Pros: -He was early and got it done within 2 hours from the booked time we agreed on. -Scent was nice! -Very kind individual. Very respectful. Cons: -Love that you were early (which is why I tipped) but I think you rushed a bit. There is still a light vomit scent as well as small amounts that were not cleaned up and missed. -Scent is great, but please let people know what scents you're using. I like it, but because I use this vehicle to transport multiple people, someone might be allergic depending on what you're using. I also didn't get the option to choose what scent I wanted, but I also didn't ask either. -at the end, you had a bit of trouble with a proper payment system. Cashapp and apple pay are the way to go, but you didn't have either one available for yourself. Paypal, zelle or even getting a square tap device would help you better. Happens often, but if I didn't have multiple ways of payment it would have delayed your time to get to your next customer trying to figure things out. Always be prepared! I bought a silver full detail package expecting to get all the services I paid for but the quality of work he provides falls very short. He did not fully wash the car, he didn't wash the lower front bumper or parts of the rear bumper. He did not clay bar the car nor did he machine polish and wax the car as the package describes. He didn't shampoo any interior carpet or floor mat, and the cleaning of the headliner as described is questionable considering there is still dirt on parts of the headliner. I was unable to go over the car when he finished as I was at work, so my wife gave a quick look over the car, once I got home I was able to look over the car and was not happy for what I paid. When I reached out to buddy to let him know the short falls with his work he has refused to respond to my messages or emails. I was hoping he would honor what he claims on his website but that is not the case. He should have given up on this business years ago or hire someone more capable to complete the services that he is selling. Please save yourself some time and money and look somewhere else because this is not the guy you want detailing your car.

They said "yeah, we lost your keys, being another set and we will clean your car." We immediately drove there to figure out what happened. They started trying to give us cash. Really good people behind this shop. They were recommended by a local garage where I had work being…read moreperformed. I found them professional, but on the high end of a detail. Easy scheduling within days. I first took a 2002 Honda Accord in for an estimate. However, that's not necessary. Joe gave me a quote within minutes. The cost with engine detail $300. The turn around time 4-5 hours. At the time of detail my son's car was promptly taken in at agreed time. Owner Jeff provided me a ride home and agreed to pick up when ready. This was really appreciated. I learned that Jeff is a certified detailer, few are. He has done work for Phantom Body Works in Norfolk which has been showcased on Velocity Channel. I also learned he does mobil work at your home or place of employment. A call came that my car was ready and it was as promised within 5 hours. Jeff gave me a ride back to the shop. The car was just getting a final wipe down and looked absolutely fantastic! A few places were pointed out on the aging paint that would not buff out. Well water spots were the culprit. Lesson learned for anyone to never have a car around irrigation using well water. If I had wanted to pay more for a wet sand it probably would have come out. A few days later I called Jeff with a small spot that was missed on the interior glass. An old inspection sticker residue was visible. Jeff got me right in, apologized and cleaned it off himself. Extreme Detailing is not the most reasonable detail shop in town. They lean to the top range of $175-$300. Also keep in mind not all shops do engine details which added $50. Ultimately you get what you pay for and for me it was worth what I paid. I would recommend them for any type of automobile and they also do boats. 4.5, rounding up with fantastic service and finished product that was better than expected. The prompt follow up on a tiny issue was appreciated and rewarded with a full 5 stars.

On our way through the auto wash, we got a good deal on the basic wash that included many quality wash options. As we were going to their free vacuuming service, one of the employees, Kenneth, noticed that all the bugs wasn't off. His exact words were "Rental or your personal vehicle, we will take care of you." I cannot be more thankful for that customer service as we got a free rerun through the wash. Although it was my very first time using this business I decided to sign up for the monthly membership which includes unlimited car washes with wax, rain x and all the Bells and whistles foe the low low price of $40 a month. I figured I love having a clean car. Spring has sprung! Let me give it a shot. I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to.
