Well after my wash, Mark came to me and noticed my truck was not dry cause I was doing it myself, he stopped and said "hey you don't need to worry about that, that's our job" and I didn't mind cause I usually do things my self but he told me to go through the wash again and he was going to make sure it was done right and he honored that. Update 8-22: The GM still has not returned my call even after multiple messages. Update 8-14: Called the number and left a very frustrated message for the manager. Called again and someone finally answered. He said the GM would call me today, no phone call. I expressed my frustration that it has been 3 months since we were promised a refund after their mistake. Filling with the BBB next. Update: We have called the number below multiple times. No response. We have been told that the VP would now be reaching out, no response. This ridiculous. Adding in the text saying we were supposed to receive a refund check and no response. Called the number below again and no response. I had my oil changed at The Car Spa. Few days later we noticed oil on my garage floor. We checked the oil and it was completely empty. I had my 4Runner towed to Toyota and they found that the seal was not properly installed and had leaked out completely. The Car Spa told us they would reimburse us for the repair but 4 weeks later, no check. This place is crooks. Now, the manager who promised reimbursement won't respond. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a full detail at 3:56 PM and didn't leave until 5:22 PM. The only reason I was even able to get my car was because I kept asking if it was finished. While I was waiting, I heard multiple other vehicles being called, but mine never was. I asked the employee at the front several times if my car was done, and every time I was told no. Eventually, I pointed out that my car had been sitting parked away from the cleaning area for quite a while and there was no way it was still being worked on. At that point, I was simply told to go outside and get my keys. When I went outside, the employee handing out keys told me that, "When a car is done, we call it out." I explained that my vehicle had never been called. Unfortunately, the service itself was just as disappointing as the wait. As soon as I got into my car, I immediately noticed crumbs still throughout the interior that could literally be picked up with my finger. There was still dust on multiple surfaces, hair left inside the vehicle, cleaning solution residue all over the center console, and some kind of gunk on the inside driver's door handle that was not there before. Looking in the back seat, I found splash marks that hadn't been cleaned up. Then I walked around the outside of the vehicle and noticed black streaks along the bottom that wiped off just by touching them, which tells me they should have been removed during the wash. The car wasn't even very dirty to begin with. There was nothing inside of it besides a sun visor. I did a quick clean the interior of it myself last weekend. My car had been at a dealership most of the week as well. The most frustrating part is that I genuinely feel like I wasted my money. I paid expecting my car to come back clean, and instead I got it back with crumbs, dust, hair, residue, missed spots, and marks that should have been taken care of. I honestly don't feel like the detailing service was ever fully completed. After waiting nearly an hour and a half, never being told my car was ready, and then getting it back in this condition, I left feeling like I threw my money away. I genuinely regret spending my money here, and if I had known this was the quality of service I was going to receive, I never would have chosen this business in the first place. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Customers should be able to trust that when they spend their hard-earned money on a detailing service, they will actually receive the quality of work they paid for. They were great and efficient and even included a free car wash. Since then I've gone back several times for car washes, inside and out. I have been going to this car wash for 3 years, I recently got a new car and the tire shine gets all over my car so I ask the nice attendant to turn it off. I have had no problems with this until last week. They hired a new person and she had no idea how to do it, totally fine, she called the manager over and he basically told me I was wrong and an idiot for even asking and that they can't do that. Went to Car Spa today on Park Blvd and paid $40 for an interior cleaning. When they announced it was done I proceed to my vehicle only to find it still dirty. Middle console had not been wiped down, cup holders still dirty, found a fry on the seat, and a pile of dirt on the floor mat that I didn't take a picture of until after I realized how bad it was. After I express my concerns to the manager I went back inside and asked he call me when it's ready. Not even 2 mins later they announce my car is ready I walk out and nothing is clean that I listed to the manager. I take these pictures right in front of him and ask him if I'm being unreasonable. He tells me "they tried". At this point I've been here over 30mins and clearly nothing is going to be done so I leave. Horrible customer service, horrible cleaning service. I needed to speak with him because my card was charged $35.00 for a membership that was canceled. I came last month on 3/21 and had a horrible experience. So I spoke with someone named Renne and he said he cancel the membership so I wouldn't not charged and they would redo my car wash anytime I would like to come back. Giving one star rating is too many! On June 28, 2023 I used this car wash and heard a very loud noise from the car wash brush while my Lexus sedan was being washed. As soon as the car exited the wash, I walked around my car to look for damage. I didn't find any because I looked at top, hood, trunk and all sides. It was a week later that I found a large dent on the passenger side mirror. Of course, the manager denied responsibility when I showed him the damage. Absolute worst job I've ever seen. We needed our car cleaned inside and out for a military move overseas. I keep a very clean car over all. This was supposed to be a touch up to comply with military request. Received the car back and it was still dirty on the outside. When showed to workers, they sprayed a little spray and buffed one spot, even though it was the entire car. The inside of the car has streak marks all over center console. Quite the rip off for $40. As a young woman, I usually get super anxious about car stuff because I'm close to clueless, but Kevin really took care of me. My oil change and inspection took less than 30 minutes!
