I originally had an appt to get a quote at the body shop next door that also had good reviews. After my appt, I look over and see a gentleman helping two customers, so I drove over and asked if they could take a quick look at the damage and give me an estimate. He gave me a quote on the spot and was about half of what all the other shops I had inquired at had been quoting me. Great service and such a great job. There is no sign of that curb that jumped out next to me! They matched the color perfectly. I am very happy with their work. They worked with my schedule and had it completed when promised. It is really weird that this body shop has no review at all. I met really honest and kind person who handles customer's car as if it is his car. I had really good impression on this body shop and would like share my experience with customers. I went to this body shop twice for two different incidents. I had my back bumper dented and side fender fell off a little due to minor accident . My insurance company adjuster estimated a little over $1,000.00 while deductible was $1,000.00 . I have decided to repair with my expenses and took my car to the Tops Body shop. I explained the situation and Manger Yoon took the car into the repair facility and fixed the fender to the original condition and refused to charge the service fee. Last June 26, 2015 I had my care right mirror and right fender hit by tractor trailer. My insurance company estimated $1,300.00 for repairing the same damage. I went to the Tops Body shop. Yoon advised me to replace broken mirror while he suggested to fix the peeled paint. I paid only 1/3 of the estimated cost by insurance company. This Body shop is a pearl in the sand difficult to find. It appears to me that they do not ask customer to bear expenses for repairing unneeded or unnecessary repair and suggest minimum repair to the customer. I will gladly recommend Tops Body to my family members and friends. read more

I signed up for Yelp just to review Tops Auto Body! I want everyone to know how happy I am with their high-quality workmanship and friendly service. I was involved in a front-end collision and I was worried that my Acura Integra would never look or drive the same but Tops Auto Body made my car "brand new!" They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and they did it all with a friendly smile. The bumper, hood, and fenders line up perfectly. The paint and clear-coat are excellent (no blemishes, no imperfections, no over-spray). I was expecting 3-4 weeks for the amount of repairs that were needed but I had my car in about 2 weeks and all the repairs were solid. I WOULD TAKE ANY CAR, for any reason, to Tops Auto Body. You name it, they can fix it. Auto repair (transmission, gaskets, radiators, oil pans, timing belt, etc), auto body and paint, windshields, etc. They're also partnered with a rental car company so my rental was waiting for me at their shop before I got in!
