Beware!! Bought my husband's car here for a wash since he has a monthly membership. My husband has a rack on the roof of his car, which has never been a problem before. Well on this particular day, the guy who directed me in the wash didn't bother to adjust the car wash for higher vehicles. My husband's car rack was pulled off the car and damaged the vehicle. My husband went back to discuss it with them and the manager wasn't there but was told, "this has never happened before." According to some of these reviews, cars have been damaged before. Needless to say, monthly membership has been cancelled and several of our friends go there as well since we referred them, will be canceling too. For a $53 monthly membership to cause over $250 in damages to our vehicle it's not worth the headache. Bad business, employees need to pay attention, they have 1 job to do. read more

My sister and I stopped by here to get the car cleaned as we had just come from the beach. We were greeted warmly and wanted to have the car cleaned on the inside and outside. We gave the attendant our keys and then went inside. Nice and cool on a very hot day. What a fun place! They had a very roomy area with different types of seating, from a couch to a wood chair, a TV, and books on Italy around the round tables. There was everything in there - car products/accessories to gifts/ jewelry and handbags from their Boutique. Free wi-fi access is also available. They also sell canned soft drinks and bottled water. They also sell empanadas, Jamaican patties, chips, and a variety of other snacks. The coffee smelled delicious! My sister had a cappuccino and she said it was EXCELLENT! The owner's wide said it was Italian coffee and very good. They called our name and told us the car was ready. As we got in, the owner (who was also working) said - "Wait - this inside is not quite clean. That is unacceptable!" He checked all the doors as well and the back. When he had checked everything again, THEN he told us it was good - and we could go. He was very friendly and obviously loves his business. It is family owned and operated since 2007. It so happened that I was greeted by the owner who examined my Benz and recommended a service. I found the wash itself to be excellent and thorough. It was what happened when I drove up for the interior cleaning that really surprised me. The crew meticulously cleaned and vacuumed every inch of the interior. Honestly, it was a superior service and they took their time with it. I keep my car clean, but it was totally spotless when they finished. I was happy to leave a tip for that crew for their unbelievable work. The reviews I'm reading from others are very true. The owner Mike is very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to get my car cleaned and detailed. I did have an ant problem i wanted taken care of as well. I haven't been there in acouple years and used to go all the time. I know prices have gone up everywhere but the prices at the car wash cafe sky rocketed. I simply said wow the prices went so high. Mike the owner gave me a speech on how he has to spend his money on water, rent, equipment, and then said I should know this because I'm from this country. I said sir I want to leave I don't need a long, rambling speech. It was the condescending way he was talking to me. He than apologized. I decided just to get my service over with. It's took 3 hours for them to clean my car! And then a week later my car has this weird smell from the service. I do not recommend coming to this establishment. You drive up and pick out which wash you want. Once you pay you get your car wash you go through a normal car wash machine thing. The personal aspect is the detailing part. Once you come out of the car wash, you drive up and leave it to get it detailed. Pricing was between 25-30 for them To do it and I believe 10.00 cheaper If you were going to do it. They have an in door wAit area with TVs, couches and bathrooms. There is also a good spot where you can get snacks and drinks while you wAit. The wait wasn't super long and they did a good job on cleaning the inside of my car. Overall it was a good experience and I definitely enjoyed the indoor seating which omitted ppl from having to sit in the sun. I would def try this ok e again if I'm in that neighborhood for a car wash. All the tips are pooled together so you dnt tip the individual person who worked on your car. read more

If we could give this less than 1 star we would, the old man with all gray hair is horrific to deal with coming/going, we paid $29.99 for full service plus gave 20% tip prior to starting, the drive thru car wash had an unbearable human waste smell, it SCRATCHED our vehicle and didn't clean a lot of areas which we were trying to point out to the attendant taking our truck post wash. We were telling him areas to get and the old man started barking after him to move the vehicle, we explained we were speaking to him and he didn't care stating the vehicle needed to keep moving. I had a little money in my car, it wasn't touched, in fact, the quarters under my floor mats were placed in my drink holders. The owner was such a nice guy! He had a great personality, I really enjoyed talking to him. While they cleaned my ride I sat inside and connected to free wifi and got some work done. Can't beat that! Horrible customer service. Mike and Mina are completely mismanaging this business. Yesterday I went in for interior detailing $160 and Mike stated they would do the outside complimentary... cool..... Complimentary wash left my car smudgy and dirty tires not cleaned but hey it's complimentary I left it alone.... They steam cleaned my rugs in the car (moving all the seats) they BROKE THE MOTOR TO MY FRONT PASSENGER SEAT when I called to get it rectified Mina calls me back to say "Mike said your seat was broken they never moved it" but my seat was moved and the carpet was wet clearly contradicting her claim she then proceeded to hang up in my face! Horrible horrible service!!! Will be reporting to BBB and filing civil suit as the chair repair will now be costly since it is an Alfa Romeo. You tell them what you want and they're pushing you to get the more expensive wash and I can see why, because the $15 car wash doesn't do anything.
