We didn't notice any problem until after all the rain over the 4th of July when we noticed two water spots on our ceiling. We worked with Michael to do a "tune up" on our roof about 2 years ago, so I called him and he came out and inspected our roof. He provided me with two PDFs, one with photos of hail damage to our house and one containing weather details of hail impact in our area. Armed with his documentation I filed a claim with my insurance. Michael was present for the inspection by the insurance adjuster and we were approved on the spot for a new roof. I believe Michaels documentation and presence for the inspection worked in our favor, we went in with our guns loaded. Our project involved 1) exterior repair and painting 2) new roof 3) interior ceiling repair and painting. We had trim and siding that was rotted or damaged by critters, including the chimney which was the source of our leaks. Exterior repairs were made and the house painted. Then the roof was replaced. Finally the water spots were cut out of the ceiling, insulation fell through and was removed, sheetrock replaced and painted, and new insulation brought in to replace the old. The ceiling repairs were important to us because we were concerned about mold. The whole project was completed within about a month of the insurance inspection and claim approval. Michael was involved throughout the entire process. He patiently answered my questions, we made a few tweaks along the way, and he made sure work was done correctly. I couldn't be happier with the result. It was a pleasure working with him and I have great peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. They came out within 48 hours, quoted within 12 hours after that, and came by within another 72 hours to get it done. It was truly impressive. Especially when I had 4 other roofers come out, say they'll provide a quote, 3/4 of which never did, and 1 which did but never responded to a follow-up question. I would strongly recommend you don't waste your time and just go with Clear Choice.

He even brought out a couple of packs of roof shingles and got up on the roof to lay them out so that we could decide which we liked best. Tom handled scheduling, and was pleasant and communicated well. The crew showed up exactly when promised. The installation was similarly excellent. The crew came to the house early and worked late to get the job done in just a couple of days. They had folks picking up materials and using magnetic poles to catch nails all around the house from when they started, so the yard was clean. They laid down tarps over bushes to keep any debris from getting on them. We're not roofing experts, but watching them put the new roof up we are very confident in the quality of the work, as they seemed meticulous. In a couple of places they detected rotten wood sheathing and just cut it out and replaced it - no upsell, no discussion, just did the right thing. The entire experience was professional and low stress. We'd recommend Longhorn Roofing without hesitation.

Great service from Gutter King …read more.. We have several large oaks around the perimeter of our home. Gutter King installed one of their gutter guard products all around the house. They cleaned, realigned, sealed, and repaired all the gutters and downspouts before installing the leaf guards. They also replaced a couple of sections of gutter damaged by the oaks during the ice storm a couple of years ago. The gutters and guards look great and appear very high quality--we'll see how things function during the next storm, but confident they'll work as advertised. I was very pleased with the level of service and the follow-up from the sales guy/estimator, Jon, to the installer, Edward.  Edward was just outstanding and did the entire installation himself, working one and a half days to complete the job. One very hardworking guy. Professional, personable, with a great attitude and work ethic.
