They did a camera inspection of the sewer line which turned out was partially blocked so then they quickly ran a snake through a couple of tomes and then did a second inspection after the line was cleared. When everything was done the Hot water was muddy. Replaced the Hot Water heater and since they did not replace a 47 year old shutoff which they had used and was now leaking had to have Lilco find the gas leak and another plumber fix the problem.
