Found this Gem near our house. My partner's car needed a good scrub and since I'm off today. I thought hey I am running errands and surprise her with a clean car. The initial paying for the car wash was easy and they also have someone there to help you in case you get stuck. As you drive up to the wash someone is guiding you in , you also pass by a box where you grab air freshener and dash wipe. The vacuums are amazing and they have cleaning towels for you to use and finish your car with. For me I think I'll make this our go to spot for our cars plus it's close to the house. This place used to be great, but after my most recent wash here I'm looking for something else. 1 I selected their 1 up from their most basic wash, and my car came out with the front windshield still having bugs and other stains on it, my side mirrors were still as foggy as when I went in, and the rest of the clean was not up to par 2. Around the side they have vacuums for cleaning the interior of your car. For some reason, half the hoses are missing, and the ones that remain are at like 20% suction power. These things used to be able to pick up anything from your floor or seats, now they barely suck up Anything at all. I have no idea what happened to this place, but it's a shell of its former self. Wow what can I say? I was desperately in need of a car wash. I could not find one close to where I lived. Today while I was out running errands after I dropped my Luciano off at the vet. I had some time to kill so I Yelp searched for the local car wash and I found this place. It is actually a dollar less than the car wash in El Paso and has way more amenities unbelievable so here you get a free car smelly and a individually wrapped towel to do your interior of the car, your dashboard doors, etc. you also get a free towel to use and then put in the bin when you're done to wipe down your car when you pull into one of the vacuum areas. This is a great deal. You don't have to worry about washing your car wipe down rags you don't have to worry oh, I didn't bring a rag with me or I don't have any clean ones in my trunk so you don't need a whole bin in the back of your trunk taking up car wash stuff; very great idea read more

Have to call for help every time I try drive through with my FastPass. The computer system does not keep up with membership changes, such as car changes that you manually enter into your portal. Have had the car wash STOP when I was in my car in the car wash. Have been in the car wash and have had no machines washing, just went from beginning to end sitting in my car. Best car wash ever! Maybe it's just me but I've never been to a car wash that gives "dash wipes" and air fresheners. Like how cute?! The reusable towels and vacuums are also so nice and convenient. If you have a smaller car like I do (Chevy Spark) just know the brush things won't necessarily reach the sides of your car. The attendant tried to scam me into a $23 wash and subscription. When I asked if they had any cheaper washes, he said no as they had recently changed the prices. Luckily I was here for a wash last week and also noticed in the menu that there was an option for "other washes". I said not interested and he tried to hard sell me. I repeated no and he finally backed down. Wanted a thorough car wash and tire shine. the additional $6 for Super Clean was a waste of money. The difference from a basic clean was a second of additional product on the car. The Tires did not get cleaned and there was no shine product on the tires. They speed you through. Will not go back. I like the cloths to clean but there was only one. read more

I used to like coming here, despite the car wash itself being sub par. The vacuums work well and they have air as well which can help with drying and getting dog hair when tackling with the vacuum, but one employee ruined it for me. He was on his phone and wouldn't get off his phone and kept telling me to go forward and finally when he sees that he directed me terribly (because ofc he's not even looking) he decides to put his hands on my car and even tried to put his hand inside my car on my steering wheel. I was absolutely livid. Not only is it unprofessional enough to touch my vehicle without permission, but should honestly be against company policy to be on your phone while handling and directing heavy machinery. I went through the car wash,I have the membership and the lady attendant was having the card to pull up right behind each other closely,so there was a car in front of me that came to the end of the wash the light was green to go but they just sat there so my car was going up and down on the driver's side making a noise and the car behind me was on my bumper needless to say I was blowing for the car in front of me to move,my car was damaged on the front driver side from whatever that you align your tire on caused damaged to my alignment and my rim of my car,by the time I got out the car in front of me sped away it wasn't till I actually started driving I felt the difference in the drive of my car,I was so mad I cancelled my membership and something need to be done about this problem,that I have experienced. read more

