Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.

Of less urgency, the operating lever was broken on the water supply shutoff valve assembly to my clothes washer. Connor, along with another tech, were here earlier than dispatch promised. They were both very polite. Two months ago I'd gotten some verbal (non-binding) estimates on the washer machine shutoff from independent plumbers. The price from Ray The Plumber's crew was slightly lower than I expected, and did not involve soldering. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone.
