The tire they sold me BTW. So I thought I would stay local and called Lee Hill Auto Service. Lee Hill Auto Service is right around the corner from my house. I had never gone there for service. After today, they will be my #1 place for my cars. They sent a person over who inflated the tire so I could drive it in. The tire was quickly fixed and I was charged much less than just the tow truck alone would have cost. Everyone I encountered were friendly and nice. If you can do business with a nice person, that is a bonus in my book. The office and waiting area was clean and bright. We will be back (hopefully not too often).

I know that I drive the van very little so it really doesn't need any maintenance. However when you go for inspection things are noticed that you usually do not pay any attention to so you really dont know what to expect. I called Lee's Hill service station and asked were they doing inspection. The representative was very welcoming over the phone and said bring it on in. When we got there the wait was more time than average. After the inspection was complete the representative said he couldn't pass my vehicle because I needed 2 fog lights and the battery was not in correctly. He said all the repairs could be made for 210.00 . I politely told him no thanks and to go ahead and apply the rejection sticker. When he printed the rejection after I already paid, the rejection mentioned the head lights and battery problems but also included an "X" beside the column that says floor pan. I went in to ask the representative to correct it because it looks like my van has a really complicated issue that could lead to salvaging and also these reports are sent to the state police. He declined to fix it. I really should have stayed and called the police but I just didn't have the time. I mean really I understand the rejection for the battery and lights but this floor pan issue on the rejection should have been corrected. The representative totally insulted my intelligence because I know for a fact you cant check off things that are not wrong and tell the customer its fine. I feel in the future this will cause me problems. BE AWARE!!!!!

None of the repairs had an impact on passing the inspection. Shocked, I felt something was not right so I picked up my car and told the dealer I will seek a second opinion. I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. I think that was a one off thigh, because i had always had a pleasant experience there before. Due to my less than stellar visit, I put in a very detailed and wordy complaint. No one reached out to me, so I had to go another route which got me a call, but Yoon returning the call, I never got another call back! I had forgotten about my issues at hand and it was brought back to my attention that issues were never resolved! I reached out online and was told someone would contact me within 48 business hours. I actually got a call first thing the next morning, phenomenal! I spoke with Tommy, who oversees multiple locations and we talked about my previous issues and he told me to come in for a free diagnostic, and we'd take it from there. I got my diagnostic done and they found one problem that was causing one of my two issues I've been experiencing. They had to order a part for me that wouldn't arrive until 330, so they did to just come back and it should only take 15-20 minutes. The estimate was right on point! All the gentlemen in the location were very nice and informative, and i have nothing but good things to say of them all. I was told of a couple of other things I may want to take care of, and i will be taking care of them at this location going forward. I just gotta recuperate my finances from the holidays, first! 5/5, highly recommend!
