The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and not pushy like other car wash places I've used! They did a great job on the car wash. It was very dirty. I recently moved to Plano and needed an oil change for my car and inspection. Many people at my apartment recommended Car Spa on Park/Preston in Plano. They were great and efficient and even included a free car wash. Since then I've gone back several times for car washes, inside and out. Every time I have been amazed at the detail and perfection the crew puts into my car. Needless to say I encourage everyone to go to Car Spa. Went to Car Spa today on Park Blvd and paid $40 for an interior cleaning. When they announced it was done I proceed to my vehicle only to find it still dirty. Middle console had not been wiped down, cup holders still dirty, found a fry on the seat, and a pile of dirt on the floor mat that I didn't take a picture of until after I realized how bad it was. After I express my concerns to the manager I went back inside and asked he call me when it's ready. Not even 2 mins later they announce my car is ready I walk out and nothing is clean that I listed to the manager. I take these pictures right in front of him and ask him if I'm being unreasonable. He tells me "they tried". At this point I've been here over 30mins and clearly nothing is going to be done so I leave. Horrible customer service, horrible cleaning service. There are so many car washes in the area, do not go to this one! read more

Ive sat here for about 20 minutes and watched as time and time again as rude customer, one after another, has a snide remark or gives these people a hard time because they had to wait 15 mins for an oil change that they didnt schedule an appointment for (not sure they do appts or not but just comical that noone plans.) point being, the customers here are low class with their attitude but the business continues to service our community with grace and i really admire that. read more

I've been trying to reach someone at this location for the 3 days. Today finally someone picked up and he said he was a manger. I needed to speak with him because my card was charged $35.00 for a membership that was canceled. I came last month on 3/21 and had a horrible experience. So I spoke with someone named Renne and he said he cancel the membership so I wouldn't not charged and they would redo my car wash anytime I would like to come back. Well a few days ago my card was charged. I still did not get a call back from the " manger" I spoke with today. I don't like my money being stolen from me, please refund my money. read more

Absolute worst job I've ever seen. We needed our car cleaned inside and out for a military move overseas. I keep a very clean car over all. This was supposed to be a touch up to comply with military request. Received the car back and it was still dirty on the outside. When showed to workers, they sprayed a little spray and buffed one spot, even though it was the entire car. The inside of the car has streak marks all over center console. Quite the rip off for $40. Giving one star rating is too many! On June 28, 2023 I used this car wash and heard a very loud noise from the car wash brush while my Lexus sedan was being washed. As soon as the car exited the wash, I walked around my car to look for damage. I didn't find any because I looked at top, hood, trunk and all sides. It was a week later that I found a large dent on the passenger side mirror. Of course, the manager denied responsibility when I showed him the damage. I want to extend my appreciation for this location! I take my work vehicles (mercedes gls & porsche cayenne) here for interior and exterior wash atleast twice a month. With 4 kids in the mix, its essential! We had the interior & exterior clean membership until it got removed which is fine. I decided to take my personal car here on 7/10/24 for my state inspection and oil change. As a young woman, I usually get super anxious about car stuff because I'm close to clueless, but Kevin really took care of me. My oil change and inspection took less than 30 minutes! Usually I have to wait forever. I cant thank them enough for always taking care of me. Not sure why theres bad reviews!!
