I recently posted a review for Waves of Olympia. After enduring a decade long harassment from CarToys, I thought it would be a public service to leave detailed reviews for my experiences not only to inform you of what to look out for, but to ensure CarToys is aware, that they chose the wrong person to underserve. My story starts in 2013. I recently bought a used vehicle to commute to work and since it was a decade old at the time, it had the original factory cassette deck. Nobody was rocking with Cassettes in 2013, CD's were still the standard and Bluetooth was just coming online to pair your phone. I waited for one of CarToys Free Installation events to maximize savings. The salesperson showed me several deck and explained the differences and I selected an Alpine deck. I didn't expect them to be able to install same day, so I wasn't prepared. I scheduled to have the installation done 2 days later and returned. I'm no stranger to stereo installation and again back in 2013, single din decks were standards, so installation or a head unit swap in most cases was an hour, but no more than 90 minutes. After being there a couple hours, I asked for an update, because I could see my car in the shop, but no one was working on it. I got the runaround for about 45 minutes, then the salesperson told me. He had put my name on the deck with a sold sticker, but someone took it so they didn't have a deck to install. I explained that was theft. I paid for something, it belonged to me and you sold it to someone else. There was an upgraded deck by Alpine, pretty much the same unit, but with a small power boost. I requested that be installed at no additional cost. A conversation took place with employees, and I was told, someone would drive to another location to get the deck I paid for and they would install it. About 90 minutes later, someone returned with the deck and about an hour after that the install was complete, so with some rough math. An installation that should have taken about an hour took 6. My entire evening was shot, and I had just enough time to get home and go to bed. The power on the stereo cut in and out and it kept dropping the Bluetooth connection. I came back to CarToys that weekend and the shop manager told me everything looked good and maybe there was an issue with my car. That entire week, the issue persisted, but I had no other issues with my car. I checked with two independent stereo shops in the area and both refused to look at my car, they both said Southcenter CarToys had a reputation for sabotaging customer cars and they didn't want to pulled into that drama. At that point, I decided to go to Bellevue CarToys, I had used them in the past without issue and it's Bellevue. You don't play with Bellevue Resident's, because if they don't have an attorney on retainer they will certainly hire one. When they inspected my car, they asked if I tampered with the installation. Confused, I asked what they meant, and the installation manager showed me the deck and there was a clean cut through installation wires. I laughed and said, no way would I do that, he said "Sabotage", and it was clear to me they were aware of the reputation of Southcenter. I told him that there was a pair of wire cutters on the passenger floor. They aren't mine. Southcenter left those in my car after the installation They took photo's said they would request an investigation and scheduled me to come back to have everything inspected and reinstalled. I didn't hear anything, so I called the CarToys office, I couldn't get anyone on the phone for two days, so I drove down there and camped in the lobby. When it was clear I wasn't leaving a gentleman invited me in. He was a Regional Manager, and he listened to my story and also advised that he had heard from Bellevue and that he had provided instruction to another manager to resolve my issue, but it was clear this person had not followed through. He did mention that an investigation took place at Southcenter and although they admitted no guilt or liability, he assured me, several people who were employed during the time my installation was done were no longer employed by CarToys. The manager he put in charge did not follow through with me and a couple weeks later I had to camp out in their lobby again. This time, when he came out. He apologized again and told me to go directly to Bellevue and I would be taken care of. So many awful things here. I have no idea why anyone would behave that way. It's been more than a decade and I'd assume no one that worked there in 2013 is still there, but as I review other locations, everything circled back to Southcenter, so feel free to check out my entire CarToys review series. Other location involved in my experience are Bellevue, Issaquah, Burlington and Federal Way. Totem Lake was also involved but that location no longer exists, so it can't be reviewed. read more

Super grateful for Ben. It took 3 attempts to get my car detailed before it was honored. The first time we called to see how long it would take, an hour before the scheduled appt. The guy that answered said, "oh ya. I was just about to call you. We had a bunch of call outs and need to reschedule you." So we rescheduled for the following week. Show up. Not actually on the books and can't fit us in. Finally week three the car gets detailed interior and exterior. It looks so much better. Ben was so kind and helpful. read more