Terrible management. Workers are never doing their job. Workers are always sitting by the entrance to do memberships. Always have to find clean towels because workers don't pick up dirty towels and replace them with clean ones. Workers constantly park in spots with vacuums. I have a subscription to Super Star and it has been great, however yesterday afternoon 3/18/25, as I am exiting the wash, I notice my driver side door window is brown. I think that due to the wind, dirt has adhered to the damp window when exiting. No big deal, I'll drive home a use glass cleaner. When I get home, a brown oily substance is all over the drivers side of my car. I sprayed and wiped the windows at least 5 times and it's still smeary looking. I use ArmorAll wipes along the paint on that side and this brown oily stuff is just smearing all over. I canceled my membership and will never run my car through that wash again. Now I have to take it to get a full detail for $$$ to see if they can get it all off. I tried to call, it goes to some corporate office that won't let you leave a message. Unfortunately I did not find this car wash at all satisfactory. There is no signage while waiting in line to understand the wash options and choose what you need. You are first pushed into buying a membership, then given very minimal information on what the options are other than the most expensive choice. Once you get your wash, you enter the "free vacuum area" where there is signage of free vacuums, towels, and spray. There were no clean towels and the vacuums had very poor suction force. When I tried to use the pressurized air, dirty brown water shot out of it that left my car smelling dingy and stale. No employees to be seen after the initial sales folks. I believe this car wash may have changed ownership in the last year or so. The quality of service has gone down a bit. For example, at the beginning of the car wash, I was used to two people beginning by spraying and starting to wipe down the car (before the machinery does the rest of the work). The last two times I've been, there has only been one employee, who half heartedly does some work on the left side of the car ignoring the right. I don't know if this is an issue with finding employees to work, or an effort to cut labor costs, but it has stood out to me. Postscript to this is they still keep charging our card FRAUDULENTLY for a monthly subscription. When my son went back in December when we noticed it on our credit card for a second time they manager at the time said they would reverse and cancel the subscription. 2 months went by with 2 more charges. In February, I disputed it and forgot about it. Today, I saw the charge still going on. We had to cancel our cards to stop this. YOU PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE THE PRIVILEGE OF USING A MERCHANT ACCOUNT. It was an okay wash and fair pricing, but they have very few vacuums, which meant a traffic jam and waiting for vacuum spots to open up. I gave up and had to find somewhere else to vacuum. I wasn't impressed when there was still dust along the side of my car near the roof, and there was still obvious residue on my wheels after the wheel-blaster. They have a sign that towel drying isn't necessary because of their spot-free drying agent, but if there were towels (I didn't see them at the drying station from a distance), that would've at least made it possible to remedy those two missed spots. I'll be going to another car wash next time so I don't have to fight for a vacuum... read more

I am so beyond frustrated with this car wash. The last time I was there, I told them that I had a membership and even showed them the charges on my card. I spent over 20 minutes waiting and apparently there was something wrong with their system, so they went ahead and canceled my membership and told me I wouldn't be charged. I just went ahead and checked my bank statement and noticed I got charged again. The customer service here is beyond unprofessional and does not follow through with anything they say. John and the employees at super star car wash were very welcoming. I received a car air freshener and cleaning wipe upon arrival. The vacuum were easy to use and did a great job cleaning the dirt from my car. The had cleaning towels and glass cleaner spray as well. Will definitely be using this car wash more often. read more

1 lane entering the car wash has been down for several days, most of the brushes inside the car wash didn't spin or work, and getting a vacuum that actually works is a gamble. Something happened over the past 2 months and this location went downhill. read more

