Stay away from Cardinale Way Mazda service department. Transmission on our new 2016 Mazda CX-5 is giving us issues. It just turned over 12000 miles and Mazda authorized a new one covered under warranty. It was told to us that ours was the third one the service department new about, that had the same issue. Shawn in the service department told me the transmission was ordered and they would provide a rental car for the duration of the repair. That is when the problem started. We had gone back to the dealer and then we were directed to the rental car company. First we had to go pick it up, second the address Shawn gave us was incorrect, third the rental company had no use for the P.O. than was given to us for the transaction. After all that they wanted us to pay for the rental car insurance. So all in all the rental was not fully covered as we were led to believe. We declined the rental and called Shawn back and he didn't want to listen to my complaint, just fired off at me and basically said that's how the dealership covers it. I asked for a manager or customer service number, he did get that for me but with much attitude. The manager got on the phone, never met the man, but could not understand his broken English. I then called the customer service number and talked to Calvin. He made some phone calls and called me back and we are having the car picked up and the transmission brought to another dealer. Shawn doesn't understand, that service interaction he has with the customer, brings in business for the dealership and everyone working there. We purchased the car from Cardinale Mazda because it was convenient, didn't have much issues with the purchase, just typical salesman stuff. We will not be buying or letting them work on my Mazda. Happy with the car and the manufacture, just wish the end user would get taken care of better. read more

My experience with the service department at CardinaleWay Mazda has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Not only is their work quality poor, but their customer service is unreliable and their practices feel deceptive. After purchasing a new car, I was misled to believe that I had to bring my vehicle to their dealership for all services to maintain the warranty, which is not true. They use this tactic to push unnecessary services, claiming it's required to avoid compromising the warranty. On top of that, they replaced my windshield molding after the original flew off while I was driving on the freeway. However, their installation was so poorly done that the new molding wasn't secured properly and made a loud whistling noise. I called them to report it and was told they'd call me back when a loaner car was available. They never followed up. Unsurprisingly, the molding flew off again while I was driving on the freeway, this time causing damage to my car. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed the damage wasn't covered under warranty and told me to file an insurance claim. This was not an insurance issue or even a warranty issue--it was the result of their poor workmanship. The molding was not installed properly, and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Between the poor quality of work, lack of accountability, and pushy, misleading service recommendations, I cannot recommend their service department. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid CardinaleWay Mazda. read more

Beware - Dishonest and Deceptive Practices Our experience at Corona Mazda was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We came in specifically to take advantage of Mazda's February financing incentives, yet the dealership wasted four hours of our time without ever actually running our credit through Mazda's promotional financing. Instead, they only submitted it to lenders with the highest interest rates, such as Capital One. When I decided to use my own bank for financing, the sales manager suddenly claimed he could run my credit through the credit union I bank with. However, he never actually did. Instead, he fabricated a fake denial letter with an interest rate even higher than what he had initially offered, trying to convince me that his deal was the best option. This was a blatant lie, as he never even attempted to secure financing through my bank. I also had a cosigner, so we knew for a fact that we would qualify for a much better rate. To make matters worse, a few days later, someone from the dealership called my mother-in-law, claiming to be the owner's son and promising to personally handle our deal after she explained why we walked away. We later discovered he was just a regular salesperson--yet another misleading tactic. This dealership operates with deception and dishonesty. If you're considering buying a car here, save yourself the time and frustration--go elsewhere. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Absolutely do not do business with this corrupt dealership! They are the most unprofessional and unethical sales staff I have ever dealt with. From the beginning, it has been nothing but runaround after runaround and excuse after excuse. Chris in finance, along with Saul, Joyce, Mario, and the GM Ernie should be called out for their lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. It has now taken close to two months for them to pay off my trade-in, and the issue still has not been resolved. They routinely avoid answering calls, and when they do promise a follow-up, they never respond or provide any updates. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. As a result of their mishandling of my account, I now have to deal with the fallout of their disorganization and negligence. Since trying to get this deal done with them in April I have been met with endless threats from two particular staff members as a scare tactic and I do not take that lightly. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this dealership to avoid the same stress, delays, and financial complications. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. **I gave them one star because zero stars wasn't an option** read more

