After someone hit my parked car and destroyed the bumper, I looked for a local body shop, and Liberty Auto Body had the best reviews by a mile. After taking my car to them, I can confirm what every other reviewer has said. Not only does my bumper look better than when I first got it, they threw in a complimentary cleaning and detailing for the whole car and fixed a few minor things unrelated to the bumper at no charge. They did all this just to make sure the customer was happy - and because they're good people who care about their neighbors.
