Cardinal Camera staff are really knowledgeable and their product selection has to be the best in the suburban Philly area. They buy and sell used and new cameras here.

This fits under a airline seat. The balance between pro and small is hard. Cardinal camera gets me.

My favorite place to buy camera gear. If you need to talk to a real person about your camera purchase, this is the place. They're knowledgeable about tech and informative with real world information. They're also very fair when it comes to trading up your gear. Also they will ship fast if you need. There have been more than one occasion where I needed him to FedEx my purchase for a shoot, and they always accommodate. 5 stars. Thanks Kurt!

Thanks Cardinal for the new Sony gear.

First, I've had a great experience with Cardinal. I've spent upwards of 25k with them over the past month and a half. All the gear has looked flawless and functioned properly. I had quite a few instances where I was quoted a price (where they could give me a discount) and my CC declined it due to suspicious fraud. A 13k lens is going to concern many good CC companies. It took a few days to resolve and the owner personally texted me that I can reach out in the future directly and they still honored the prices where allowed. Might some of these items have been opened previously?? Maybe, but where do you think all the gear goes that is sent back, no questions asked, to b/h or adora? If it's in brand new condition as deemed by Cardinal it's brand new to me. The return policy is 7 days now, brand new or potential decline or restocking fee if opened or outside the 7 days, when you buy something, know these policies. Even if you didn't touch it for a few weeks then found out it wasn't functional it's at Cardinals discretion as you are out of the window. Do I think that's a short window? Yes but I buy knowing the risks and play by their rules. If I don't like it I can go elsewhere. So far they have treated me excellent. The other reason I am leaving this review is due to the relatively low rating which I was surprised to see. It's a handful of 1 star reviews sprinkled in over the last decade. Why do the big NYC retailers have such higher ratings and so many more of them? They hound you through multiple emails to review them as an "entry" for a $300-500 sweepstakes. That's dishonest in my opinion because in general other than food establishments people usually hop on to review only negative experiences. A chance to win a $500 credit when I wasn't gonna leave a review? Hell yeah I'll take a minute to write a 5 star review. Cardinal wouldn't have multiple locations and a solid customer base if they were consistently "as bad" as the one star reviews on here make it seem. Again, know the retailer's policies, ask questions if you aren't sure, once you are out of any windows it's the manufacturer warranty. If you are using a third party platform, that's at your own risk and accept those risks. I'll continue shopping here with Kurt and his team as they have done right by me and when they can, they always beat my main go to in NYC.

Defective lens

I ordered Tamron lens for Sony E mount through Greentoe. The item was shipped and received within a day. But guess what it was a defective piece. Connected with Greentoe team through email. They looped in Kurt from cardinal cameras. even after sending multiple emails he didn't respond. I have manged to return the item and still haven't received the refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Cardinal cameras might have known well ahead of time about the defective nature of the lens and shipped it inspite of that. Stay away from Greentoe and Cardinal Cameras. Possible scam and fraud.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I have had several interactions with them and find them to be courteous and efficient.

And by other reviews you can see that they've had consistently great business for years and years and years. I just brought with me to Illinois one of the very large pieces they had framed They offer a unique and perfect system for hanging a piece which makes it very easy to level. In my move I lost some of the hardware. They graciously sent me replacement pieces and I am so happy to have the wonderfully framed peace now hanging again with me in my temporary apartment in Illinois. The way I found North Penn Art was by entering a photo contest. It was suggested to use North Penn Art to print and mat our pieces. We could go anywhere we wanted but they mentioned North Penn Art. If professional photographers use a certain printing and framing place you know it's going to be good. And it is!!! THANK YOU TEAM NORTH PENN ART!! ~Diane

The restoration was OUTSTANDING! I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. It was a little pricey, in my opinion, but I really have no idea how much these things tend to cost. Regardless, I was not upset at paying the price (which they gave me before I placed the order) because of how terrific this photo looks. I can't recommend their service highly enough.

I decided to show this guy a printout where it says the product is there in the store and he actually changed his story before my eyes and then began claiming that it might be amongst a tractor trailor worth of merchandise that has been sitting behind the building for days that the staff hasn't had time to unload due to a labor shortage. Although I wouldn't consider shopping here again after making repeated wasted trips, I decided to recommend to my brother's son that he apply here as a first job since Staples has such a problem finding anyone to work for them and I am glad, in a manner, that I made that recommendation since it wound up shedding some light on why they can never seem to fill positions there. My nephew went through a lengthy process including an application, personality assessment, and interview. The manager there promised him a job and reminded him to complete any unfinished steps in the application process or he wouldn't be able to proceed to the next step. Interestingly, he had asked this guy what the pay rate would be for the job and the guy, who claimed to have worked there for 17 years, pretended not to know off the top of his head what the pay rate was. At this point, the manager PRETENDED to check his phone to find out the current rate and ultimately gave my nephew a low-ball offer, claiming the offer was on the high end. He reluctantly agreed to the 13 dollar rate but wound up not getting the job anyway because he never heard from this manager again; at least not for two full weeks. At that point, he got an E-Mail accusing him of not completing the application process, which was an untrue accusation. After uncovering some details of his difficulties, I realized that this was a matter for the EEOC. I don't want to give away anything that might enable them to fix the problem because I really don't care if they go out of business due to a labor shortage, but I will say that my nephew's rights and the rights of others are being violated.