With pandemic over and auto supply chain vastly improved, new auto days supply inventory is increasing with dealers having more inventory on hand. Dealers days of ripping consumers off is nearly over. Do not fall for MSRP + dealer markup + dealer add-ons. As some other reviews mentioned, this dealer adds on about $3,000 retail price of almost useless high profit stuff consisting of AVAS (LoJack wanna be), Nitrogen, ShadowMark Theft Deterrent (Serial No to VIN stickers), and Door Edge & Handle Guards (color matched stickers). Just Google some of these items for more info. AVAS vehicle tracking/locator function is already part of MyMazda Connect service and app. Nitrogen pumped into tires has little advantage over regular free air (which already consists of 78% Nitrogen!). ShadowMark is just some stickers placed in areas where modern cars already have VIN stamped and/or stickered already (door jambs, liftgate, under hood, etc). Just follow your spidey sense and walk away from any proposed deal you are not comfortable with, and go elsewhere. read more

I purchased a new 2016 cx5 at this dealership. This was the 3rd Mazda dealership I had been to looking for my new car. I emailed interest on the unit and AJ got back to me within minutes on a Sunday evening (very impressive) . we did most of the deal via phone which was excellent because I have a 9 year old son who was so tired of spending countless hours at a dealership going back and forth. Aj was extremely knowledgeable about the cx5 and all BS aside was just trying to get me the best deal I could get. And SHE did. our transaction was so smooth I was looking forward to finally meet her :) AJ and Regina in financing were awesome to work with, I actually ended up getting a better interest rate, extra warranty, and completed piece of mind. It was late Saturday when I went to pick up the car and I never felt rushed. they were upfront and very friendly. After working With AJ and regina I have a much better feeling of car dealerships. Cardinale Corona and AJ Pham class act all the way!@ Thank you so much and we are truly enjoying our new car! read more

Hi, my name is Claudia. I want to let you know that I am very angry because this dealer does not take his job seriously for some time I took my truck to a Mazda CX9 because it had a noise supposedly they did the job very well 3 times,I had to pay because according to the insurance it was not covered the problem is that the noise still has it, and they never fixed!!! it the case is that in one of those Three times that my car was at the dealer they rent me a car that according to them they had to cover the price and for a while my statement arrived for a charge of more than $ 100 dollars that because the dealer did not pay it and they charged me to me I spoke with the service manager and until now has more than a month that I have not been able to solve anything the dealer says that they are solving it but I am already tired of calling them it is not for the amount, I know it is not much it gives me courage because they only want to get money out of the people they have no professional ethics read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. My experience has been completely unacceptable from start to finish. The staff has been rude, unprofessional, and extremely incompetent when it comes to handling customer accounts and paperwork. Not only was the customer service horrible, but the dealership also threatened to illegally repossess a vehicle due to mistakes and failures caused by their own staff. Instead of taking accountability and correcting their errors, they have chosen to intimidate and harass the customer. Communication has been inconsistent, misleading, and handled with zero professionalism. No customer should have to deal with this level of unethical behavior after making a major purchase. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid the stress, confusion, and potential legal issues this dealership creates through their own negligence. *** I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF THE SITE ALLOWED ******** read more

WOW.. I truly truly had the best experience here... After trying to get a car for at least 4 months... And being told NO so many times I had started to give up.. AJ had contacted me by phone and asked if I would be willing to give her a chance.. I agreed... I didn't get what I had originally wanted.. But AJ, Regina and the others made sure that I didnt walk out of there the same way I walked in... I felt the process it's self had minor bumps but the bumps did not stop them.. They got me in to something that I could afford.. Payments are under 300 dollars and they looked out for down payment options... When the others didn't even care to at least try they did... I would recommend them to all.. Dont waste your time going any where else.. I will be back... THANK YOU AJ REGINA AND ALL OTHERS THAT TOOK PART IN MY CAR PURCHASE... read more

Thanks again Phillip Brandon and kudos to Chris and Alex too!!!!. After making a bonehead mistake which resulted in a deep scratches on the hood of my 2017 RDX necessitating a repaint of it, I relied on you for guidance. After evaluating the scratches, Chris recommended Sunset Collision Center for the job. Alex made every effort to provide me with a loaner for the down time and kept me apprised of progress of the repair. After a few days, my vehicle was returned to me looking like it just came off the showroom floor. I was not able to even detect where the scratches had been or that it had been repainted. The professionalism and willingness to assist and serve of you, Alex, and Chris exhibits the dedication the employees of Cardinaleway of Las Vegas to be the best Acura dealership in the valley. read more