My first time at Wave Wash today to get my son's car washed. Here are a couple of observations... --It was very busy --It is NOT a touch less wash, there are brushes that spin against your car. --Nothing was damaged, got my car pretty clean. --I got the most basic wash for $7. --vacuums are free with wash. *bonus--they have double the number of normal vacuums, so you don't have to wait for the person next to you to finish before you can vacuum your car! Please stop using this car was bf someone in seriously injured. I won't speak of the billing issues or the many times including today..that half of the wash stations are never all working. But today..when I first tried to drive into the tracks..I notice a rope tied to the track and as soon as I tried to get my right wheels on the track..this horrible scraping sound felt like my tires were being ripped from my car. The attendant stopped it...then finally got it going without that noise. Now I'm no engineer..however the fact that a small rope is used to keep the tracks in place seems not really appropriate and definitely a safety issue. Someone or some vehicle will for sure be damaged. If this was a one off...not a huge issue...but the fact that it is RARE to visit this place and find all the equipment in working order, compiled with the rope of today..has resulted in my cancelation of my account. I tried to speak wirh staff there..and I was referred to the website. I made several attempts..but it will take them 3 days to respond. Maybe OSHA can help faster?? I was conned into a membership in Dec 2024. I was told that the membership was being offered, at that time, for $20/mo instead of $30. Nothing more, nothing less. I was simply told to pay that day with the cc I wanted the membership attached to. I was never given or offered a receipt. Four months later my cc is being charged $25/mo instead of $20. In contacting them, I was told that the terms of the "promotion", were $20/mo for four months and that I was made aware of the "promotion" when I signed up because the terms and conditions are listed on the receipt. Responding, I was never told it was a "promotion" but rather a lowered rate, and that I was never provided a receipt, nor have I ever received a receipt for a car wash since my membership is attached to my license plate. I drive up and the system is activated by my license plate. I expressed my disdain for their unscrupulous business practices. Their response, just yesterday, was that I never received the terms and conditions (on the back of the receipts I never got) because I must not have "requested" one. Since when was the onus on the customer to ASK for conditions and terms of an agreement. A business is required to provide conditions and terms. And when you pull up to this car wash you're granted entry due to your license plate being registered. There is no receipt printed. So at this establishment, not only do they not tell you it's simply a "promotion", they only provide "terms and conditions" if YOU ask for a receipt. They make no effort to be honest and provide details when pushing their "promotion". This has been the only car wash I've ever used for years. Up until recently it's been wonderful. They expanded not terribly long ago and most of the time none of the vacuum cleaners work anymore. I actually sent them an email addressing this as well several months ago. When it's super busy, they like to pile cars up one behind the other, which is dangerous, should anything malfunction in the car wash. And I have to concur with the previous review and that sometimes my car comes out of the car wash with dirty spots on it. Mind you this membership was for their most specialized car wash. I will be canceling my membership and using another car wash. I do not support business that are not transparent and then blame the customer. read more

I am very frustrated with my experience at Super Star Car Wash. I was a regular customer for a few months, but after one wash I noticed my car's back annentae had been ripped off by the machine. I pointed this out to the agent and he went into the tunnel and returned with the broken pieces of my car. I field a claim and was told I would be contacted within 2 weeks. It has now been 2 months, and after multiple attempts to reach customer service, I still have not heard back, only been told to "wait my turn". Okay time to cancel the membership. they have a new manager who I truly believe is sick in his head. He cannot give you adequate instruction and always shaky and angry at the customers for almost no reason at all. This is my 4th time having problems with him. The first time I was pulling up into the carwash, they didn't have the " sign" where I need to stop and wait for the instructions, so he was waving at me with his hand by his torso.. I clearly couldn't see his hand because of the panel in my car then he proceeds to yell at me with his shaky hands "don't you not see my hand MOVE" like I am his kid... Today he was so angry he seemed like he wanted to kill me because I asked him if he was a problem with me. Please check the camera (06/08/2025) time around 5:15 pm. The reason I asked him that is because I was pulling up into the carwash as he telling me to stop, when I stopped he quickly gives instructions to move then when I move he says to stop again as if I was going so fast in there, so I asked him if he has a problem with me and that completely triggered the man. he snatches my door handle, opens the door so aggressively that it bounce back to me, I am surprised it didn't fell off. opens my car door, acts like he is taking off his shirt and calling to me to fight in front of all the people around. screaming that he has a different job and telling to fight him. When I told him I'm calling the cops he says "what are you gonna do tell them I yelled at you? " again please check the incident on the cameras ( June 6 around 5:15 I was in a white Toyota Avalon. Place has gone down hill. Several of the vacuum nozzles were missing. There was one spray bottle that I could see. It was filled with only water. Went thru the wash. No pre spray on the windshield for the bug and bird doo. No soap at all came out while going thru the wash. I mentioned it to a customer next to me and said the same thing....no soap! read more