Absolutely terrible all around. dropped my car off for a dashcam install Friday evening, was supposed to be done Saturday, waited all day Saturday and they said they didn't have the people for it. I called them on Sunday, got put on an hour hold before calling again, just for them to put me on hold for another half hour. I decided screw it, I'll walk in, only for them to tell me "we don't know how to do it" and essentially put the responsibility of figuring it out on me, the customer, after having paid $785 for my install. The only person worth coming here for or talking to is Ben and the taller guy at the counter. Everyone else, terrible. Dont bother coming here unless you can certify that Ben and Ben alone will work on your car. If Ben ever reads this, just start your own company, man. read more

The only toilet paper here, is on the floor none in the dispenser. The lady at the desk said that men are disgusting. What is disgusting is a business that does not tend to the restrooms! There is also no paper towels or way to dry your hands. The installed in auto start in my wife's car and did not tell us how to use it. We had to go back in and take a clerk with us who did not know how to tell us either. Unprofessional treatment and no training for the associates that are supposed to train the customers. read more

Never take a vehicle here to get new speakers especially during any holiday specials. Took my car in last winter for a deal on the Alpine speakers and the appointment was scheduled for 2 hrs and ended up being well over 6. When I brought my car back home none of the speakers worked causing me to schedule another appointment so they can "fix" the issue. They again scheduled a 2 hr appointment which took over 6 for them to "fix" the issue. I stayed at the car toys and waited both times and they didn't brink my car to the back to "work" on it for 1.5 hours into the appointment. Fast forward 6 months the speakers stop working again took 2 weeks for them to finally answer the phone to schedule another appointment in which the same thing happened they were severely over booked and it took 8 hrs to fix. This time I check every speaker before leaving and neither rear speaker worked because the wiring wasn't done right. They took my car back in and finally got the issue resolved. Now around a year later the speakers are working but my AUX cord never worked since leaving and there was no way I was going back. Never was going to write a review but yesterday when I went to finally figure out what was wrong with the AUX I found they never plugged it back in, replaced screws they had removed, and caused a bunch of scratches to the back of the aux port. They will only refund the cost of the speakers and not labor so $100 speakers vs the $600 charge for the "work" isn't even worth it. 8 years ago I had a new system installed in my mustang. To this day it works great! Today we had a new Apple CarPlay stereo installed in my wife's car. Our appointment was on Thursday and we thought we'd drop in to just purchase the equipment on Sunday prior. They were willing to get us in that day! The tech was great in taking time to go over everything with my wife even though he was by himself at the shop. With CarToys you may not get the cheapest prices but you will get quality work by people who are passionate about what they do and everything in your car will look seamless. After calling around regarding my chevy silverado's alarm, I came to the conclusion Car Toys were the only experts not claiming to know my alarm system was factory. It wasn't but all the others thought it was. This is why car toys got my business. They didn't assume because they are professionals. Those other outfits, not so much. Went in because no one answers the phone. Should have been my first clue to run. Left car overnight and was told it would be done tomorrow am but to be safe come in the afternoon to collect it. After a $50 Uber ride there at 5PM the next day was told NOTHING had been done to my car. "Sorry we didn't call you". Really? This from the manager. Nope! I booked an appointment online for window tinting on Saturday morning. When I got there they said they didn't have any tinter available for me. All they said because the online scheduling system didn't notify them. I had to leave work early just for make that appointment. Their online scheduling is trash, they even asked for non refundable $50 deposits, if they couldn't make the commitment, should they offer $50 discount for the work ? read more

I had a Groupon...that was my first mistake to look on that site and the second was picking Car Toys. I had meager success in the past just for a basic in and out detail, nothing fancy or extensive. I purchased an interior detail and the guy had me bring it in to schedule and then he started describing lots of mold and other issues. There may have been a spot on the carpet near the door where it got wet but everything else seems like wet dust especially with all the cottonwood tree fluff. He quoted up to $500 or so, with the Groupon so I'd have to pay almost $480 and the Groupon that I'd already paid $80.00 for...just for an interior clean because of "deep cleaning and extra precautions and labor". Of course, I refused, called up another person and this service came to my home, did the INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, for $250.00.I saved $300.00 and didn't leave my house and the guy didn't even take tips because it was included in his costs. My car looks great, almost brand new and he didn't mention any mold, special cleaning, additional time or other issues. I cancelled the Groupon and got a refund from them too. read more

