What kind of food do you want? I answered (in Hindi).. "yaar kabab khila dey please. Bohot mood hai" -- Translates to.. "dude, feed me some kababs, in mood for it".. His answer was.. "Hyderabadi Spice" That's when we got here. We got the Kabab Platter (£15.99) which consists of some amazing Lamb Chops, Chicken Malai Kababs, Sheekh Kababs, 2 Drumsticks, Fish Tikka's.. Absolutely delicious and extremely well seasoned. I have also been to a place called Tayyab's in London.. and let me tell you, Tayyabs enjoys a brand name now in addition to it's location, but honestly, it's all hyped up. Understood, that in a tipsy/drunk state, it's difficult to make it to Hyderabadi Spice.. but it's totally worth it! We also got the Lamb Biryani (£12.95) which portion-wise is perfect for 2. In fact, we couldn't finish our Biryani. It's not the best biryani I've had, but still absolutely delicious! Service wise, really good experience. Attentive and friendly staff.

This helped but I don't like the burn so I was pretty much done eating at that point. My sister's lamb chops were very tasty but overcooked for my preference. Perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. The same goes for the goat shoulder. This was my first time trying it, and I was very impressed with how good it tasted. While I'm not usually a dessert person, you must try the carrot pastry. Think of it like a McDonald's apple pie (the old-school one), but with warm carrot filling on the inside and a sprinkle of pistachio on the outside--just 10x better. I decided to have lunch on my own and there was about a 15 minute wait. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind, and the inside of the restaurant is dimly lit so it sets a cool and intimate vibe. It's a very vibrant atmosphere. The menu had so many delicious options to choose from. I went with the vegetable samosas to start and a fresh nimbu soda which was very refreshing. For my main dish I had the chicken ruby and a said of garlic naan. Everything was so incredibly fresh. They were very friendly on the phone, and the food was done in 15 minutes (which was very quick). The food was excellent, I would def order from this restaurant again. I was quite surprised when I received the order to have complimentary Coke, Poppadoms and Maltesers. The bill was slightly more expensive than my usual Indian restaurant and this is probably due to amount of extras you get (personally I don't really drink Coke or eat Maltesers) so I would have preferred the bill to be cheaper, but what the heck, the food was good so I didn't mind paying the extra :)