Absolute sleaze ball sales tactics! Ashton Carroll advertises pre-owned vehicles at a price that he will NOT sell you the vehicle for. He will literally require you to purchase a "pro pack" for an additional $2,995! Again, they would not sell me the car for the price THEY SET. THIS WAS NOT A NEW CAR. IT DID NOT COME WITH A SET MSRP FROM THE FACTORY. THEY SET THE ADVERTISED SALES PRICE. Ashton advertises a price just to get you in the door and then he will not sell you the car at the price that HE set unless you fork over almost $3,000 extra on top of the advertised price HE SET. Insane. Absolute sleazy sales tactics. Save your your time and energy and go somewhere else. This is not a reputable Mazda dealership. read more

I was very impressed with the awesome service that was provided by sales. I was not planning on buying a vehicle yesterday. I was only looking and researching. AJ rocked it by her knowledge of the types of vehicles and options and pricing. This was the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. This is a USAA referred dealer and they are truly professional and make you feel welcome and no pressure to buy. I was able to go in ask questions, test drive, and understand the vehicle. I had my pre-approved loan information and was NO haggling. I walked away with a gorgeous 2017 Mazda 3. I will definitely refer this dealer in the future. AJ did an awesome job and provided legendary service. Thank you AJ very much. read more

I went to buy a used elantra from this dealer. STEVEN was extremely quick at getting back to me when seeing if the car was still available. When I showed up they bought me complimentary starbucks which was nice. The car was extremley nice and Steven the salesman exceeded all expectations and was not pushy at all. He let me test drive different cars with ease until I was sure on my choice. The dealership gave me a straight forward deal without extra charges to drive up the cars price. Instead they were straight up and gave me a great price with great financing! Overall best dealership experience yet! Ask for STEVEN if you go he is great at his job. read more

Buyers please beware. If you ever try to sell a vehicle to these people you'll be chasing them for your money for weeks. I dealt with Tony . He took my truck for me and said as soon as I get the pink slip I will cut you a check for the truck well it's been almost 3 weeks and I have not seen a check but they have my truck. All I could say is they have proved to me that they are true used car salesman conniving thieves that will tell you what you want to hear but will never take care of the problem. So whatever you do do not get involved with this company because you're going to be very disappointed in the way they deal with their customers. read more

I leased a 2018 CX-5 from this dealer. Jeannette is awesome and super helpful on getting me the car I wanted. She was able to get me a great deal with same day purchase experience. Everything went smooth as expected. The atmosphere of the dealership made the car shopping experience comfortable. I did not feel I was going into a battle when I walked in. Jeannette was welcomed me and was able to give me the deal we negotiated through the phone right away. No playing games at all. everyone else I met at the dealership are super friendly as well. In conclusion, really excellent experience I had at this place for purchasing a new car! read more

I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX9 and Giselle Segura was the sales rep that helped me. Words cannot explain how happy I was with her. She was very polite, and very patient with my decision making. She was very understanding, and definitely very attentive to what I was asking for. She helped me through the whole process. I have experienced when sales reps push you and almost force you to buy the car that benefits them. With Giselle it was different. She also called me for my birthday and I for once felt like I was important to a dealership. Look no further, Giselle is the girl! Thank you Giselle! read more

I made an appointment to see a particular car, and when I got there the car wasn't there. Clearly embarrassed by the mistake, they really bent over backwards to make it right. In the end, they retrieved the car, set up financing, and gave me great deal. The sales, credit, and financing people were honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. Every business occasionally makes mistakes, but the measure of a great business is how hard they're willing to try to make it right. I'm completely satisfied with my buying experience at CardinaleWay Mazda. Definitely 5 stars! read more

I have a 2017 mazda3 sport automatic that I purchased in late April 2017brand new. I love the look and feel of the car but I have been having issues with phone connectivity and the back up camera working when it wants to, I've reported it to the dealer about 7 times if not more and I feel like I keep getting the run around, it's just annoying I'm buying a brand new car and things don't work and it kinda feels like the dealer is just holding it off until my warranty runs out... I'd really like to be helped in fixing my car and having it work as advertised. read more

Service tries to rip you off. Quoted me for a 1000 service for a oil pan replacement due to likely thread wearing off. Went to my trusted mechanic and was told no issue whatsoever. What a ripoff. It's the guy with tattoo and slick back hair who was filling in for Chris Lopez. I'm sorely disappointed because I been coming here for my oil change every single time and had nothing but good service from Chris Lopez. But the guy who was filling in for him was trying to rip me off. He even put Chris Lopez name on the service estimate. What a shame. read more
