This is the third time and business with which I've arranged a detail. One of the things I liked better about G&L's detail is that they did not leave shiny oily perfumed residues on the dash and other surfaces like the other two brick-and-mortar detailers with whom I've done business: the car was just good and clean without other frills. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.

They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!

For the most part, it provides everything you need to keep your car clean inside and out. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill. The license plate reader failed on nearly every visit, causing repeated delays at the entrance. A helpful employee once provided me with a windshield sticker to fix the issue, but I explained I don't put stickers on my windshield for safety and aesthetic reasons. That understanding allowed me to keep coming back and even recommend the business to others. The problem began when a newer employee saw me use the sticker, printed and kept my receipt, and gave me the impression I was being checked up on as if I had done something wrong. When I asked why, I was told in so many words that my setup wasn't acceptable and that they would "verify" things. Instead of resolving my concern, it escalated into an uncomfortable argument. Calling to speak with a supervisor didn't help either. I was connected with another employee who, when asked if they were actually the supervisor, replied with "more or less." Overall, what had been a business I promoted and enjoyed has turned into one I can no longer recommend. Miscommunication, unprofessional handling, and the lack of respect for loyal customers overshadow the positives.

As such, unless you drive a lifted or big tire vehicle, you will scrap your wheels on the curb. You can see that the curb is covered in black marks from all of the cars that crashed into it. I wish that I took a picture but I just wanted to leave after the worker told me that he was sorry, it was a design flaw but there was nothing that they could do to help.
