He quickly diagnosed the problem, called his supplier for the part and said he could be back to the next day to do the install. He said he would call with an ETA, which he did (it's amazing how often contractors SAY they will do something and don't), arrived right on time and quickly made the fix, with a really nice attention to detail to make sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate Mike's professionalism and attention to detail - makes me wish I had more problem locks!

No charge. They Said "we did the work. So no big deal it's covered.". Then the guy came out and found out it was not their work. it was weather stripping my roommate put in a couple years ago.