Horrendous customer service. I'm not going to write a novel so I'll get down to brass tax... When you pay for an item to take home.. as in no installation on site... it is not unreasonable to expect the company to deliver the product in the box to the customer. Unopened. Don't try to pretend someone just Opened the box and it's cool to hand over $550 speaker and get defensive when a customer asks for the product they paid for. Especially when the box contains the mfg documents etc. Why is this important? How is a customer to know this wasn't a demo or return? A sealed box let's you know it's already direct from the manufacturer. read more

Okay. Lots to go through. I am currently at car toys waiting over an hour and a half for they to pull my truck in to repairs speaker they failed to install properly an no longer works after only 2 weeks. They're in no rush to fix it. And not only that this would be my 5th time coming to have them install a subwoofer. Every time I have an appointment and a eta on completion they say it'll take HOURS longer than quoted. I'm to the point I don't even want any of this stuff anymore and would be happier going elsewhere but I'm too far in to turn back now. I'm just so disappointed because the first time I came in I had such a great experience I figured there would be no place I'd rather go. But this is ridiculous they need to fix my stuff. Save yourself the trouble and go to FOSS. They are reliable and don't make false promises..... So 5 hours later I am finally out an on the way but the installer blew my subwoofer and recommended I try to get another and try that. Luckily I have another so I get home and try it and it doesn't work there's something throwing a signal and it will catch for a few mins and shut off the subwoofer is blown that he installed and the other was working great and then blew so there's obviously something wrong with the wiring as the guy pushed my sub as far in a corner as possible making it extremely hard to even access the sub or the 4" of wiring he left just an absolute nightmare this is a BRAND NEW vehicle and they've messed up not once but twice and have made me come back and forth multiple times this is a joke a waste of money clearly no one knows what they're doing here. read more

Took wife's car in and was told "installation is not guaranteed" and I would need to pay for any further investigation??? car detailing service management is the worst I've experience. they cancelled on me last minute one weekend. i just happened to call them with questions and they otherwise had no plans to tell me they couldn't detail my vehicle until i arrived. rescheduled. they then claimed I wasnt on the scheduled when I arrived the following week for my service. its incompetence, but I guess they're okay with that... read more

Went in to pick up my car (after two due dates passed) and the car was not put together correctly. The only reason I went to have a new stereo put in was because the stock speakers in the door were covered by my leg (I'm 6'3"). I specifically told both the salesman and the installer I wanted separates to put the tweeter higher up closer to ear level.... They put the separates in... back in the !#$%^#$ stock location, solving no problems and adding yet another inconvenience into this whole inconvenient cash money deal. Final thought, they sold me a $200 RCA cable kit (!) and there is nowhere on my system I can think of it being needed. I can't wait to hear where those wires went (if my car is actually done tomorrow). read more

I scheduled an appointment at 12, was told it be done by 2 pm. I get back to pick up my car at 4. They hadn't even started on it. The guy at desk was very rude and vulgar calling me a dumbass. I have to reschedule and missed work costing me $500$-600 . I would not recommend. Rude staff, extremely slow and lied about when it would be done. read more

Blatantly lied to my face. Installed a radio connected to my steering wheel. Radio works but in the process the cruise control censor and traction control censor stopped working. I took my car back and they insisted they could get the cruise control to work and the traction control was just button. I test drove it and the cruise control didn't work and the traction control light came on even though the button was off. I took it back and they still insisted the things were working. Incompetent and liars. Avoid this place! read more

Did a good job, completed the job in a timely manner. Was quick, fast, and in a hurry.

If I had a dollar for everything Car Toys screwed up or got wrong with my truck each time I brought it in for installation or service, I could have retired by now. The last time I brought it in, the store manager Brian said he was going to personally handle the work but when I arrived, he was gone. I was passed around like some second class schmuck, which I expected would be the case. I told them exactly what I wanted done and the first thing they tried to do was upsell me a new deck. I knew this was going to happen and told them absolutely not and to just do what I told them to do. I waited for a few hours in the customer waiting area and finally at 6:45pm went to ask when my truck would be done. They didnt even know I was there werent even working on my truck. At this point my skin was crawling so I told them to finish the job in ten minutes and I was leaving done or not. They finished, and I paid $600+. I went to my truck and the deck wasnt even installed; it was sitting on the passenger seat. It was my birthday and I had to leave and never went back. I ended up removing everything because the installer routed the power and audio wires next to each other, causing feedback to occur. I reinstalled everything on my own and washed my hands of the problem since they refused to warranty their work or refund me for not doing the job. Dont take your vehicle to these jokers, take it anywhere but them. Your dentist could probably do a better job installing a car stereo than Car Toys read more

