The whole team is thoughtful, GENTLE, consultative, and kind. Dr. Hasan is knowledgeable, smart, and has fantastic bedside manner. My husband and I have had great dental work done, and the hygienists have been fabulous. Rarely ever any discomfort or pain, and if I've called out that it's painful, they immediately do what they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Even recently, my 2 year old chipped his teeth and we got him in to Dr. Hasan pretty quickly. She eased our worry (the parents) with a calm and light hearted approach, to an easy-fix situation. She helped to keep my child comfortable while she filed down a sharp tooth, and he did not cry or show any signs of fear - she and her hygienist kept him happy and smiling the whole time. We are grateful for Dr. Hasan and her team and can't thank her enough!

I wasted insurance money from other dentists because they couldn't fix my issue. After doing alot of research, I finally decided to call Allen Dental Braintree. Thanks to the front desk (Gina) who was very patient with me, explained and assured me that the dentists there can and will fix my issue. The dental hygienist Nicole also had a very friendly attitude and because of this, I felt less nervous. Other things I've noticed: I did feel my appt with the dentist was rushed. The place is roomy but there was some unpleasant smell in the waiting area. I got a sore throat a couple days later after the appt and I do think it was from this dentist office. I did not have any work done at this place so I cannot say about their work. But their referral specialist did fix my issue that had been bothering me for years. Wish I had found this place years ago.

I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early, and did not have to wait to be seen. The staff were very pleasant and provided great service. During my exam, Dr. George Salem was very thorough, explained everything very clearly, and was extremely nice. I originally came here for an Invisalign consultation and ended up booking my cleanings and fillings here. I have been a patient here since they were in their old office on West Squantum Street which as someone mentioned was small but inviting. The New office is spacious, beautifully decorated, and yet still very inviting and warm. They did a great job opening their new space which Dr. Competiello was very excited about and he even gave me a tour of all of their new state of the art equipment. It is nice to know that small medical practices still exist that put the patient first and invest in the latest medical technology. The doctor and assistant do a great job explaining the process and what to expect. The procedure was thorough and gentle. The doctor also was able to identify a small cavity in an adjacent wisdom tooth with the crown off and able to show me with detailed photos. He quickly took care of the cavity with a filling.
