I took my car in for a full interior and exterior detail. The service itself was $305 for my Hyundai Ioniq. First, I was told by one of the employees that my car would be ready by 5 but, when I showed up at 5, the outside hadn't even been touched. They told me to come back at 6. Not a big deal, just an inconvenience. Once I picked it up, I did a once-over of the car and everything did look great. Until I drove away. As soon as my car hit the sunlight I realized my windshield was FULL of specks. Clearly just not wiped down with a microfiber cloth after it had been sprayed. Same with my rearview mirror. They were nearly impossible to clearly see out of at golden hour. Then, I get home and open my glovebox to find that, not only had it not been touched, it was covered in melted deodorant (which is totally my fault... but something a Detail should have included). I then start checking my car closely and my inside door handle is absolutely disgusting. So is the passenger handle. I'm frustrated at this point and clean up the rest of the car myself but, when I get in it the next day, it is EXTREMELY musty. It had just not been aired out properly and feels like I'm inside of a sauna. The air feels wet. I understand they shampooed the car, but when I came to pick it up at 5 (and was told to come back later), I can confirm that they did not have the doors open air drying the inside.. Everyone was very kind but to say I'm disappointed in this service would be an understatement. $305 to be cleaning parts of my car myself :/ I'm sorry to say I won't be back and cannot recommend the full detail here. That's because my normal west LA car wash always said they wouldn't be able to get the black spots off. So the car got so dirty that I was desperate for anything. I happened to be driving up Western on my way to an appointment, and saw it, pulled over. I was so ashamed, I told the guys to just do what they could with the outside, and they didn't have to touch the inside. Next thing I know, they're doing the entire car, inside and out, including lifting the hood to get the tree-detritus from where it had lodged under the windshield! They scrubbed the car, inside and out, for $40, and I got the car back sparkling! Wow!! I tipped well, and from now on, I will make it a point to drive across town for that specific car wash. I am SO grateful!!! And they were fast and really nice about it also!!

I reached out to A1 and Aaron and he responded promptly with clear options, honest expectations, pricing, and answers to every question I had. 1 star I would…read morestrongly caution anyone with a newer or high-end vehicle before using this company. I booked a $200 full detail on my Audi RS e-tron GT, including clay-bar/paint decontamination and other detailing work. The entire job was completed in less than 45 minutes. The bigger issue is that, while trying to remove water spots, they sprayed acidic mag-wheel cleaner over the exterior of the car. Immediately afterward, several high-gloss black window trim pieces developed permanent cloudy/milky discoloration, and the painted rocker panels developed a white haze. The car was also left with scratches and swirl marks. I then had the vehicle inspected by a high-end professional detailer. He advised that the window trim cannot be corrected and will need to be replaced. The rocker panels and other affected areas require additional clay, compounding and polishing, and may need refinishing if that does not fully restore them. Based on current OEM parts pricing, expected Audi dealer labor, and the corrective detailing required, the damage is currently estimated at approximately $2,750. Audi has also issued a Technical Service Bulletin specifically warning that aggressive cleaning chemicals, including wheel-cleaning products, can permanently damage these black exterior trim coatings and that this type of damage is not covered under warranty. Afterward, I asked the company for the exact product and dilution ratio they used and for their liability insurance information. They did not provide either. In my opinion, a professional detailer should know better than to spray acidic wheel cleaner across painted and decorative exterior surfaces. I'm now left dealing with several thousand dollars in damage from a service that was supposed to improve and protect the car.