Update: Huge thanks to Art Shaddox for reaching out to the manager of the #CarToys SOUTHCENTER and requesting they investigate my issue. The manager contacted me and is working on my car now promised to make it right and refunded a small portion of my total cost. Definitely appreciate them for finally making it right ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I am extremely upset with the way this place is run. On 3/5/23 I came in to get a backup camera and gps navigation installed in my 2013 dodge dart. I financed 1,947.64 thru SNAP to get this done (which if not paid off in 3 months will cost me 4000 + if I make min payments). Matthew also up sold me on buying a new speaker set bringing another SEPERATE 748.59 financed thru acima. Needless to say not a cheap job no? They take over a week to have the parts needed to supposedly do the job. They did not call to tell me it's ready to begin work I had to call and be told "oh yeah the part arrived let's get you scheduled". I came in and left my car with them all day which cost me time and money to get Uber home and not be able to work without my car. Come to find out the ONLY thing they did during the 6 hours my car was there was install the damn speaker set that I didn't come in to get done to begin with!!! The backup camera was installed but not working and the gps Bluetooth system wasn't even installed. I was told this was due to a defunctioning harness that was a manufacturer error and they were going to expedite a new part for me. They left my gps system in car non completed and my trunk had been completely disorganized. They didn't call me once for over 3 weeks. I kept calling for updates and nothing. Was told it's still processing. Called a few days ago and was told Matt is on vacation but my harness arrived. Shcheduled me for today to get job finally done. Matt got back today and come to find out homie I talked to was looking at the old harness my part wouldn't be here until 7pm today. 7pm come and go and no call. So I drove to store. Matt says the part didn't come in and that actually what happened was not a manufacturer default but that the tech working on my car failed to see an additional part was needed for the car and has been fired. I still don't know when my over $2500 job is going to be completed but this is mother fucking unacceptable. Is this how car toys runs a franchise? I don't know what you need to do but make sure my job gets completed ASAP please. I should get some kind of amp for free or something for all I've gone thru with this bang up job of customer service. Never in my life have I had such a poor experience ANYWHERE. I SEE WHY THIS PLACE GOT ROBBED. If I could give them negative stars I would. We walked in yesterday as I am looking to upgrade me car stereo since I've decided to keep my paid off car. I looked online and had a pretty good idea what I was interested in but needed some advice as to what would work best in my car and for my needs. After walking into the store we went into the rooms where the stereos are and there were three men working and not a one of them came out from behind the counter to ask if we needed help. Worst experience I've ever had getting a vehicle worked on, brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra. I went to them to get an alarm and remote start installed, Adam "helped" me and scheduled the install on sat morning, I had to call them the day before to make sure they had my dash kit...they had my truck for 2 Days!!! With out communicating to me, I had to call them, and still I never got a full answer on what was going on with my truck. At the end of day 2 they had the nerve to call and ask to keep my truck a 3rd day! I work and spent my weekend at home with out transportation and need my truck for work... so I went in and they hadn't installed the alarm or remote start!! But they had installed a radio and speakers... they didn't install the satellite radio tuner, they installed the wrong dash kit and scratched the hell out of it and crudely punched usb plug in out of my dash of a brand new $45k vehicle...steering wheel controls don't work. Now I'm pretty much stuck with this crap and they gave me a $1600 bill. They are suppose to order the correct kit and call me which of course they haven't... I Purchased an amp with an LC2 in 2017 and kept my OEM radio the geniuses which installed it didn't set the gains properly, and then my factory speakers blew because they were over powered. So within a week I was back and had by four new speakers plus installation. After about six months something in work on the radio went bad and started making cracklings and odd tones when going over bumps and when it would start. I took it in and they diagnosed it and said they fix the problem but they never actually did fix the problem. So then I took it back and had them take a look at it again and, asked them to put sound deadener on the back panel. When I got it back I still have the same issue with my stereo or it was crackling and making noise other than music, When I talked to the sales person about it they played dumb and said I never asked them to fix it. I had to make an appointment with the Lynnwood car toys to which within two hours they diagnosed it as a bad ground. This seemed to fix the problem. Car toys seems to me to be all about money not fixing issues, not giving great service things like mounting the fuse holder or an amp. Seem to give you the basics and charge an arm and a leg for it. read more

