Given my history of recurrent UTIs, I went to urgent care immediately after taking Pyridium, so my symptoms were very mild. On the fourth day of my antibiotic course, this facility FAILED to follow up with me regarding the urinalysis and urine culture results to ensure my symptoms were improving and the prescribed antibiotics were appropriate. Unfortunately, my condition worsened compared to the first day, so I called them for a different antibiotic. It was confusing why I had to physically return for a new prescription when all they needed to do was adjust my medication and send it to my pharmacy. The front desk insisted that I still needed to come in. If they needed to collect a specimen again, that would make sense, but changing my antibiotic should have been straightforward. I called and waited over two hours for the nurse practitioner to return my call. They finally got in touch two days later, which was already the sixth day of taking the initial antibiotics. Who the hell wants to take antibiotics for almost two weeks? While the NPs and MDs are busy seeing patients, the front desk lady should facilitate communication between patients and medical professionals rather than jusy relaying messages. I am also a nurse with experience in hospitals, urgent care, and private practices. I can confidently say this place ranks among the WORST in professionalism I've been.

It's been easy to schedule an appointment and/or go into the office for urgent care. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen (they must schedule really well). The doctors are very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and with good follow through. One of most wonderful things about the practice is that they listen to you....no turning their back to you while they use the computer or anxious to move on to another patient. They address you by name and ask about things we've talked about in the past. I've been cared by them for little issues as well as suggesting/follow up surgeries and other more involved procedures. Chris, their Medical Technician, is the best. When taking blood, you can't even feel the needle and he always gets it the first time. He is very personable and makes giving blood a breeze! They seemed to be moving patients quickly, so I was optimistic. They called us in at 10:04am--not terrible, BUT a doctor didn't appear in our room until almost 10:30. At this point, my 2yo is getting aggravated from sitting so long, and I actually had to stick my head out and ask when the doctor would be coming in. 5 minutes later he appears and I explain why we're here. He was nice and attentive, I will say that, BUT my son was playing on his iPad and started taking pics and videos while I was talking. I guess he excitedly showed the doctor and the doctor reaches out (what I assumed was say "cool" or whatever) and instead goes "that's illegal" and quickly deleted it. Umm buddy, he's 2, you can't seriously think he's trying to set you up. I found that SUPER AWKWARD, especially when I was sitting right there and would have gladly deleted it. Moving on, the doctor leaves to "go check the appropriate dose" of what he wants to prescribe and we wait 10 more minutes before the nurse comes back with the printout that says they submitted the e prescription at 10:54am and we are free to go. By time we're back at the car, it's after 11am, and as if that wasn't bad enough, we get to the pharmacy 20 minutes later and they have no record (which was odd as every other doctors go right through), but I said no prob I'll come back later. I circle back around 2pm and again no record. They check a little further until the pharmacist overhears and comes up to tell me SHE LEFT A VOICEMAIL FOR THE DR BECAUSE THE MED HE PRESCRIBED CAN A) BE BOUGHT OVER THE COUNTER but B) IS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN 1x A DAY, YET HIS SCRIPT SAID EVERY 6 HOURS FOR FIVE DAYS. She was legit concerned "he'd OD the patient" HER EXACT WORDS!!! MY 2yo SON! In short, don't waste your time. That place is a HOT mess, with no decorum. Also, the manager finally reached today, TWO days later, because they kept leaving me voicemails and texts asking for reviews, so I finally called back and went off how it's been two days, my son was still uncomfortable, no meds, I had to make a second appointment at his actual pediatrician (which is farther way), oh AND, these folks had the nerve to still charge me a copay. And of course, when the manager called she blamed it all on the pharmacist, even though she acknowledged that her provider was the one who wrote the script out wrong. In short, if you care about your loved ones, this place is DANGEROUS. Avoid at all costs!! Would give zero stars if I could.

I immediately questioned this bill and was met with the endless loop of automated emails and phone responses. When I tried calling this location directly, I kept being sent to an automated menu and told no one was available to take my call. This place is SKETCHY. Also, if possible try and pay your co-pay with cash, as they'll just charge your card on file for failure to pay their obviously inflated medical bill. SMH!!!!!!!!!!

Check in was relatively easy, however, I will advise future clients to confirm the location before online booking as this was an issue I did call the front desk ,in regards to this, and advise them.
