Both waiting areas, inside and out, are well designed and comfortable to wait in. The inside waiting area maybe the nicest waiting area I've ever been in at a car wash honestly. They also have a wonderful tribute to fallen soldiers inside commemorating their service, which is obviously very respected by anyone who walks in! The person who greets you never knows how to charge on the gift card and usually can't speak fluent English so they get frustrated and just tell me to pay normally. So today I came in and again the person could not figure out how to charge the gift card and was confused on what I was asking, so I went and just paid on my credit card because it was too hot to go back and forth. This is extremely frustrating to have a gift card and never be able to use it. Once I get this balance off the gift card, I will be moving on to a new car wash business.
