Disrespectful, unprofessional, scammers. The staff was very rude with my family and I but it was a good price so we kind of dealt with their service.. We had been looking for cars for a while and were kind of exhausted of going around searching for cars. We tried to lower the price but the manager (in a very rude manner) disclosed he was not going to lower the price because it included "all fees and full warranty". When it was time to pay, the price rose up an extra thousand because of 'dealership fees', and the warranty changed from full to 50% coverage.. I was crazy enough to buy a 2005 BMW X3 from this poor excuse of a used car dealership. Turns out that the car needed lots of work after I bought it. The dealer took care of the first repair but when I came back a second time they said they had already put in too much money into the car. Long story short, had the car for two months until I threatened with a lawsuit if the owner would not accept me return the car. And just so you know, Latin Motors own Southern Financial Group,LLC. When i have gone to bigger dealers they pretty much have brushed me off when i ask for a specific color or milage. They have several banks that they work with that get instant approval. The Sales Manager here at Latin Motors Eric was very involved with helping me find the right car for me. I am a first time buyer and it can be very over whelming. My credit wasn't the best that it could be but he still made sure I could drive away in the car that I liked. I was approved no problem by a bank and it was like my credit didnt even matter. I also didn't have much of a down payment, and I was happy with the ending result to have a monthly payment that I can actually afford. Latin Motors International is where my boyfriend and I purchased our Mazda 6. They have great customer service. We found a great car for a low down payment & low monthly payments. Insurance is high for us, but then again we are two young adults with full coverage. Expect the process to take no less than 1hr 30min. We were there for almost 4 waiting on insurance to process I guess. The staff was friendly and the beginning stages of the whole process went very quickly. I saw the exact SUV i've had in mind of purchasing on their infomercial, called them up and spoke to Rosy, manager of their Internet department. Rosy was extremely helpful, knowledgable, professional and courteous. She logged my information into their database and set up an appointment for which I could go in and talk business. Latin Motors is conveniently located just minutes from my home N.W. 36th street. The staff was helpful in putting me into a car that was comfortable and within my budget. I saw a Sienna listed on about 6 websites (including their own) for $10,994. I called Latin Motors and talked with Christy and she went out to the car and answered my questions about it. When I asked about negotiating price, she said I would have to speak with the manager (Eric or Manny). I said I would call back in 2 hours. When I called back they had increased the price to $14,994 and Manny had left for the day. I called back the next day and was bounced around to all different extensions, had to call back numerous times and then told that Manny was not in and he would call me back. They don't care about the customer, they just care about the money. They sold me a financed car with crazy interest rates taking advantage of my ignorance and that I'm not from here and I don't have a credit profile in the U.S. They told me I had to put a large down payment as a deposit because they didn't have any way of checking my credit. I was going to use the car for less than a year...6-9 tops. The seller told me I could just return the car when I was done, was only in Miami for study purposes. And they would return my down payment and pay off the debt with the car. They manipulated me into signing the contract regardless of they knowing how damaging this could be for my future and my credit. Now that I know the facts and what I got into I'm facing a reposition because I don't have the means to pay off a crazy upside down loan that is way more of the actual value of my car. I went to dealer website and applied for a pre approval. On april 8th and spoke to Seller (Jorge) and agreed for the car price of $6999 which I put $1690 as down payment. I asked the seller numerous times about dealer fees and other charges and seller kept refusing to answer saying that I would have to speak with the finance person. Finance manager (George or something like that) put a lot of papers for me to sign without saying nothing about dealer fee and GAP insurance. After a brief read I saw the dealer fee of $899 which is much higher then other dealers but I agreed to pay. Then I saw the GAP insurance fee, that I did not ask for and I said I didn't wanted. The finance manager than said they were unable to pull that off and call the self called general manager. The general manager (Mario) made me sign for a optional GAP insurance saying that, based on my credit, I needed the GAP insurance for the bank approval which is a lie because the contract that they gave just after I had signed says "other optional insurance (GAP) is not required to obtain credit. Your decision to buy or not buy other optional insurance will not be a factor in the credit approval process. It will not be provided unless you sign and agree to pay the extra cost". The extra cost is a exorbitant $799. I signed the paper under pressure and without seeing the part that says is optional. Went back to latin motors on asking for a cancelation on april 15th and they refused. read more

The service was great and so was the experience. I could tell they really cared about their customers and would do everything in their power to help me leave with a car that day. Ok where do I even begin..... I went to finance a vehicle and from the beginning I should have noticed that the employees are oblivious to their client. They are rude, give you the run around, and really have theeee worst service/attitude I have ever dealt with. The day I signed the paperwork, the lights in the dealer went out, they were unable to give me a copy. They called my fiancé back another day to resign and had increased the monthly amount by almost $200. We both went back right away, and dealt with Mario (THE GENERAL MANAGER) in which he did not remember any of the events that took place, nor did he remember us either. He was with I don't care attitude as if we were annoying. I gave more than 5k as a down payment and refused to walk out of that dealer either with my money back or the original amount they had offered us both. Thank Goodness for Johnny, he was the poor employee that heard it from me and honestly helped both of us since Mario Refused to even hear us out. Now the issue that we are having is that our Tag came in and they are charging us when this was all included in our signing. We have been to this dealer about 15 times and I am not kidding, every time its a headache. I don't know how they allow a dealer to do business with their attitudes the lack of concern for their client. They are Disrespectful, Unprofessional, scammers and just know how to give the run around!!!! I had never writing a review, but this I had to do, this has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car, bought my car in September 2013 I was so happy with my new car a Mercedes C300 well after the purchase took my car home purchased it on a Sunday, Monday morning getting ready for work the car did not start called the dealer Latin Motors they sent a toll truck picked up my car and took it they found nothing wrong with the car, I picked it up took it home, next morning car didn't start again sent the tool truck again and took to the dealer again, to make a long story short they kept the car for an entire month working on it and ordering parts at the end the car had to be taken to the Mercedes Dealer for proper repairs, They did rent a car for me for that month, but buying a car you really want to drive what you bought, well I was given two courtesy oil change for my troubles and the bad experience I had, well one oil change was done no problem everything went well, this Saturday I went for my secondary oil change but had to speak to a Manager by the name of Mario Sanchez who had to sign off on it, well he said he couldnt because booklets of these offer were given and people were using them... Hello I was only given two because of the bad experience I had, after arguing with this man I ended up leaving with no oil change, these people change employees so many times, every time I have called in the month I had to deal with my car I had to deal with a different person because they no longer worked there, this is unacceptable and very frustration having to repeat your self so many time, my advise there are better dealer's out there STAY AWAY from this one !!!!!!
