We purchased an 04 Chrysler Sebring for $3,600 from these folks. Paid on it monthly. The story we…read moregot was that it had belonged to the owner's wife and had been taken very good care of. This did appear to be true, by the look of the car. But I'm no mechanic. I took it to one though to have the oil changed and without any extensive inspection, he agreed that it seemed to be a sound vehicle. Within 30 days, I discovered that the upper rear ball joints were shot ($600 fix). Then shortly after, the cruise control quit working and the inside of the driver door literally crumbled and the handle broke. Then within another month, a fuse started randomly blowing under the hood, and it wouldn't start until replaced. This would happen sometimes several times a day, or maybe not at all for several days. After a bit of checking, I learned the ECM was failing (code from the car). After about 5 months, a rod started knocking, signaling the end. There was more wrong with this vehicle than there was right. We visited them and explained all this. Wasn't about to sink more money into it than it was worth ($2700 for a used motor alone). They of course reminded me the car was sold as is. The best they could offer us, considering the aprox $3000 we'd already invested in it, was to put us in a car they had that they couldn't sell to anyone else (their words). They wanted another down payment otherwise. This crappy car, they wanted us to pay $2500 for. Felt like they took our misfortune and tried to turn it in to an opportunity for them to make even more profit and move a car they couldn't sell. I will never do business with them again.

I scheduled my Hi-top pro master camper van for service at Mann today and it was an amazing…read moreexperience. Scheduling was easy and precise. I arrived early and they took me right away. The price was fair and better than other local dealerships. I interacted with several representatives in the service department, who all communicated extremely well, kept me updated, were professional, articulate and generally cared for the welfare of its customers. I was pleasantly impressed and enjoyed hanging out there today. I look forward to my next service appointment and my compliments to the superlative staff at Mann. I'm taking all of my business here. Thanks guys!

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would…read more As an Active Duty Soldier for the past 18 years, I have purchased vehicles in countless different states and in another country, but this dealership and the experience I had here is by far the worst place I've ever bought from. What started out as a great car-buying experience quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. I traded in my vehicle and since the dealership calculated the wrong payoff for my trade-in, they required me to pay $400 out of pocket to completely pay off my existing loan. I left believing everything had been finalized. To make matters worse, the very next day after purchasing the vehicle, the battery was completely dead. I had to get a jump-start and ultimately replace the battery myself. Unfortunately, I had driven two hours to purchase the vehicle, so returning to the dealership wasn't a realistic option. Obviously I bought the train "as-is" so didn't expect anything but that meant another $200 spent. After six weeks, I still hadn't received a statement for my first payment. When I contacted my bank, I was shocked to learn that the dealership had never submitted my new loan paperwork. My loan application had expired and was closed because nothing had ever been processed. My bank had contacted the dealership multiple times but they were left with no luck. The worst part wasn't the mistake--it was how it was handled. When I contacted the dealership, they seemed completely unaware there was even an issue. Their response was essentially, "We don't know what happened. Sorry, you'll just have to apply for another loan." That meant another hard credit inquiry, the possibility of a higher interest rate, (which it in fact did go up) and additional stress because of their mistake. When I expressed my concerns, I was simply told, "That's not our problem." As my temp tag was expiring, I went to the DMV to secure my KY plates. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they never received the title from my bank. When I called me bank they told me that the Mann Dealership didn't pay off the entire loan and there was still a balance due before they would release the title. I then made the rest of the payment over the phone so I can drive my truck since the temp tags expired the next day. Really frustrating that once again, their mistakes led to me paying out of pocket to fix things. Mistakes happen, but accountability and customer service matter. Instead of taking ownership and working to make the situation right, they pushed the consequences onto me. Between the dead battery the day after purchase and the complete failure to process my financing, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend doing business here. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to think twice.
