    Deep scratch

Do not! I repeat do not purchase or get any service done for your vehicle here. I had a lease for my Kia from this dealership and when I went to buy it out, the sales department made it very difficult to buy out the lease using a credit union. My biggest issue was when I took my Stinger for a recall on the sunroof and when I go to take it, they refused to tell me when my vehicle would be ready leaving me without a vehicle. When I finally go to pick it up they left multiple BIG scratches, one on the sunroof during the repair, one on my driver side door and one on my rear bumper. They took responsibility for the sunroof and I had to take it back it again but they refused to repair the scratches in the door and rear bumper when the drop off video showed that scratches were not there previously. They continue to go back and forth about the repair but they refuse to take ownership for their faults. Final verdict: it has been a terrible experience trying to get a simple recall fixed. Both the service and general manager have lacked communication and avoided the situation. The service manager even got into an argument with me and escalated the situation. Stay far away.

    Kia EV6
    Christopher V.

My 2022 EV6 was recently totaled in an accident by a drunk driver. I suddenly found myself back in the market for a car while dealing with insurance and everything else that comes with an accident. This purchase was unplanned and honestly I was doing my research with much less enthusiasm than when I bought my last car. Because the insurance settlement only covered what I owed on the 2022, I assumed I would probably buy used this time. During my research I decided to do a virtual build of a 2025 EV6 on Kia's website. They had a new blue exterior with a brown interior that wasn't available when I bought my 2022. I didn't necessarily want to buy another EV6, but that color combination definitely caught my attention. While using the builder, I noticed fine print mentioning a lease rebate that made the 2025 EV6 a viable option. The confusing part was that the offer didn't appear under Kia's "Current Offers" page. I called Kia USA and Kia Financial Services but neither team could confirm the details of the lease promotion. That made the idea of buying another Kia even less likely. On Wednesday I messaged Kia of Riverside through their online portal because they had the blue and brown EV6 in stock. The following evening I got a call from Michael. I told Michael about the accident and explained that I wasn't necessarily committed to buying another EV6, but that the lease rebate might push me in that direction if it was available. Michael told me he believed the lease offer was real and said he would run the numbers and call me back with the monthly payment and the breakdown used to get there. He also mentioned that Riverside Kia installs add-ons on their vehicles, but that they are optional and not mandatory like at some dealerships. What stood out about Michael's approach is that he didn't pressure me to come into the dealership or try to trap me into a negotiation. He simply said he would run the numbers and follow up. What Michael didn't know is that I had messaged several other dealerships that night and expected to purchase a used ZDX or Prologue. The next morning I test drove two vehicles and was honestly pretty drained from everything happening at once. Michael called back the next day with his sales manager Daniel on the line. Daniel introduced himself and said Michael was new but had been the top seller last month and was on track to be the top seller this month as well. He said he wanted to help Michael make as many sales as possible and that he would do what he could to get me as close as possible to the number I had in mind. They had me fill out a credit application online and I scrambled to put together the down payment for the advertised lease promotion. When we arrived at the dealership around 5:30 PM, Michael and Daniel greeted us right away. Michael helped us complete the paperwork and after running the credit through Kia Financial, Daniel came over and walked us through how the lease numbers were calculated, including the lease factors. The EV6 didn't have unnecessary add-ons. The only extras were floor mats and a Homelink mirror, which I likely would have asked for anyway. About an hour and a half later we were sent to F&I. Jose handled the finance portion of the process and was also very low pressure. He mentioned a surface protection option they offer, which I politely declined. Instead of making me deal with transferring my vanity plates later, he even took the time to research how to transfer and register them to the new EV6. By about 8:30 PM all the paperwork was signed and I left the dealership as the lessee of a 2025 EV6. Considering this purchase came during a stressful time for my family, I really appreciated how quick and low pressure the entire process was. Thank you to Michael and the Riverside Kia team for making the process straightforward and transparent. If you're considering an EV6, I would recommend asking for Michael.

Ray, our awesome Internet Sales Rep with our new car.

