I came out to meet them at the predetermined time and they asked if they could work longer, which worked for me. They did a great job! This is the third time and business with which I've arranged a detail. One of the things I liked better about G&L's detail is that they did not leave shiny oily perfumed residues on the dash and other surfaces like the other two brick-and-mortar detailers with whom I've done business: the car was just good and clean without other frills. All for the best price I've paid yet. I plan to schedule another full detail with G&L for another car soon--the first detailers I'm going back to!

The shop was efficient, communicative and worked hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.

They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!
