While they were in there they advised that 3 of 4 CV joints also needed to be replaced and bearings replaced so I had that taken care of because we were heading to FL once again. Well after about 8 months I put the transmission in reverse and "pow" the vehicle lurched and came to a stop. Problem was the left rear CV joint failed. I had it towed to Jerry's and they advised that the supplier replaced the cost of the CV and they would be obtaining another one from another supplier in another day. The next day Wayne called to say come pick up your vehicle it is all done. "Done under our one year warranty." Well, needless to say I could not be happier with the guys at Jerry's. If you you need transmission, transfer case, axle work I cannot recommend anyone better than Jerry's for fair price, efficient, timely and a firm that stands behind their warranty.

I took my car to this business a few weeks ago due to issues that I believed to be in the…read moretransmission. Frank (owner I believe) was very direct and after a test ride and a quick inspection of my car advised that he did not believe the car issue was due to a transmission issue. He advised that he saw broken motor mounts on the right side and felt those needed to be replaced. I took the advise and replaced the mounts on the right side. Once done, he took the car back out for a test ride and advised the issue still persisted. He advised the motor mounts on the left side were very used and recommended to replace those to check if the issue still persisted. Authorized and replacement took place. That still did not fix the main issue I had but I knew that the car was in much better shape than it was when I brought the car in. He suggested that both trans-axles we very used and one was leaking liquid (something he advised on the initial inspection. I authorized the replacement along with the center bearing support and the car ran like new. They did a great job and did not rush to replace every part needed immediately. They worked through the issue one piece at a time and got the car working perfectly again. I will be using them again if in the future, any additional service is needed.