The internet sales team at Riverside Kia is exceptionally professional. I contacted every Kia dealership in Southern California--from Los Angeles to San Diego--and Ivan Gomez at Riverside Kia stood out as the most honest, straightforward, and efficient to work with. We were able to finalize a competitive deal within just a few emails. Ivan provided full transparency on all credits, discounts, and the complete out‑the‑door (OTD) pricing without any unnecessary back‑and‑forth or unrealistic promises. Although Ivan was off on the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle, he arranged for his colleague, Rayann Lopez, to assist us. Ray was excellent--she answered our remaining questions, guided us through the paperwork and trade‑in process, and ensured the finance team honored exactly what had been agreed upon. Their manager, David Mancha, also deserves recognition. Even though most of the deal had been settled over email, he worked closely with us on the trade‑in and ensured we were fully satisfied. To my surprise, the finance process was also smooth. The finance representative--who was only on his second or third day--had all documents prepared in advance, and the entire signing process took no more than 7-10 minutes. There was no pressure to purchase add‑ons or additional coverage. The only downside was the amount of time spent at the dealership overall. Despite having everything arranged ahead of time and visiting mid‑week in the morning as the only customers, the process still took 3-4 hours, largely due to extended waiting periods and delays for no given reason. And while there was some delay on retrieving the car from their storage lot at a sister location, Ryan, the sales GM, took care of us and made it all good. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made us feel appreciated. Nevertheless, the internet sales team--Ivan, Rayann, and David--provided outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Courtesy wash only if you ask for it. And adds 45 minutes to the service time.

Service at a dealership is always so overpriced. No one is going to be happy when something is broken in their car. High standards are expected and no short cuts are required at a dealership and higher costs are expected for this but, they do have the opportunity to impact opinions on our experiences. As I leave I am asked to do a review every time I come and when I am asked it is set up with how it impacts them personally like I am speaking about them personally when that isn't what is actually being reviewed. First off do we wait in the car and they come out? Or do we come in? The car in front of me had a service person come out to her the minute she pulled up. Following suit, I waited in my car, patiently, for a while, thinking maybe he was alone, but, after awhile, I just went in. No, no one was going to walk out. Dude was at his desk, no customer, no intention of coming out. This was made clear when I asked him if I could show him something's I wanted looked at and he said to just tell him. Next I opted out of them changing my cab filter because I recently learned how to do it myself and had ordered them myself for a road trip easily, no tools, no fuss, no skill, in under 5 minutes including watching the video. This ended up around a $100 fee. Ug. There seems to be no reasonable way to justify this kind of mark up. And, when I pointed out that taking it off reduced the amount may $100 the service tech had no surprise to it. Like yeah, it was about $100. I will be looking at changing other filters next. I am handicapped and a senior but adding wiper fluid is easily enough. Wiper blades are not hard. This could have been done here had you not tried to take advantage. Why would I come here after my warranty? I won't. When people tell you who they are, believe them. I hear you loud and clear. ** Ask for 10% off. They seem to give it away for the asking. Ask for a car wash

We just purchased our first Kia. We bought the 2026 Kia Sorrento S model. What a great vehicle! Rayann Lopez at Riverside Kia was the BEST sales associate to work with. She took her time and was very professional. She answered all of our tedious questions even after us keeping her there for 6 long hours (our fault, not hers)! She never once made us feel rushed while always keeping her perfect smile! We've never had such a great car buying experience! We highly recommend Riverside Kia!

Wow!! 10star!! This is the place you can trust! This location is a family owned dealership and they can get you a best deal in this area including OC, LA. Eddie and Mike are the best salespeople there and even the general manager is very nice and friendly. They will try to help you throughout the whole process until the end. I have never experienced this high quality service in any dealership. They're very welcoming customers and they think from customers point of view as well. Not only their service but to keep customers happy!! We actually went back to them. They never rushed me and were being patient. Tried to get me the best deal and NOBODY can't beat it. My brother used to work at other dealership and he even told me WOW how did you get that deal? I'm not their employee or friends or relatives and I'm just one of the random customers. I have spent days to compare all the deals from many many dealerships and ended up here at Riverside Kia. I don't understand what this dealership only has 3 average stars because maybe people didn't meet Eddie or Mike at that time. They will think from your side and will be your team!!! Go Riverside Kia !!! P.s. Special thanks to Eddie. Our family is very appreciated your service and support until the end. I promise we will be back to you

