I Regret Letting My Daughter Buy From This Place! As a…read morefather, you want to help your kids make smart, safe choices--especially with big purchases like a car. I helped my daughter buy a 2016 Audi Q5 from this dealership, and I genuinely regret not steering her elsewhere. The car seemed clean, and the owner (a woman who presented herself as professional and courteous) reassured us by saying insurance was included. That gave us peace of mind--until reality hit. Just over 1,000 miles later, the engine failed completely. A complete breakdown. No warning signs, no second chances. When we tried to use the insurance we were told was "included," we were shocked to learn it only covers up to $1,500. For an engine replacement that can cost upwards of $8,000, that's basically nothing. It felt like we were tricked--like the coverage was just a sales tactic to close the deal. What made it even worse was how the owner handled things. She was responsive and friendly when we were shopping. But as soon as we reached out for help, she stopped replying completely. No returned calls, no returned texts. We were left to deal with a totaled car and a mountain of repair costs alone. This has been an incredibly expensive and painful lesson for our family. I'm writing this review in hopes that it spares another parent or young adult from making the same mistake. There are honest dealerships out there. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Save yourself the heartache--and your hard-earned money.

1 Star - BEWARE: Shady Practices, Unreliable Cars, and Zero Accountability…read more I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others before they fall into the same trap I did. I purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 from this dealership, and within just 1,000 miles, the engine completely failed. We're talking a total engine failure on a vehicle that I was led to believe was in excellent condition. I've bought used cars before and I understand there's always some risk, but this was beyond anything reasonable. When I bought the car, the owner (a woman who initially came off as very kind and professional) included an insurance policy with the sale. That gave me some peace of mind--until I actually needed it. Turns out the policy only covers up to $1,500, which is completely useless when you're facing an engine replacement that can easily cost $7,000-$10,000. This so-called "coverage" feels more like a gimmick to make the sale sound better than it really is. What's worse is how the owner handled the situation. At first, she was responsive and helpful. But the moment I let her know about the engine failure, she completely ghosted me. No returned calls. No response to texts. No support. Nothing. It became very clear that once the sale was complete, she had no intention of taking responsibility or helping resolve any serious issues. This experience has left me with a dead vehicle, an enormous repair bill, and absolutely no accountability from the dealership. I trusted this business and got burned badly. I strongly urge anyone considering buying a car here to think twice. The friendly smile and "included insurance" are just smoke and mirrors. Once your money changes hands, you're on your own--no matter what goes wrong. There are plenty of trustworthy dealerships out there--this is not one of them.

Prices were very reasonable for luxury cars, and they didn't try to hide anything from me. Even after I purchased the car they were willing to answer my questions that I forgot to ask when I was at the dealership. I was even told I could come back and trade my car in later if I saw something else I liked. This is a very honest and hard working crew and I'd recommend buying a car here again. I'll go through them again for my next car as well.

Communication started off normal, and the salesperson Moe did provide requested videos and a CARFAX report, which I appreciate. However, once I asked for a straightforward out-the-door (OTD) price including all taxes and fees, the entire process changed. Instead of receiving a basic itemized OTD breakdown--which is standard practice at most dealerships--I was repeatedly told that I would need to complete a credit application and get approved before any pricing would be discussed. Even after clearly stating that I was an out-of-state buyer with pre-approved financing, I was still refused a simple total purchase price. I found this extremely frustrating and non-transparent. Asking customers to submit to a credit application before disclosing the full price of a vehicle is not a normal or reasonable buying process, especially when the buyer is simply requesting a total cash/financed OTD number. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the transaction and chose to walk away. In my experience, transparency around pricing should come first--credit applications should not be used as a condition to disclose basic purchase numbers. I would strongly caution other buyers, especially those with pre-approved financing or out-of-state intentions, to confirm full OTD pricing upfront before proceeding with this dealership.
