It doesn't look like much and may be off putting but don't let it deter you. I dropped off my 2015 Highlander in the morning and picked it up nine hours later and it looked brand new! The car had never been detailed before. I park it outside my house and just hose it off when it gets dirty. I had just returned from camping and had 30 miles of dirt road all over and in the car. There was also 11 years worth of hard water spots on my car. The side windows were so spotted that they were opaque and distorted my view. I had talked to other detailers and they all told me they couldn't get those out. Chris did! He did a magnificent job inside and out. You could eat a meal off the engine. All the seats, which were heavily stained, came out perfect. I highly recommend Chris.

I've been going here for the past 3 years and the managers there has always been consistent on his performance and offers quality service and has been a great asset to the location. The car wash experience is great as the soap is reasonable amount and the water amount is generous so you don't leave with a bunch of soap unlike a lot of other locations. The car does come spotless 9.8/10 times. The location has been improving a lot of the years with a bunch of technology and ALPR cameras and their online platform. One thing I do think the location does need to improve on is to focus on the vacuum suction area. I like that because they dry your car and clean your wheels. Today I went and got the ultimate and pulled over to have them dry and clean the wheels. She said she was done and i gave her a $5 tip. I asked if she did the wheels and she said ever since they quit doing the detsil, they don't do the tires. So I paid an extra $5 for the carwash I didn't need and another $5 for the tip to dry and clean the wheels. Very disappointed that they don't clean the wheels. Now I have to go home and do that. Bummer.

I went inside to get my change and receipt. A red haired Caucasian employee was buying merchandise and said "It clearly states it doesn't give change". She then walked into the back office. I did get my change and receipt from the employee behind the counter but the red haired woman was very rude, and was more concerned about being right than customer service.