First I would like to stay to everything that I possibly did wrong because I think it's important to live life with a little bit of humility and also acknowledge your own mistakes. I wasn't exactly gifted with the ability to say what I want and have people always take it the right way. I speak my mind if it's the truth even if it's not shall I say formal? Polite? For example if the dealership says oh we had to switch cars the one we promised you is no longer available because blah blah blah but we can assure you this car is a better deal. I would say something like well with all due respect I wouldn't really believe you if you were telling the truth anyway because for one the car's not here anymore and two, dealerships will say anything to get you to buy a car we all know that much is true. So shout out to Amanda she was great I suppose it's possible that it's not her fault she couldn't give me a better deal. But I did ask about the college graduation incentive program and she said it was available but yet somehow it was available online. She did explain that it could be unique to any particular VIN number but again I choose not to believe them I like to take after Dr house and believe everybody lies unless given proof. Anyway so she tells me my monthly payments And relays me to the next guy whose name was Dickson. Actually sorry that's probably incorrect I only remember him acting like a dick that might not have been his actual name. Anyhow, I explained to him mind you halfway through before we get to the deal or contract whatever that I didn't want to waste his time but I wasn't sure if he was the one that I could continue negotiating about the price which my fiance ended up telling me that should have been dealt with with Amanda so again I was wrong thinking that he could do anything about it but that's besides the point. I tell this knucklehead that I wasn't comfortable with the deal. Which I think is a fair thing to say you know me expressing my feelings I wasn't judging or accusing anybody of everything I just said I feel like I could get a better deal so I don't feel comfortable with this one. Immediately he jumped on me saying well why? You got this far? Oh! Okay so I guess my feelings are irrelevant and despite feeling uncomfortable I should go along with the deal only because I got this far. I replied saying isn't that your job to go over this with people? For this very reason? If somebody feels uncomfortable during this process it is their chance to back out and yet you're shaming me for it? He did not accept the answer that I was uncomfortable he shamed me for it so I fired back being a little bit snippy myself. I think he was upset that I said isn't that your job which is where I was trying to explain my possible wrongdoing. It wasn't a dig on him but objectively speaking this is inherently his job you are supposed to go over all the paperwork go overall the whole contract so that if somebody is not comfortable with it they could have this chance to back out. But when I told him I wasn't comfortable he provedge told me well you're not going to see this deal anywhere else and I said actually that's where you're wrong. Another dealership offered me this price but I told Amanda that I wanted to go with her since she contacted me first to give you guys the business so yeah incorrect. He then replied well some of those guys might lie I'm like fool they are the first ones that gave me the deal what the hell are you talking about. Again this dude is just not taking no for an answer it was at that point I decided he was a scumbag I stood up and headed out. Before leaving the door he said good luck finding this deal anywhere else. Again being too stupid to realize that I got this deal somewhere else as well I just wanted to go with them because they were closer and I had already made Amanda put so much time and effort into this. Allow me to acknowledge another flaw on my point which I think is more of a flaw with the system than anything but here it goes. My fiance told me that you don't go into a dealership to discuss you go into a dealership to sign papers. Well I guess I'm an idiot for not knowing that I can accept that. However what it sounded like to me was hey I can come in and discuss the possible contract we can go over everything and if you don't like it then ...... My full review is in the Google doc Yelp won't let me post the whole thing https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Q95_kC_Qtw7koVV_DpVMc1Qy0MIstb0-lNzoUBBRK6o/edit?usp=drivesdk

Linda Pacheco got us an AMAZING deal and we could not be happier. Thank you Linda for stepping up and coming in on your day off to close this deal. You were AMAZING at explaining all the features of the car. We were very IMPRESSED with your knowledge of the car we chose.

