Owner Donna Miano hosted the Chamber, our Ambassadors and Government Dignitaries and gave us all a tour after our ribbon cutting. My family and I have been customers here for over 7 years The only down side is that the grouchy old people have banned skateboarding (yet you can ride your nerdy Razer scooters, Vespas, and giant OIldsmo-buicks up and down the very same streets that double as sidewalks all day long. A little hypocritical? Seabluffe has its own gated guarded access point on the coast Hwy (the only way to get in/out of Seabluffe) and beach stair access to the quiet Grandview beach. Two pools, and a spa make warming up after surfing quite nice The pool is heated year round to 84 Degrees F (29 C) What makes this place extraordinary, is that along all of southern California's coast, this place is the only incredibly sparse and park-like housing development The 255 units are spread out over 50 acres of rolling green oceanfront Eden; peaceful and quiet beach living. The location is right on the Northern border of Encinitas/Leucadia with Carlsbad. Because all streets are cul-du-sacs with zero through traffic, it's a great place for dog-walking and kids. If you're trying to rent a place in Seabluffe - just keep in mind that there are many owners and different agents managing the approximately 100 units that are available for short & Long term holidays The main office does not participate or get involved in the rental process at all . Your best bet is to search VRBO or www.homeaway.co.uk Many places are only rented by owner, and several agents manage a their own handfuls of Seabluffe homes. Oh! Useful tip. Make sure to never confuse this amazing neighborhood (Leucadia Seabluffe Village) with much nosier, "Leucadia Village" which is down in a noisy hole, miles from the beach, next Interstate 5. If this were my beach resort, I would find a way to put in a Spa at the other pool, and maybe find a way to make a cool zip line and water-slide down into the ocean. That stupid office building and tennis pro shop they have ont he coast hwy is also a waste of real-estate; I would bull-doze it and put in some kind of groovy gastro-pub and tap house. oh well.

Cardo provided all relevant information in a timely manner. It was a much more affordable and comfortable option for 5 of us in town to visit family. There were a few subtle ways you could tell this is a "corporate" owner, but overall, the house was perfect for our visit!

NEW OWNER ALERT! Cockroaches, raw sewage, broken toilets, syringes. Booked 2 bdrm 2 bath beachfront…read more8/24-8/31 for a family reunion at a neighboring hotel. Have been a customer for 17 years as have many family members and friends. Checked in, paid my balance by check and they cashed within an hour. Arrived in room to 2 dead cockroaches and a toilet which wouldn't flush. A live roach runs into bathroom and under sink. Told mgr Lily she called maintenance man who should arrive in hour or two. In the mean time, chased 2-3 other cockroaches killed one. Wife flushed other toilet to see if it worked and it overflowed on to floor and shower backed up spewing sewage. The smell was unbearable. Put down towels called manager she said she'd call plumber now. Went to get a glass in the cupboard and found a glass full of syringes. Obviously this place has not been cleaned. BROKEN TOILETS, LIVE AND DEAD COCKROACHES, RAW SEWAGE,SYRINGES were the issues within the first two hours of our family vacation. Plumber arrived and fixed plumbing. Still nobody cleaned bathroom floor or shower. And it reeked of sewage. We asked if anyone was going to clean up the roaches and the manager finally did. Manager tried to get us to stay with discounts and other rooms but they had nothing comparable and we were disgusted and really couldn't see ourselves staying anywhere in this place. We chased a roach and moved a chest of drawers and found RODENT AND COCKROACH FECES (see photo)Final straw was my son finding roaches climbing up from the drain in the shower into the pan. That's it. We never unpacked so we put everything in the truck and drove 2 hours home. Vacation week ruined. Family reunion ruined. I called the next morning and spoke to Lily and said I was driving down to pick up my refund. She confirmed that I would be getting 100% refund and that the owner was there and valued us as a customer and wanted a second chance. All I wanted was my money back I said. Drove 2 1/2 hours to be greeted by a check for half my total. So they kept $2400. Unbelievable. I will never give uLIARS on top of it Enjoy the photos. I have more and video to be posted. UPDATE. Owner called 9/12 and said he would be sending the balance of the refund. STILL NOTHING. After a month, I received a full refund. Not pleased with what I had to do, and was prepared to do in order to effectuate the full refund. They could have tried to make it right but failed. Sorry to say we won't be customers again.
