I took the RV back and explained that the brake did not work and I didn't want to pay another $209 diagnostic fee, but that I needed the problem fixed. Their response was 1) a "free complimentary inspection" that they charged me $311 for, and an estimate of parts - $294, and labor - $12,563.50 !!! Yikes, I declined their offer. No information on how they came up with $12K labor bill - their hourly rate is ~$200/hr. I'm not going back there any time soon. ps - the Tiffin is on a Freightliner Chassis with an Allison tranny - they should know how to work on this......

This place is a joke. The salesman Sam will tell you anything to get a sale, if you can tolerate his BS stories of wheeling and dealing Porsches and McLarens. Their cars are junk and their business license should be revoked. What ever you do, do not put money down to hold a car, even after being reassured it was refundable. It took a month to get most of my money back, and after letting the owner and manager know what I think about them and their business, since they stiffed me on a measly $16.25, he got but hurt and the owner threatened to dispute the returned deposit and take the whole deposit back from me because it says nonrefundable on the receipt. What a desperate piece of crap. He was doing me a" favor", there are no signs, the salesman told me it was refundable, and the only sign was on the receipt after I made the deposit. They pick and choose who they want to sell to and do not offer equal opportunity to purchase cars. They generally have ONE car in good condition and the rest are lemons. They tell you to check their reviews and majority are fake or posted by people they know...which still makes them fake. These are Shiesty dealers with no integrity and will put you in a worst condition than you started. They are really nice up front and after your dealing with beyond a loan shark. They lie about the vehicles, print the "car fax" and one rep will tel you everything and after you apply you won't be able to reach him again and the information from there will be completely different. It's only a matter of time before this business is no longer operating hopefully. Please be careful consumers...don't get trapped into this scheme!