They told me that didn't happen However, my concern isn't only that GM denied goodwill assistance. My concern is that I had to bring my 2021 Silverado back to the dealership for the exact same transmission-related issue after the initial repair. That raises questions about whether the root cause was fully diagnosed and corrected the first time. The day I took it I had the print of the codes of what was wrong with the truck it match to the ones given to me at the dealership Since the problem happen again and I took with me the codes of the past and most recent ones after picking up the truck. I hope the dealership and GM will continue working with customers experiencing repeat transmission concerns, particularly when similar issues have been reported on these vehicles. When my husband and I walked into Riverside Hyundai, our intention was simply to look. We wanted to compare the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy, explore the available upgrades, review the warranty, and get an idea of pricing. We had absolutely no plans to purchase that day since we were leaving for vacation and didn't want to buy a brand-new vehicle only to have it sit unattended in our driveway for a couple of weeks. We were greeted by Alex, who listened to exactly what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction without any pressure. It didn't take long before we found the perfect Santa Fe Calligraphy with the exact exterior color and interior we wanted. Alex invited us into his office, where we spent about 45 minutes with him and "Big B" reviewing the available options. We explained that we were shopping around and simply wanted a printed quote to take home and compare. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, and, to our surprise, Alex never even asked for our phone number or email address. That alone spoke volumes. After returning from vacation, we visited several other dealerships. Most immediately asked to see the quote Alex had given us and simply said, "We'll beat it by $500." That approach told us they weren't interested in earning our business--they just wanted to undercut someone else's work. Despite asking not to be contacted, we also received repeated follow-up calls from other dealerships. To make matters worse, several were quoting us 2025 models even though we had specifically requested pricing on a 2026. At that point, we knew Alex was our guy. When we reached back out after our vacation, the conversation picked up right where it left off--friendly, professional, and completely pressure-free. We worked out a fair deal with a simple handshake, and we felt confident moving forward. Buying a vehicle isn't just about purchasing a car--it's about choosing a dealership you'll trust for years to come. The sales experience is only the beginning, and we're hopeful the service department will continue to provide the same level of professionalism and customer care that Alex and the team showed us from day one. If you're looking for a relaxed, honest, and no-pressure car-buying experience, we highly recommend asking for Alex at Riverside Hyundai. Thanks again, Alex! Tom & Heather

My 2024 Prologue is the first Honda I have owned and I have not been happy at all. Spreen Honda totally corrupted my opinion of dealerships and multiple issues with this vehicle has severely tarnished Honda's image. This vehicle, unbeknownst to me at the time, was really a GMC vehicle that Honda placed their name on. There are two open recalls on the truck. My vehicle has been in and out of the Spreen dealership more than 10 times in less than a year - axle clicking, front bumper coming off, display console blackouts, rear camera blackout, vehicle not updating, HondaLink app not connecting to the car, etc. Spreen service counselors are the worst liars ever. Service have told me that parts were not available for any of the recall and the issues with the axle could not be addressed until Honda authorized the replacement. Spreen needs to be investigated by the State of California!! After the poor service at Spreen multiple times, I decided to make an appointment with Riverside Honda. Mr. Brady was my assigned service counselor. Mr. Brady assured me that my vehicle would get a thorough inspection and all issues found will be addressed. As it turned out my concerns of safety were confirmed when the technician discovered that BOTH axles (left & right) were bad, clicking when making turns at low speed, and needed to be replaced. The vehicle is NOT two years old yet and there warranty repairs needed...?!?!? Mr. Brady ordered the axle parts and had them installed under the warranty. He also got the display recall repaired. Mr. Brady kept in contact with me the entire day whenever my vehicle was left in his care. Again, Mr. Brady has saved the face of Honda. However, I certainly believe I got a LEMON from Spreen Honda. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and despite being contacted after my initial review, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation. At one point, I was warned about potential "defamation" for sharing my experience. That response felt inappropriate and discouraging, especially when I was simply trying to communicate what happened from my perspective. I was also repeatedly contacted by a salesperson even after I made it clear I was not interested, which added to the negative experience. If you are shopping for a car, I strongly recommend taking your time, comparing offers, and considering financing through a credit union or outside lender so you have more control in the process. Overall, I would not return here based on how my situation was handled.

Dear Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside Management, I am…read morewriting to express my profound disappointment with both the reliability of our electric vehicle and the level of customer service we have received from your dealership. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we experienced a serious battery-related failure that left the vehicle in your service department for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately, we are now facing the same issue for a second time. The vehicle has once again required battery-related repairs and has now been out of service for more than two months. What is most concerning is that on both occasions the vehicle lost all power while traveling on the freeway. This was not merely an inconvenience--it was a significant safety concern. Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. We would appreciate a clear explanation of the ongoing problems with the vehicle, a definitive timeline for repair, and a meaningful resolution that reflects the seriousness of this situation. We chose Mercedes-Benz because of its reputation for quality and customer service, and we expect that reputation to be reflected in how this matter is handled. We look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely,