I brought my car in for an 'ultimate' detailing package to help thoroughly get things cleaned. At first glance the car looked great when I picked it up, but over the next couple days I realized that the cleaning was only superficial. I ended up getting charged about $450 for the service overall (base price for "ultimate is $200"), which is disappointing given that none of the consoles were opened and cleaned, the steering wheel had merely been wiped down, leaving all sorts of dust on the base behind it, and the ozone treatment left my car smelling of harsh chemicals for roughly 10 days. While I had agreed to the additional $250 to address pet hair (which still seems high?), I feel I would've gotten a similar service from a $50 car wash 'ultimate' clean. If I had gotten the same results for the original $200 price tag I might've left a 3 star review. This place is pricey for the lack-luster job they perform. read more

I bought a jbl dub 3 Months ago from the Aurora Ave Store, it stopped working, called them with plenty of time left in the day, the chic that answered says it will be way next week before they can simply disconnect the sub to see if it was or wasn't the sub had blown or if it was my amp which was Not in protection mode or hot ( if the mower won't crank check the gas first right)... Shai snatched a sub from the store, brought it out to my Challenger plugged it up and waddaya know!!!???? THE SUB HE BROUGHT FROM THE STORE WORKED!!! IT WAS THE SUB! HE EXCHANGED IT, FOR ME AND TOLD SOMEONE ELSE TO PUT A TESTER ON IT AND AGAIN WADDAYA KNOW THE SUB WAS BAD!! This place has completely messed up my car! (Work done under my husband's name). We went there to have a stock part fixed and then install our existing Amp, speakers & box installed in the cargo area of our SUV. They charged us over $800 for this. The inline power fuse blew before we made it home. The Tukwila location couldn't get to it but they did reach out to a nearby store for them to check it out. They looked and were critical of the installation themselves stating that the shop grade speaker wire wasn't big enough, cords weren't tied down/bundled and took multiple pictures of the bad job from the Tukwila location's work. Now "there's nothing they can do" until Austin comes back to work. They also used one of our components and charged us for "new" replacements which they kept. This has been a nightmare and served as a reminder for why you don't go to Car Toys if you care about quality or good customer service. This place is a fucking home my boyfriend drops his car off to get his blow and go fixed on Wednesday it is now Friday we have had no calls from them saying it's done or anything. So we go up there today Friday two days later they claimed they fixed the problem but the car is still in the back in the drop off section and the blow and go has been stolen and the car had been obviously gone through and they have no idea what happened and that we are responsible when the car was on their property. I called them before I bought a group-on to see if they could honor it. I was told, "sure, bring it in. It will be about 3 hours." I arrived, asked for the detailer. 10 min later he comes out, we go to my car. He notes I removed the car-seats, personal items and trash from the car, used a trunk liner to catch most dog hair, things are looking good. Then I told him I bought the group on, and his demeanor entirely changed! Then all the sudden my car is a huge mess, "it's gonna take many hours to clean, your group-on maybe just covers 30 minutes of cleaning." He began to curse unprofessionally. The cursing detailer (hereafter denoted as "CD") was very visibly frustrated with me suddenly and said at least 3 times "I don't think you understand how bad this is" and "you probably have no idea how hard this will be." The "package" I bought was $79.99, for a savings of $50 (the groupon is now $67.19). CD: "you're better off just buying the full package from us ($199.99) so that we get the leather, I'll need to really get into the fabric to get all the nasty dog smell out, etc." ME: "the car is pretty new (2020), doesn't need the conditioner yet." So CD tells me to figure it out with the front desk (let's call him FD), and rather than just tell FD his quote, he stays next FD to then convince him that the price needs to be higher. Watch for this. Me to FD: "...so I got the group-on--" CD to FD: "--yeah but that's just the starting price. Look at the fine print: it says STARTING at $25 for oversized vehicles." FD to me: "okay so that's another $25" Me: "it's a compact SUV, not an oversized vehicle." FD: "yeah but still it's an SUV." Me: "The actual definition for oversized car is something that won't fit in a regular parking space, like an RV or oversized truck. My car easily fits in a 10'x20' space." CD to FD: "okay will it's up to three rows." Me: "my car does not have three rows." CD: "well it's $10 for spot removal and leather conditioner too" Me: "I didn't want the leather conditioner and there are no stains or spots. It's a fairly new car which I mainly use for business