding my car and utterly negligent in failing to ensure it was situated in the correct manner. I filled out an incident report and there is NO CONTACT NAME, INFORMATION NOR DAMAGE POLICY ON THE FORM. I went to look for Esteban and he conveniently left for the day. "Charlie" then came to take a look at the ripped bumper and said he would come back to film the damage but never did. All they have working on site are a bunch of young kids with no regard for safety or customer satisfaction. Sadly there will be a time in which they'll encounter a safety issue worse than mine and they won't have the capacity on site to handle it. Worst experience ever. The kind roadside assistance agent from the awesome Brea Tow analyzed the tire and stated that because the tire was steered onto the track, a huge tear formed and blew out the tire. The movement of both employee Esteban and I steering caused the back bumper to collapse. All this to say I'm out of pocket for the autobody work to and tire replacement at the hands of this lousy company.

Instead, they refused to honor it over a technicality, claiming it expired down to the exact minute they received the car. That's not clearly stated anywhere and comes across as misleading. A "guarantee" shouldn't exist just to be denied on a loophole. What made it worse was the complete lack of customer service. The employee I dealt with was unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to make it right. On top of that, I was put in a position where I had to reverse out of a dangerous driveway just to leave--completely avoidable and poorly handled. The wash itself didn't even come close to "premium." I understand these washes aren't perfect, but if you're charging extra and advertising higher quality, it should actually show. This didn't. At the end of the day, this felt like paying more for marketing than results, with a "guarantee" that isn't actually honored. If the owner sees this, I'd genuinely like to hear how this is considered acceptable--or if you're willing to stand behind what you advertise and make this right.

You tell the attendant so he can make a note and give you a receipt. You then walk inside where you can see the cars going through the wash. There is also a cute boutique inside. Towards the exit on the other side of the shop is the cashier. You pay and thats it. You can look around or go outside and sit in the waiting area for your car to be ready. It does get busy. Prepare to wait a while. I was there for about 40min but I was already expecting that since usually thats how long I have waited at any car wash. My car looked good once it was done. No streaks on windows or scratches. There was some trash left in the inside. I threw it away when i went to the gas station. Not a big deal. The over all experience was smooth. The price was good. I will definitely come back.

Very nice and welcoming took a look at my cars condition before leaving it with him and then paid before leaving. They have a separate cashier office. There is plenty of places to sit couches inside and sitting outside. I opted to drop off and pick up later. Zack called when it was ready and it took about 3 hours. I don't have the before pictures but I haven't had a full detail on my car since I got it 2 years ago. So, it was definitely needed. They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.