Matter of fact, the car was optioned even better than what I asked, all within my budget. By 7pm that evening, I was able to get my wife into her new Lexus RX350. My wife loves her new ride. Checked out their listings and saw a super clean Vic with relatively low miles and low idle hours. Went to the dealership and met Antonio, who let me test drive it and I instantly fell in love. Would definitely recommend CarSmart and Antonio for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I went in with bad credit hoping that this dealership would finance me a p71 crown victoria. I didn't have high hopes because of my credit situation but, I still gave it a shit anyways. I didn't beat around the bush and neither did they. It took about 3 days in order to try to get a deal worked out for me and they went to every avenue and every corner to try to make this happen for me which let's be honest, a lot of places would have given up on me a long time ago. I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted. Antonio brought me in sat me and my wife down and laid it all out on the table with nothing to hide and I not only appreciate that but, I respect that as well. That has to be the absolute fastest I've EVER gotten a car from any dealership ever! There were no hidden fees, no bs and no drama. I am beyond Appreciative for Antonio taking the time explain everything to me and my wife and for having the patience to deal with us. If you want not only a beautiful looking p71 BUT, an extremely dependable one and well that hasn't been beat to hell, this is definitely the place to go. I stand on that!

My…read morefamily is a 30-yr Lexus family and have gone through 3 SUVs but it's been a few years since I've been to RiversideLexus for service. A lot of new faces but I did recognize Zeke and was thankful being assigned him for my service manager. He's shy but very kind &friendly once he warms up to you. :) I arrived for the 8am service for my new RX hybrid and greeted right away by Nicolas. His polite and welcoming demeanor is a huge plus, especially to a girly-girl who knows little about cars. I was nervous and had a dozen questions swimming in my head; worried about my "new baby"-- but just chatting with Nicolas, I was already put at ease. "Service with a smile" goes a long way and he has a great attitude for customer service. Ezekiel (you can call him Zeke) is awesome as well. He jotted down all my concerns and made sure to explain every step of the process. He didn't have the "smarmy, condescending car salesman" attitude. Since this was my first service for the new RX hybrid, it was an easy process but they actually made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which is incredibly appreciated. Zeke also double-checked and explained the care/service package that I had purchased. He was always polite and patient with all my silly questions. It's only because of Zeke and Nick that I will continue to choose Riverside Lexus and tell all my family and friends to get their services done there. :) See you in a few months, Zeke!

I honestly don't even know where to begin other than saying: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP…read more I currently own five Lexus vehicles, all brand-new 2025 and 2026 models, so I am very familiar with Lexus vehicles, their maintenance, and what should and shouldn't be recommended during routine service. Today, my elderly mother took her 2026 Lexus TX with only 13,000 miles in for a very simple oil change. I scheduled the appointment for her because she is an elderly woman, and I wanted to make sure everything was taken care of properly. While she was at the dealership, my mother contacted me with the service advisor standing right next to her. She was told that she needed FOUR brand-new tires because her current tires were supposedly "dangerous" and "unsafe to drive." She was also told that her cabin air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. I immediately questioned this because I own two vehicles of the exact same year and model, and I have never been told anything remotely similar during my own service appointments. My mother also drives much less than I do and is an extremely cautious driver. After I spoke with the service advisor and made it very clear that I was familiar with the vehicle and knew exactly what I was talking about, we received a call about an hour later stating that the service advisor had provided information for the wrong vehicle. Let that sink in. My mother was quoted nearly $4,000 in repairs and replacements based on information that they later admitted belonged to another vehicle. Had my mother not contacted me, she could have potentially spent nearly $4,000 on unnecessary work. I want everyone to understand why I am so upset. This wasn't a minor misunderstanding. An elderly customer was presented with a major, expensive repair recommendation and told her vehicle was unsafe to drive--only to later be told that the information was given for the wrong vehicle. I cannot say what the intention was, but I personally find this extremely concerning, and I absolutely do not feel comfortable allowing this situation to go unanswered. I will be reporting this and requesting that the dealership investigate exactly what happened. Please be cautious, ask questions, and always verify major repair recommendations--especially when you are told your vehicle is "dangerous" or "unsafe" and are being asked to spend thousands of dollars.

Let me start by telling you that this Nissan dealership in Riverside is the BEST one! I went to…read moreNissan El Monte (NOT recommended). I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) The quoted online price was valid, salespeople were helpful, best offer for trade-in, and an owner who values his customers. Not sure about others, but for me, the "HONESTY is the BEST POLICY" was used. What else do you want? And, of course, LOVE my new car! Thank you very much, Riverside Nissan!