travel." CD: "okay, well the pet hair removal STARTS at $25." Me: "okay, so how much will it be?" FD to CD: "how bad is it?" CD: "It's BAD." (It wasn't). FD to CD: "okay so the groupon charge is for our classic detail which usually is $139.00 but now the customer will pay $80, add the charge for pet hair which puts us at starting $105. How much pet hair can you remove at that price?" CD: "Not a lot. We definitely can't get it all out at that price." FD persists to get a price out of CD but CD insists that FD names the price to me. Me: "I'll pay the group-on price for that ever that gets me plus the $25 pet hair fee for as much hair as that gets out, and I'll leave the car there for the 3 hours I was told about." FD to CD: "okay, so at that price for that many hours, can most of the hair be removed?" We are almost closing on the price when the detailer asks the front desk guy to come with him. Let's see: full package to get ALL the pet hair out (signature is $170, Ultimate is $200), when at this point I'm already out $80 and there's not that much hair. That's a difference of about $100 for pet-hair removal alone. Very misleading to give a "discount" removing value from the service which you only get if you pay the difference. 5 minutes later... FD: "okay, how does $100 sound?" Me: "well I was ready to pay a little more than that for the pet hair removal--would this get all of it out or just some of it?" FD: "well after your groupon, you pay $100 to start and then after the cleaning, based on how much hair was removed we will add the charges later." SO THEY WANT TO START AT $180 and then "go from there." Right back to square 1: "just buy the full package, man." I left. I went to a brown bear car wash and paid $3.00 to get two rounds of vacuuming done and removed 95% of what little dog hair was there in 10 minutes. $3. 10 minutes. Seriously, if I want to get every single dog hair out, I would not go to Car Toys to give them $180 to start and then they will figure out the up-charges later. If anything I will go buy a vacuum or dog-hair removal tool, but since I really don't have that much hair there, I won't buy a vacuum. Three dollars in ten minutes for 95% of the job vs $180+ for 3 hours for 100%. My own experience at Brown Bear Car Wash makes me feel I can run Car Toys out of business myself over the weekend! So. Second time here and by far the worst experience I've had. Everything started out fine with Kendra who was helping me. Got a little skeptical when she magically knocked off roughly $200 from the original pricing break down. Red flag in sales as there's obviously room to move in price. Why not give me your best price first to a returning customer first? After the install was completed outside the time window (2-4 hours) we discovered something wasn't hooked up correctly to my emergency brake which prevents me from setting up the unit. Thankfully I asked her to walk me through set up vs just letting me walk out. Once the emergency brake issue was corrected I discovered a new mic needed to be installed after I saw it hanging from above my mirror. When I discussed this with Kendra, explaining that should have been something called out before I decided on the unit her response was "well you picked that one because it was cheap." I responded by explaining Alpine is a pretty reputable brand which is why I picked it coupled with a Black Friday deal. She agreed but told me the free speakers that came with it and were just installed in my car "are actually pretty bad." Good to know after install, sweet. So a couple things here, the price isn't always the price here. Definitely negotiate. Their return policy is on your receipt so don't lose that. I'll be popping back in tomorrow to have the unit taken out and any refunds that can be returned, processed. I needed a shop that was comfortable installing a new head unit and back up camera on my new Porsche. I am glad I went with my friends recommendation to come here because I was a bit wary after reading their reviews. They're very easy to work with, the installation was done very professionally and prices were fair. All the guys there were also very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to get more work done. I took my car in yesterday to get a security system put in and since it is a brand new car I am very particular on my vehicles I like them to stay nice with no scratches my boyfriend told them to be careful not to put any scratches on the car and then when I got up this mourning there were scratches on the inside door panels and other places as well and they even left there electrical tape on the floor they previously installed a security system on another car I had and did a great job without any scratches but not this time would not recommend them read more

Very disappointed, Went in with a $79 groupon for an interior detail. They refused to do it without $150 extra. When all said and done, they didnt even clean the trunk and did not do the ozone treatment to get rid of bad odor. I could have cleaned my car myself and done a more thorough job. read more
